Simply magic! This venue has it all! We loved everything about Firefly Farm. Rachel the planner and her assistant Kathleen were so sweet, organized & helpful! They were on it o...
rganizing the vendors and making sure everything was in place. We couldn't be happier, our wedding was simply amazing! Our guests were in ahh by the beauty and they loved the little vignettes around the farm. So many photo opportunities. The rehearsal dinner was outside under the barn which was breathtaking. Our bridal party & family stayed on site. It was so nice to unwind with each other by the outdoor fire pit. The ceremony at the chapel was so beautiful. The reception in the barn was an absolute blast...we danced the night away! Complete with a sparkler send off. Firefly has thought of everything. I wish I could get married here again and again. I can't say enough about this venue and the people who run it. I recommend this venue 1,000%
My husband and I got married May 14th 2022 at Firefly! Best day of our lives with the most amazing venue ever! With overnight lodging for wedding party, place to have your rehersa...

Amazing place to have any occasion!! Beautiful!Beautiful!Beautiful!
.. to top it off they have an awesome coordinator Rachel that took care of things we did not even think of. Book this venue you wont regret it!
Firefly farm was the best wedding venue I could have ever asked for!! They thought of every single tiny detail to make for the most perfect wedding weekend. From the bridal suite, ...
to the grooms quarters, to the ceremony site. Everything was beautiful and we were so happy! Rachel and Catherine were amazing to work with. We 10/10 recommend anyone to Firefly Farm for the wedding of their dreams!
Firefly Farm was a fabulous venue to work with from the start. The venue itself it gorgeous and the people are amazing as well. Payton, Dylan and Rachel were all very accommodati...
ng; even when we had to push our wedding two weeks before Covid shut everything down in 2020 and then again in 2021. They were always responsive, patient and helpful with our needs.
The venue itself hosted our wedding party (many in from MI) for the weekend which made it that much special to have us all at the same location. The bridesmaids and their dates loved their little cabins and the groomsmen enjoyed the man cave; especially on Saturday to hang and get ready. Having a separate area for the ladies to get ready and have their time was helpful, meaningful and much needed.
The venue is so beautiful by itself that it really does not need much in terms of decor. It has a beautiful little chapel with stain glass windows, pews, a big red barn, gorgeous chandeliers inside the barn, a bar inside and out, and wine barrels and antique furniture for your use. The animals and blue truck are a nice touch and really add to the pictures. The opening of the barn doors and the bride's separate entrance out of them was the favorite part for many guests'.
Thank you Payton and Dylan for such a magical weekend. It was worth the wait and we were so happy to have shared our day with y'all. You have a beautiful venue and we hope many others have the chance to use this space in the future and they have day/weekend worth the wait as well. :)
Words cannot express how happy I am that we chose this venue! This was the first venue we looked at and we knew from the moment we pulled in the drive that this would be the place ...
where we said I DO! Rachel helped us through the whole process and was their for us from the moment we met her! She was able to make our day so special and coordinated everything so that it went off without a hitch. We booked the venue for the whole weekend and were not disappointed. We had so much fun and we will cherish the memories we made at Firefly Farm forever! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

wo days so that we could do a bit of setup and have our wedding party and their families spend the night before the wedding. The extra day was totally worth it and our friends and family had a blast! The venue is laid out so well, everything is within walking distance, and I feel the wedding party with families really appreciated the separate cabin area. Rachel was so so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, she seriously made our wedding day worry free. She also helped out so much with the month of coordination option. The venue was gorgeous, the amenities were great, Rachel was fantastic, everyone loved visiting with the few sweet farm animals… I could go on and on. Thank you for making our wedding day so magical!
Wow, Firefly Farms and Rachel were amazing! The venue was everything we wanted and so much more. The wedding party and parents were able to stay there within walking distant. It ...
had everything we needed. Perfect for our daughter’s wedding. The weather was cold and raining, but Rachel had a backup plan! We got lucky and the rain stopped and so the wedding was outside, cold but still so perfect. Rachel is so organized and on point for everything we needed. You hear some horror stories about the coordinator, but Rachel had everything down to the last detail. She made a plate of appetizers for my daughter to eat while she bustled her dress. She felt like family, in fact I am going to miss not emailing her several times a day she always responded promptly. She told us to text, call email her at any time during the weekend if we thought of something or had questions, she meant it! We did not have to because she had everything taken care even things we forgot about, she had it already took care of it. Honestly, I told people I could do this every other weekend, everything went so smoothly. Thank you Rachel and Firefly Farms for making our baby girl’s wedding so perfect!
There is no other way to describe this place than magical! You have the option to stay on the property which is a must! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but please let’s ta...
lk about Rachel the coordinator. She made my life so easy from day one. The day of the wedding was smooth sailing and even when something went wrong (she didn’t know the groom was bringing the dogs) she would peak behind the door with a smile and say everything’s perfect we’re almost ready for you. Guests are still talking about how beautiful and perfect this venue was. Even my husband, who didn’t want a wedding, wants to rent it out every year for our anniversary for a party! If you’re on the fence about this place don’t hesitate anymore. I dreamed of this day my whole life and it truly was a fairytale!
AMAZING VENUE AND TEAM! This venue has it all! I loved how we could rent the whole weekend with lodging and we’re able to have everything in one place from the rehearsal dinner, ce...
remony, cocktail hour, and reception - not to mention everything is BEAUTIFUL! We had a ton of guests comment how perfect our venue was and we could not agree more! Rachel was the event coordinator and WOW SHE IS THE BEST!!! Her “day of” coordinating was really like a month of, and we are so grateful for her. Rachel was extremely responsive for all questions and was such a joy to work with! She kept us on schedule and made everything go smoothly. We are so happy with our decision to go with Firefly Farm!!!
Rachel E was the best coordinator we could have ever asked for! My husband and I were blown away about how thoughtful and courteous she was to us and everyone else. My husband and ...
I are both bad at standing our ground, and when there was any conflict, Rachel was so great about standing up for us and doing what we wanted to do while still being graceful and taking everyone’s feelings into account. She always made sure that we had what we needed constantly asking us if we needed another drink, and made sure that we ate dinner that night. She was super great and I would very highly recommend her to anyone getting married! Fire fly farm was such an amazing venue and everyone complemented us on what a great spot we had found. Have your wedding here, it was so awesome and accommodated everyone perfectly.

