Fifi’s Bridal & Custom Tailoring

me perfectly. She always made me feel like such a princess whenever I put on the dress, which always made going in a fun time!

my dreams back - I will be forever grateful!! Then, the day before my wedding, my sister realized her dress didn't fit right. Fifi was about to get on a flight, but let us immediately come in and altered in!! She is absolutely incredible.

(The best I saw after visiting 5 other bridal shops ) Fifi has a stylistic eye and pays good attention to detail. She’ll help you find the perfect dress to fulfill all your wishes and eliminate all your concerns. I am so happy I found her shop and landed my dream dress! Highly recommend. Thank you Fifi! 🥰

s. Fifi's expertise and thoughtful guidance were invaluable throughout the process. Her warm, personable nature made the experience not only enjoyable but truly memorable. Although I hadn’t expected to find my dress on my first visit, I am so grateful to have found it at Fifi’s. With her help, I discovered a gown that perfectly exceeded my expectations — it is everything I was looking for—and more!

ess that was not on my try on list and it became the wedding gown I chose! I also had my alterations done here again as well as my husbands suit coat alterations. FiFi is the best, she makes you feel like family and understands the special emotions of any event.

t home. Fifi is truly such an amazing person, I knew I had to get my dress from her. She ended up picking my dream dress for me, and now here I am a week out from my wedding and I am so beyond happy with my dress, it’s beyond what I had hoped for myself. The alterations also came out perfect, I feel beautiful and comfortable in it. I cannot recommend Fifi’s Bridal enough. I will forever be grateful for my experience!

do anything to make sure I looked great and felt beautiful. Not only is she professional, but she's also punctual in her timing of tailoring to ensure your dress will be ready a week or two before your big day. I would highly suggest and recommend Fifi's Bridal to any bride who's not only looking to get their dress tailored but to a bride who's looking to walk out of the store with a dress that will make them feel like the beautiful bride she is on a day that every little girl dreams of! Fifi is the best!

lp navigate you to what you need! I’m so happy I’m getting my alterations with them.

everything. You can tell Fifi truly cares about each and every one of her brides! I’m so happy that I met Fifi and that I purchased my dress from her!

you FIFi for always taking excellent care of me!

bridesmaids were able to do the bustle in like 5 minutes. I won’t go anywhere else for alterations

h my dress. I would recommend her services to any bride in the future - she made me feel so comfortable and I was truly blown away by her skills. The dress was absolutely perfect and I felt so beautiful because of Fifi!

She assured me that alterations would be completed in time as we were pressed for time due to manufacturer errors in getting me the correct dress (ordered from another dress location). She fitted the dress perfectly to my body and completed all additional alterations I had dreamed of. With a week until my big event, she even altered my rehearsal dress to better fit my body. She is amazing! Definitely encourage others to use her and will definitely be using her for my future alterations. Thanks for helping me look beautiful, Fifi!

shop! Fifi and her daughter were amazing. I love their personalities and the make you feel like family. The dress alterations and pickup could not have gone smoother. The dress fit perfect. My mom even got her dresses there!

terations here, but finding and buying the dress was so easy.

wedding for a dress that I was told “fit me like a glove and would need very minor alterations”. When I walked in, she had me put on the dress and immediately started cutting the hem. There was no discussion of pricing or approximately how much the alterations would cost. The bridal shop where I bought my dress told me to expect around $200 in alterations because the fit was great. When Fifi only pinned the hem, the top of the shoulders and did a bustle, I was excited that only minor changes were needed. She had me take off the dress and brought me to her desk. There, she handed me a bill for $850. I was legitimately in shock. She told me the dress needed to be cleaned (it was from a sample sale), and the cleaning fee was included at $250. I didn’t know what to do as this is the first wedding I’ve been a part of. I felt forced to pay for the services as she had already cut my dress. She also required full payment that day, that moment rather than “payment upon completion” with a downpayment. As soon as I left the shop, I cried and felt blindsided. I dealt with the financial hit even though everyone was telling me I overpaid. I returned for my second appointment and she stated the bustle she previously did would not work so she was going to redo it. I came in for the final appointment and she said there was no need to try the dress on. When the wedding day came, the bustle was completely ineffective and came undone multiple times, making it extremely difficult to dance or to enjoy the evening because I had to carry my train in my hand. It also was very complicated to figure out. For the amount I paid, I was very unhappy and would really not recommend her shop.

ss shopping, and my last! I can't say everyone will have the same luck as me, but definitely a good place to add to your list!

