Feastivities Events

he food is not only tasty, but presented beautifully and the style of service is top notch. They truly understand all aspect of an event and bring their A game We look forward to many future events with the Feast Team!

rom the meetings we had on site, to the food tasting, to the rehearsal day that he ran for us, everything was professionally done and expertly handled. Everyone loved the wedding day dinner, and our wedding party and family couldn’t believe how hands on Jeffery and his team were with coordinating and running our whole wedding weekend. Since we did have an official wedding planner, it was such a perk to have someone like Jeffery assist us in running the weekend to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We can’t believe how amazing our wedding weekend was, and the Feastivities team played a large part in making that happen. They allowed us to enjoy the day so much more, and they made all the planning much less stressful. We highly recommend Feastivities Catering for delicious food and amazing execution on your wedding day.

about our wedding day events. Feastivities provided a huge variety of options for cocktail hour and our seated reception meal. This allowed all our guests to enjoy the food, even with dietary restrictions and allergies. In addition, they helped provide linens and plate settings for the meal. Doug helped us bring our vision to life! We highly recommend using Feastivities Events for your upcoming weddings and events!

the food! The staff is also super nice and friendly, Caroline was so helpful during our planning process. The tasting is so personalized and a whole experience in itself. We got to bring some of our wedding party to the tasting and the tasting room is right where you can see the kitchen and they give you a menu of your food with a cute header to bring back as a souvenir. they also are really helpful with picking out the cloth colors and textures and helping tie your vision with the rest of the decor! The only snag I think we hit was the staff coordinating timing bringing out dinner as it seemed to take awhile to come out, and setting out the favors in time. But honestly it wasn't that big of a deal. I would highly recommend them as your wedding caterer, as the value is great and the food is so amazing! And the staff are so helpful throughout the planning process!

and they made my day absolutely perfect! Highly recommend them! Our guests said it was the best appetizers they have ever had and could not get over how much food there was! The tasting was amazing! So many people told me that both the salmon and beef short ribs were the best they ever had!!!! Caroline was such a lovely person and made my day so magical and stress free!!!!! I can’t say enough good things!

al flowers for us. I was so impressed by his work and how great everything looked!

he comes up with suggestions.  His process is a collaborative one whether you have set ideas or you do not really know what you want.  He is open to continuing to modify ideas to meet and exceed your vision and expectations.  His designs and flower combinations are original, beautiful, and fresh.    I use leg braces and crutches.  The cascading bouquet he thoughtfully designed for me was so pretty and lush and perfect for me to be able to carry down the aisle.    We could not have been any happier with the designs and arrangements he created for our wedding. He was also very accommodating working with us as we had to change our wedding date more than once due to Covid-19.   He is a real talent and a pleasure to work with.

idea we had. Bernice was so helpful in organizing the evening that it almost felt like I had a wedding planner! They even assigned us a “shadow” to make sure my husband and I didn’t go hungry in all the post wedding excitement. Our guests loved the quality and variety of food. The hors d'oeuvres and taco station especially were a hit!

that really screamed "this is us!" Then our tasting was incredible. They were open and excited to incorporate our suggestions for tweaking the tiniest of details. Finally, on day of everything was stunning. Our guests cannot stop talking about how everything tasted amazing and looked gorgeous. We are so happy that we booked with Feastivities and would highly recommend them to others.

est list. The food at the wedding was phenomenal!! Everyone raved about it and still talks about it! We had our own server so we did not go hungry or without a drink in our hands. Highly recommend

r that we chose well. Owen satisfied all of our needs, promptly answered our questions and saw the entire event through from beginning to end. My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience and highly recommend Owen and Feastivities to anyone that wants a quality caterer with amazing food.

our “shadow” Nicole was so nice and made sure we were taken care of the entire night. Our food was delicious and everything was wonderful from start to finish! Thank you Caroline and the entire Team at Feastivities!

n all of our interactions with them leading up to the wedding, they were very friendly and professional. Despite the change in coordinator, they didn't miss a beat, and all of the food came out exactly as we discussed. The food was delicious! We got complements on the hors d'oeuvres. The only hiccup is that they messed up the beer selection. Despite that, we feel the quality of the food was appropriate for the price. Bernice also served as our venue coordinator for the day of. She did a great job helping to stage-manage and set up the ceremony. 100 percent would hire Feastivities again.

sand Acre Farm. We couldn't have asked for a better liaison nor a better team to feed our very hungry wedding guests! We received countless compliments on not only the food but the attentiveness and friendliness of the catering staff. Feastivities, Owen and the team deserve an A+! I would highly recommend!

