He was incredibly accommodating, seamlessly blending all the genres we requested, ensuring everyone was on the dance floor all night long.
His collaboration with Opus 2, the talented violinist and cellist, was another highlight. Joe coordinated everything flawlessly, making sure the transitions were smooth and the music was exactly what we envisioned.

It was such a pleasure working with Joe. At first I wasn't sure as he was outside what we were looking for, but after speaking with him, it was clear that he was the right choice. ...
We were throwing a 50th wedding anniversary party for our parents who are Indian, and we needed a DJ that was meticulous, clear, professional, open to a new culture and could help us navigate through the event. Joe not only helped us with everything but he was warm, understanding and just a joy to work with.
The biggest part was he did an amazing job DJ'ing for an entire different culture and different music- outside of American music. He did this all with a smile, we just provided him the music and he did everything from there. I must say he was also gentle with the guests who needed some help with their performances especially one younger ones.
He was so thorough with everything and reviewed the run of the show multiple times to make sure he had everything correct. If I had to do another event I would hire him in a heart beat. Thank you Joe for really providing us an exceptional evening through the storms :)

event, Joe would be at the top of my list. His energy and kindness is unmatchable.
Joe and Darnell from Filipow Music did a fantastic job with our wedding. We met several times prior to our wedding and they were very meticulous in keeping track of all the details...
and preferences we needed from them as DJ. When our wedding day came Darnell did an excellent job making sure the music and audio for our outdoor ceremony went smoothly. For the reception he also did a good job with the music for dinner and playing the right music, at the right time, for each aspect of the reception. He even got involved and taught everyone the cupid shuffle, which everyone at the wedding loved! With all the details and different aspects and potential points of failure it is pretty incredible (that as far as I know) there were no issues, which speaks highly of his professionalism. Lastly, I will say both Darnell and Joe are extremely kind and hard working, it was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, reliable, and fun DJ!
