I was recommended to Fete Events from a good friend of mine, and I knew right away that we wanted her to be our day of coordinator! Carolyn is extremely communicative, patient, kno...
wledgable, and helped us through every step of the way. She talked us through every little detail of our wedding, attended our tasting and final walkthrough, and was always listening to what we wanted and making our ideas happen. She knows a lot of people in the area which was helpful as we were choosing vendors + getting pricing. On the day of, everything flowed so smoothly and turned out exactly as we imagined. We couldn't recommend her enough!

s a fire fighter and she was so flexible with scheduling and was considerate of our personal needs. She was incredibly meticulous & organized. We had some personal life circumstances pop up throughout planning and she was incredibly kind, empathetic, and reassuring. She assisted me with contacting vendors & coordinating with the venue. She was there for me throughout the planning process and listened to my ideas and anxieties and she reassured me everything would be perfect. And it was! In fact the wedding day itself surpassed any and all expectations. She pulled the vision together and BEYOND. We had friends willing to assist set up and when they arrived Carolyn had already set everything up and had everything ready to go. She was by our side throughout the day and ensured we had everything we needed without bringing any questions or concerns to us. She kept us in our bliss bubble and took charge of everything! And she did it all with a smile!!! I told her many times throughout the process that without her I could not do this and there is NO WAY the day would have came together so beautifully. She truly was my lifeline and I am so grateful. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Carolyn.
There are truly no words that can fully capture how grateful my wife and I are for Carolyn and Maribel from Fete Events. When we first started planning our wedding, we honestly tho...
ught we didn’t need a coordinator. We figured we could handle things ourselves and didn’t realize just how much support we would actually need on the most important day of our lives. But after working with Maribel, we can say without a doubt—hiring Fete Events was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding journey.
Maribel was nothing short of a godsend. From the moment the day began, she was everywhere—handling things before we even realized they needed to be done. She protected our peace, took care of every detail, and made sure everything ran effortlessly behind the scenes. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine care allowed us to be fully present in every moment—with each other, with our families, and with the love surrounding us.
It’s because of Carolyn and Maribel that we were able to experience our wedding day the way we always dreamed: stress-free, joy-filled, and deeply meaningful. They didn’t just coordinate our wedding—they safeguarded one of the most important days of our lives and gave us the space to soak in every second of it. We will forever be thankful to them for their hard work, their heart, and their magic.
If you're wondering whether you need a wedding coordinator, the answer is yes—and if you’re lucky enough to have Carolyn and Maribel on your team, then you’re in the best hands possible.

onal, impeccably prepared, ingenuously creative, and a genuine pleasure to work with across the board. She made our wedding a beautiful, seamless experience and her help was truly invaluable.
Carolyn was involved in discussions a couple months out from the event, providing guidance and a detailed timeline. Any speed bumps we hit with our venue or other vendors, Carolyn was ready to jump in and assist. She had answers to all our of questions and solutions to problems we hadn’t even considered yet. And that was all before the wedding weekend.
On the day of, we didn’t have to think about anything but enjoying our day together. Carolyn had it all taken care of and her cool and calm demeanor kept us feeling comfortable. She provided her creative eye and aesthetic talents to elevate both the ceremony and the reception — it looked stunning! There’s many more things I could say but the gist is simple: Carolyn is a freakin’ ROCK STAR.
Hiring Carolyn to coordinate your big day is the biggest favor you can do yourselves. Full stop.

l day! Carolyn’s calming and positive demeanor was such a Godsend in the otherwise overwhelming process of making many small decisions leading up to the big day. Communication with Carolyn was such a breeze and she was available through text and several phone call meetings where we would talk through ideas and details. I shared my ideas with her, and she immediately understood my vision and helped so much in executing everything we wanted in our wedding day and more. Carolyn coordinated with our vendors on the month of the wedding to ensure that everyone was on the same page. She helped our day flow so effortlessly and even between several locations from the hotel where we got ready, to the church for our ceremony, to our reception venue, and eventually after party. She added personal touches to the experience that were so special to us. Carolyn is truly such a joy to work with and made us feel so cared for during the whole wedding experience. We were in the best hands. We highly recommend Fête Events to anyone looking for a wedding planner who combines professionalism with a personal touch. Her dedication and expertise ensured that our day was nothing short of perfect, leaving us free to enjoy every moment without worry. Carolyn exceeded our expectations in every way, and we couldn't have asked for a better partner to help bring our dream wedding to life.

xities. She was able to handle day of coordination flawlessly (managing not one but TWO baraats and working with our siblings who weren't used to officiating for an interfaith ceremony) while also providing excellent design details with florals. Carolyn has such a kind, warm personality that can make anyone feel at ease. I also love the small touches like coming over to my hotel room with a bag of goodies to make me feel relaxed on my wedding morning (I was not expecting that at all but it was super nice to see her and her presence def put me at ease). After the wedding, both my sister in law and mom mentioned how great and professional Carolyn was at her job. (It's not just coming from me!) If I hadn't hired her, our wedding day would def not have flowed as smoothly and I am eternally grateful for her.