food and decor that the team at Feastivities does more than put together your wedding. They get to know you as a couple and make you feel one of a kind. When we first saw the reception I couldn't believe it was my wedding, it was more than I ever hoped for and it was because of Lauren and the team. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. <3

r search stops here. My husband and I got married in October and we truly could not have chosen a better catering team. We knew early on that we were in good hands with Bernice and her team. From our first consultation to our tasting (and linen selection 8 months prior to our wedding day), and from our menu adjustments a few months out to our actual wedding day, we had exceptional service throughout the entire process. My husband and I, as well as my parents, are big foodies and we loved how Bernice and her team not only gave us great suggestions but also allowed us to truly customize our menu and make it ours. We loved that flexibility! We had some guests with specific dietary restrictions, which Feastivities accommodated for perfectly and created a custom plate for each one of them. On our wedding day, Feastivities truly delivered with incredible food and flawless service. And Bernice provided great guidance to all the other vendors at the venue. My husband and I were also so impressed with how, when we say down for dinner, how a server came up to me to tell me that she was “the bride’s personal server.” Talk about service! Thank you Bernice and the Feastivities team for making our day perfect.

aware of the venue. I passed it many times before that without knowing what a gem was on the inside. Stotesbury is a 5-story mansion, 3 stories of which you get access to when you have an event there! The bottom floor has a foyer, front room, and ballroom. The ballroom is where our ceremony and dining during the reception took place. The 2nd floor has a bathroom and the library where the second bar and our photo booth was set up. The 3rd floor has the bridal suite with a second bathroom and a billiards room. We had 60 guests for a sit down/buffet dinner, but the space can accommodate up to 120 I believe if you prefer "performance station" dining over assigned seats at tables. Ryan, the bar manager at Stotesbury and Owen, our catering manager and day of event manager from Feastivities were both super accommodating. We had only 3 months to plan our event and both of them were quick to respond to calls and emails and to set up meetings. Feastivities is the required caterer for Stotesbury and for us, this was just fine! We loved our tasting and all of our guests were very impressed with the food. The space is so amazing- we utilized all 3 floors and the guests kept going on about it. It's also beautiful so it doesn't take much to dress the place up. I've seen previous reviews about things being disorganized at Feastivities. This was not our experience at all. We had Owen from the start of the process to the finish. He was there for the event and stayed to the end, going above and beyond to make sure our experience was positive and his staff were kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Stotesbury and Feastivities!

ld think at least one thing would go correct the day of. I had put so much time, effort, and money (for it not to show at all) in order to make my day special & they lacked in every aspect from beginning to end. I had given them the benefit of the doubt from the beginning but I wish I went with my gut feeling and all the other negative reviews on here because they are so true. I called to speak to a manager and detailed everything that had went wrong and what do you know, they blamed my other vendors. Mind you, I spent hours planning a whole itinerary in person two weeks before the wedding.. parent dances, bouquet toss, garter toss were never done.. I had to pay my videographer extra to stay for the cake cutting (which no one even showed up to because they weren't told) because apparently nothing went according to the itinerary my DJ received from them, which I was not informed about. My "signature drink" table was a dollar store pitcher at the bar, the decorations and candles I had brought in were still in bins and unused at the end of my wedding. As far as food goes - it is embarrassing that family members came up to me after the wedding to tell me that there were hungry because there wasn't enough food. I bought tall centerpieces from my florist and since feastivities showed up an hour late (which I was called a liar about but yet, I have proof) my florist left.. feastivities filled up the bottom of the 24 inch vases and wondered why the wind blew them over and they broke during cocktail hour.. the manager tells me that is my florists' problem and they should have stayed to set up and that I should be grateful that they even put them on the table. These are things I can never get back and the manager has the audacity to raise his voice because I was upset and claims his "company" did nothing wrong when he wasn't even there. What a way to treat a client that brought you in thousands of dollars that didn't even show for it.

without her. There were few parts of the whole day that Bernice didn't help out with. Truly more than I ever expected. In addition to all of her help, the food was absolutely amazing! We had several guests rave that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. After our tasting, I knew that I needed to eat more of our passed appetizers on the actual day (they really were that good!). Bernice made sure we had a tray of food near us at all times during pictures, as well as someone to make sure we always had a drink. There also was more serving staff with Feastivities than any caterer that we looked into. This was important to us since we didn't want people waiting forever for their food! Dinner was served quickly and people were out dancing in now time. Another thing I noticed was that more people ate the desserts since feastivities had servers moving throughout the estate with slices of cake and their adorable mini ice cream cones. Everything was so perfect and beyond what I ever thought it could be! Our wedding of over 200 people went off flawlessly and I honestly cannot rave enough!