ays available to help and answer any questions. So many of our guests have called or texted and said this was the best wedding venue they have ever attended. The decor and facilities were so 10 star +. My daughter had the wedding of her dreams. We truly loved everything about Firefly Farms ❤️

cross Firefly Farm on google and it was like the all in one package. They had a bridal suite, man cave, 7 cabins, large venue barn, a chapel, and even a beautiful pavilion for the rehearsal dinner and could accommodate up to 500 guests! Not to mention all of the photo opportunities on their beautiful property. We were able to accommodate up to 40 for sleeping arrangements throughout the entire weekend. It was amazing! The people at Firefly Farm are just incredible. Rachel helped us throughout the entire process. She made sure everything went so smooth. If I’m being honest… there were no mishaps or things that went wrong on our wedding day. At least nothing that I took notice of. She is so well organized and knows what she’s doing! Absolutely amazing!!! Our experience was incredible and I will recommend this place for years to come. It’s like you get to give your guests an experience as well. I had so many compliments from guests who said it was the prettiest, most well organized venue they’ve ever been to. 10 stars in our book!

day, the staff at Firefly were amazing. Rachel, Payton & Dylan went above and beyond to make my experience amazing.
The week leading up to our wedding, we had a major shift of plans because of weather. During that whole week, Rachel (the venue coordinator) was in constant communication with me - helping to shift our original plans/vision from outdoors to indoors - and she did so gracefully, all the while reassuring me that the day was going to be beautiful no matter what (and it sure was!!). Firefly truly treats you like family and I could not be more thankful!
Thank you for making my wedding dreams come true, Firefly Farm!

of our vendors to make sure everything went perfectly. She also did a great job helping us plan and provided great insight on small details that couples don’t often think about during the planning process. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the sunset pictures were one in a million.

and son-in-law, and made the whole process less stressful for all of us! They handled everything - I'm pretty sure they even ordered up the grand sunset that we had at the end of the day.

rea, and gorgeous barn are so perfect and idyllic you hardly need to add any decor. This venue is so perfect as is, and we had the most gorgeous pictures in the country landscape. Rachel, the venues wedding coordinator, is amazing, she made our day absolutely perfect and was one of the best perks of the venue! 10/10 would recommend anyone to get married here!
Firefly Farm went above and beyond our expectations! We booked this venue so far in advance because we fell in love with it after the first visit and just needed to be sure we were...
on the books. Having a wedding in 2020 there were many times we were worried our wedding may not happen. Rachel and Payton kept us informed every step of the way. While it wasn’t exactly how I pictured our dream day, I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Us and our guests felt extremely safe and all safety precautions were in place. We loved spending the entire weekend at the venue. It was so convenient having the rehearsal and dinner all at the same place. Then to stay the night in one of their cute cabins and wake up the next day already there was just perfect. We just loved everything about Firefly Farm and are so grateful to have them as our wedding venue and coordinators!

ins, groom’s quarters and bridal suite was perfect! They had so much fun! All the guests could not believe Firefly Farm and the beauty in it all. The wedding and reception was gorgeous. The flow from the ceremony in front of chapel, to cocktail hour and then reception was so smooth. Everyone had so much and still talking about how perfect everything was. Dylan, the owner, was there for anything needed. And Rachel was amazing answering any questions and helping along the way. She is so sweet! Thank you Firefly Farm! All my daughter’s wedding dreams came true!
I’m not sure how to put into words how amazing Payton, Dylan and Rachel are. Our wedding was set to be on March 21,2020, and the world decided to shut down right before! They were ...
beyond helpful, patient, and accommodating during this time and allowed us to push our wedding date. They saved us many times leading up to the wedding, rehearsal, and the day of. Rachel was THE BEST coordinator! She did so many things behind the scenes to make sure our day was full of happiness and ZERO stress. She took so much weight of off my husband and I, and made our day extra special! She also made sure it was everything WE wanted. Payton and Dylan have a beautiful venue and have thought of everything to make sure your day is special. They go above and beyond to make sure of this. I wouldn’t have wanted my wedding anywhere else!
Everything about this venue is class and beyond professional! We selected this venue because of the beauty of the property, and the confidence in the owners. I recommend this venue...
because of the selflessness and genuine care everyone involved had for our special day. Through postponing (covid), other vendors canceling, this team simply said this is what we can do to make it perfect! Can not express the gratitude I have for Payton, Dylan, and Rachel. The wedding was more than we ever dreamed. Thank you Firefly!

