Do not trust this company. I had a prepaid reservation for transportation to pick up my bridesmaids and me on my wedding day, and they never showed up. When I called the customer s...
ervice/help number, the recording said the number was no longer in use. I have also sent multiple emails and have received absolutely no response.
This was an extremely important day, and having a company completely fail to show up with no way to contact them or get any explanation was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
I've used Fetii before and have generally enjoyed the service, so I had high hopes using them for my wedding night shuttle. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing enough t...
hat I felt compelled to leave a review.
We booked two drivers to shuttle guests between our wedding venue and a nearby bar from 11 PM to midnight. The first issue came when one of the drivers showed up at 11 AM — a full 12 hours early. He was difficult to understand and mentioned he was new to Fetii, and it was clear he wasn't sure what our reservation entailed.
When he returned at the correct time, we had to re-explain the job to him from scratch. Communication throughout the night was a consistent struggle. By 11:35 PM we were ready to be taken to the bar, and we ended up waiting until nearly midnight — at which point my new wife and I realized the drivers likely weren't coming back.
With roughly 30 minutes still remaining on our reservation, it appeared our driver had left early, possibly to get to another booking across town. He mentioned that he had a midnight ride scheduled in North Austin (about 30 minutes away from our venue), which was quite stressful and frustrating for us.
The driver was kind, and I want to be clear that my frustration is with the execution and scheduling — not his character. But on a regular night this would have been a minor inconvenience. On our wedding night, it was genuinely upsetting to be left stranded with half our reservation unused.
The price point was great and the rep we worked with was excellent. But based on this experience, I'll likely go with a party bus rental for future events where reliability really matters.
Great cheap prices for 15 passenger fans, most affordable service in the city and drivers were on time
One of their rideshare vehicles ran a red light and caused a collision with my vehicle, back in july of this year. The driver had the nerve to act confused about traffic laws. (Luc...
kily I had dashcam footage, and they had to accept full fault). I'm leaving this review, because I would feel very unsafe using their services, knowing how little they investigate their drivers. The driver was also transporting a large group, at the time of the accident. I feel bad for all of the passengers that were involved due to the driver's lack of awareness. Both of our vehicles were totaled, and I was injured as a result.
Simple, watch your credit card. Used this service several times for my daughter’s bachelorette trip. We received multiple overcharges and unauthorized tips added the day after the ...
ride. This was 2 months ago, and I’m still trying to get refunds. Customer service is practically nonexistent.
Several miscommunications throughout the planning process. Some buses left half empty so many guests had to end up calling Ubers. One van didn’t show up to the hotel to get my exte...
nded family. Otherwise clean, affordable, and got us place to place but I feel like there are probably better options out there.
Last minute we decided to hire transportation downtown after our wedding for our wedding party. Fetii was one of the cheaper options we could find. We booked 4 buses, and everythin...
g worked out great! It was easy to book, and the buses showed up on time. Would definitely recommend!
Absolutely the worst riding experience I have ever had. The driver almost got us t-boned as we left the parking lot where we were picked up because he didn’t pay attention to basic...
traffic signs. Along the trip he was all over the road, driving in 2 lanes at once and veering into traffic. We had 3 legitimate near-crashes…it got to the point that I almost asked to be dropped off so I could walk instead. He also had multiple phones out trying to remap directions on multiple apps at the same time to try to cut down on time while he was driving…if you care about your life, find another mode of transportation.
They only showed up with partial services almost 2 hours early and told guests no more shuttles were coming. Some of the drivers that did arrive wouldn't allow music and even they ...
complained about vendor. They made 40% of our guests leave 2 hours before they were scheduled to arrive and spread mass confusion and inability to attend reception. It took months to give us a partial refund. If you are looking for reliability look elsewhere.
Fetii ended up begin a great option for group transport! They were super affordable and did not require any "minimum hours" like most other transportation services. Communication w...
as done through their app, and the whole process was very simple!
Do NOT book this vendor. We had everything all ready to go and then the drivers didn’t show the day of. Tried calling and emailing the contact person with no success. All of our gu...
ests (90% of which came from out of town) had to pile up in cars to get transported to the venue. As a result our wedding started over an hour late which made for grumpy/hangry children!
Extremely disappointed with this service.
I wish I could leave 0 stars- they caused a complete disaster at my wedding reception.
We booked Fetii to transport wedding guests from the wedding venue to an afterparty for 75 g...
uests and despite having been booked and paid WEEKS IN ADVANCE they sent the groom (who did not have his cell phone on him) a text message one hour before scheduled pickup time to let us know that they "didn't have drivers available." This left us scrambling to book 10 ubers last minute and added chaos, cost, and immense stress to my wedding day. I will never use this company for anything ever again and I will throw a party when they go out of business. I cannot think of a worse way to be treated by a wedding vendor than completely dropping the ball at the last minute.
Fetii was an INCREDIBLE service. It was affordable, simple process to book, efficient, and reliable. The driver's were fantastic and highly communicative. I highly recommend using ...