stand what I was looking for in a dress and helped my find the absolute perfect dress for me. She was so kind the entire process and made the whole process, which I was worried would be stressful, so light and joyful. Fifi was able to alter my wedding gown to fit me like a glove!! I live in Baltimore and had my wedding in the Chicago suburbs so I was only in town a few times. In only two appointments she was able to do everything needed to my dress. She also helped guide me in the right direction for the perfect jewelry to wear. I am so thankful for them. :)

our vision and they execute it flawlessly. Fifi’s bridal and custom tailoring is your one stop shop. Not only does it carry off the rack options that are absolutely drop dead gorgeous gowns but also alterations are conveniently done there too! I got engaged back in November 2021 I went to hundreds of stores even traveled out of state in hopes to find my vision of my dress with no luck. Time was running out and I couldn’t order a dress anymore I only had time to buy off rack. June 6th 2021 I found Fifi! The first dress she had me try on was the dress I bought! I’m telling you Fifi is my fairy godmother and her daughter is my Angel! If I could give more stars I would!

were so attentive and really listened to each of my requests. Once I picked my dress, I thoroughly enjoyed going to each of my fittings. The dress fit me perfectly! Fifi is so talented and made the entire process so fun and meaningful.

RECOMMEND!

see this coming to an end. However, I’m bringing my Mothers dress back to be made into a cocktail dress. I couldn’t be happier with our experience, from start to finish! Thank you Fifi and Amanda! Your truly one of a kind♥️

u fifi and Amanda for the pleasure experience!!

dress and I scrambled for a seamstress to take me in. Every place I called either said I was crazy or never returned my calls. Fifi responded right away, made me appointment for the next day, and didn’t make me feel awful for waiting so long. Fifi is kind, hilarious, honest, and does whatever it takes to make her clients happy. She managed to add a bustle, fix my sleeves, and shorten the length of the dress in 4 days. I felt more confident in the dress after seeing all the changes and I was just so blessed that Fifi took personal time to work on my dress. Her shop is gorgeous (I wish I had gone there to look at the wedding dress selection as well) and it’s amazing the variety of garments she does alterations on. Pricing is incredibly fair and you are going to get the most amazing service. I can’t recommend her enough and I look forward to going back in the future.

s!!

ct for my wedding day. I couldn't recommend her more!

ped me design and had my engagement party dress made, I got my bridal shower dress from her and she altered my wedding dress. Not to mention all the jewelry and accessories I got from her! All of my dresses fit me like a glove!!! She did such a beautiful job, I can’t even express how beautiful I felt on my wedding day! And to all of my wedding events for that matter! She and her staff helped me put all my looks together and did not miss a single detail! I can’t express how grateful I am for Fifi and her staff! Look no further, this is an amazing place. Every girl deserves to feel like a princess for her wedding and that is exactly how Fifi and her staff made me feel.

istened to what I wanted and shared her expertise. I would recommend this shop to anyone who’s looking for gorgeous gowns at decent prices with excellent personal touches! Thank you for making my wedding one of a kind!

nd to help my mom find her dress last minute, but she gained a lifelong customer through the experience! My mom's dress was gorgeous and contrasted perfectly with the bridal party! I highly recommend Fifi to anyone looking for anything bridal wear related!!

she nailed the task! It looks like it was made that way. Thanks for everything!

Amanda was very supportive of my decision. Amanda knew exactly what I wanted in a dress and was able to pull dresses to fit my style. Fifi and Amanda really do make you feel like you are part of their family. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fifi I was nervous because it was an expensive dress that required a lot of intricate alterations. Fifi was able to magically alter the dress to fit me perfectly. I cannot thank her enough for saving my dress! If I ever need alterations again, I would not even consider going elsewhere. Fifi is so talented, professional, and kind. I wish I would've bought my wedding dress at her shop, she had a beautiful selection. Thank you Fifi and team for making this experience so positive and perfect!!

ip. Before my daughter’s wedding was over she altered my daughter’s Couture Martina Liana gown, my Mac Dougal gown and my husband’s three piece suit. All were flawless. As we all know weddings in general are stressful. A once postponed, rebooked pandemic wedding as too many brides now have experienced, add extra stress but Fifi together with her daughter Amanda set our worries at ease…did several fittings, pressed the gowns, all ready for pickup in time for the big event with a professional yet personal touch. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend Fifi to all.

equests! Highly recommend her for any of your formal wear and tailoring needs!

were they so kind, professional and knowledgeable but a joy to work with and my dress was absolutely perfect. But my biggest compliment to Fifis is how they handled the pandemic. As a Covid bride, I had taken my dress in at the beginning of March 2020 for my early June wedding, my 2nd fitting was the end of March after the pandemic had begun and we had to sadly postpone our wedding to May of 2021. When I asked what I should do, Fifi said no worries, just leave it with us and we will adjust again a year from now. As a bride whose whole world had turned upside down, that was a bit nerve racking but there was no reason to doubt, because they took great care of my dress and had me fitted perfectly for my wedding day! Thank you!

ak brook!! Not only was she able to completely alter all of the gowns perfectly, she even MADE my one bridesmaid an entirely new style dress from one of her dresses located in her store. I am so thankful for FiFi and recommend her to EVERYONE!!!!