elf a favor and if at all possible, rent the space for the whole weekend. It was so much less stressful when we were able to set up everything in advance, stay on property for our rehearsal dinner, and then enjoy spending time with our closest friends and family in the evening before retiring to our on site lodging (which was also beautiful!). It was really reassuring to know that everything was taken care of and that no one had to drive after the rehearsal or wedding. The owners are not only the sweetest couple, but they ensured that every aspect of our wedding weekend went off on time without any issues and made it look effortless!! When looking at all that is included, this is hands down the best value! We can not thank Payton and Dylan enough for all of their support throughout this experience and our wedding was more than we could have hoped for.

uarters, on-site lodging for VIPs, a gorgeous ceremony site, etc. If you are comfortable with a hands-off wedding, can trust your vendors, your day-of coordinator, and your family, then this venue is perfect for you. The venue itself did not provide much support throughout the process, did not respond in a timely manner, and we had to clean a few items upon arrival. All in all, our day was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there.

our two styles, not to mention the owners were so nice and accommodating. We loved that the indoor space was just as impressive as the outdoor space, and the groom’s quarters/bridal suite were outstanding, too. I think Firefly Farm truly was the perfect backdrop for our day, and we can’t recommend them enough.

as a guest or as someone in the wedding party!
To begin, the appearance from the moment you turn in to the gate sets the precedent for the rest of the venue. Everything is perfectly landscaped and paved, and the driveway leads you down a beautiful path to the venue. Every detail was clearly thought out and executed perfectly by the owners. From either of the chapels, to the main building, grooms quarters and even a green room for the entertainers.. this venue is unlike any other. Even the silverware is stunning! I know it sounds silly to mention, but again, EVERY. DETAIL. IS. PERFECT.
The owners are hands on and are present - which also stood out to me. They were more than happy to help if or when needed, answering any questions and even offering a little manual labor when we were unloading for the weekend!
Firefly Farm has an absolutely beautiful ambiance that will make your evening magical nearly effortlessly. Having attended and been a part of several weddings, I have seen the venues, stayed in the quarters and dealt with owners in many capacities. Firefly outshone all of them and I couldn’t be more confident in recommending this venue.

Up until the day of the wedding, the entire FireFly team was so attentive and helpful with any question I or my wedding planner had. Then after the wedding when people left items behind, Payton answered emails right away and accommodated getting items back to their respective parties. Everyone should get married at FireFly!

We were able to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue as well and everything was so convenient. The moment we walked into FireFly Farms, I knew the venue was for us. What truly made the decision concrete was meeting Payton and Dillion. These two are truly some of the BEST people I have ever met. Helpful, genuine, and just down to earth, wonderful people.
My husband and I got married yesterday October 14, 2017 and FireFly Farms did more than make our dreams a reality.
From starting the weekend there on Friday night with the rehearsal dinner, to having our close family and wedding party leave this AM Payton and Dillion were there for every detail.
This beautiful venue allowed my family and close friends to stay the night. They made us feel at home every step of the way, and they made our night everything I have dreamed of, and more.
If you want a venue that is beautiful, where the people are hard working, truly care about you, and will ensure your day runs perfectly; this is your place.
We can't thank them enough!!!!
Brittney, Daniel, and Bailee DeWinne
As a vendor, I do not review many venues, there are tons of beautiful spaces. It's not every day you meet owners such as Payton and Dylan who are just amazing. But the venue... wow...
. I mean, really, wow! They thought of every. single. detail. From 2 mini donkeys, beautiful driveways, an ADORABLE chapel, the barn with its multiple chandeliers(!!!!!!!), the Bridal suite is any girls DREAM, the grooms suite is an absolute man cave to the max. You have to see it to believe a place like this exists. There are rustic venues galores, but this is classy, chic, vintage, whimsical and nestled away with huge spaces. A must see, you're going to need to book quick because it's a masterpiece.
It started when I drove in the gate. The twinkle lights led the way to the parking lot. Oh it had the Wow factor. As I walked up the rustic trail to the chapel with the tasteful ...
back in time decor, I thought this is like fairy tail. Then I saw her standing in front of the quaint, classic, romantic, doors of the country chapel. What a handsome couple in a perfect setting. I could hear and see the ceremony like I was in the front pew even though I was one of hundreds of guest. Oh that was just the beginning. After the beautiful ceremony , The barn opens its grand doors and a reception venue fit for royalty awaits. To say least ; we ate , drank and danced the night away. No problem there was the cutest cabin just steps away.
If I could do my daughters wedding over the Firefly Ranch" would be my only option. Lovely !!!!!