ities came Jessica, who was amazing in guiding us through the process, answering dozens of emails daily and helping us organize everything. But more than that, on the rehearsal and the big day, Jessica went ABOVE AND BEYOND to manage a large and boisterous family all while ensuring that I as the bride had no idea that anything was amiss. She was awesome and kept everything and everyone where they were supposed to be at each step of the way.

ering manager AND a day-of coordinator, she was always extremely organized, kind, and on top of her game. Olivia was also wonderful. They both made us feel very relaxed on the day itself, because we knew they had it more than covered. Plus, the food was FANTASTIC. People raved, that’s all there is to it. If you’re also looking for a florist / decorator, Feastivities’ sister company, OffShoots, is also incredible. And having the two in the same place makes planning and coordinating so much easier - again because of how awesome Bernice and her team are! Definitely check them out!

including those related to food safety and dietary restrictions- the person in the highest position there blamed us, our guests, and our wedding planner. After much pushing, they offered to refund a mere 2% of the thousands of dollars we gave them- but only if we signed a non-disclosure agreement giving up our 1st amendment rights such that we would never discuss our experience...That right there tells you something. We shouldn't share the tremendous stress right before our wedding when we saw their final supply order would have left us without the proper number of tables, linens, dishes, and the correct linen colors to match our event? It was not insignificant that we scrambled when twenty vegetarian guests were almost served fish sauce? What about our kosher guests who were served milk and meat together? How about grilled chicken skewers tasting pungent from artichoke brine when fresh produce wasn't used...mushrooms marinating way too long in balsamic vinegar that were mushy and acidic? People putting their hands down vases filled with vegetables because the correct number of utensils were not brought...tables looking empty in spite of thousands of dollars of flowers because the proper dishware wasn't ordered or set... dinner being served an hour late, pushing off the schedule of all of our hourly vendors? The list goes on and on- and we were blamed for all of it except the table setting. We have never been treated so rudely by any business owner- ever. Do not eat your heart out giving tens of thousands of dollars to a caterer that will leave you embarrassed and your guests sick. Please choose another caterer who appreciates your business, your wedding, and your hard-earned dollar.

after we booked Greystone. We could not be happier with our choice of caterer/event planner!! Service: I did not have a wedding planner which made me a little anxious about everything, but as soon as I met Bernice (one of the producer's on their team) I knew I could trust her to help everything come together smoothly for our big day. Bernice and her team are SO experienced, true experts in the wedding industry and were incredibly helpful in answering any and all questions I had about our wedding day. From the minute we met Bernice at Greystone's open house, we could not believe the amount of knowledge and experience she held from her experience in managing weddings and events. From our initial meeting, to our proposal, to the tasting, our walk through and the days leading up to the big event, Bernice was so approachable, kind and knowledgeable. She made the whole family feel at ease. Food: My husband and I say to this day that our tasting with Feastivities was by far our favorite part of the wedding planning. The team welcomed, me, my husband and parents to their Roxborough facility where they went through each and every dish that would be served at our wedding. It was SO much fun and the food was absolutely incredible. My husband is a huge fan of philly cheesteaks and i am a fan of apple crisp so they even tailored the appetizer and dessert choices to include these. Everyone who attended our wedding reception RAVED about the food. We had 13 hors devours , a ceasar salad served in an asiago cheese bowl, pan seared snapper, filet, apple crisp, cake made by Bredenbeck's, coffee/tea, salted caramel truffles and the presentation of every one of them was awesome. It was so delicious and combined with their service - made for an incredible experience for our guests. The Big Day: Where we were most impressed with Feastivities is how professionally they handled our event. All servers wore black from head to toe and served each course in coordinated precision, each plate was served by a different server and placed at the same time for each table - it was truly beautiful and they made it look effortless. Bernice was there for the entire event, helping to make sure everything went smoothly. She informed us about things we needed to be informed about and handled everything else with her team, so we did not have to worry. We could not be happier with our experience with Feastivities - if you're looking for a caterer look no further. They are true experts and will make you feel at ease the minute you meet them. Thanks so much, Bernice!!!

we could have ever imagined. From the second we started working with this company, it was a great experience. Their professionalism, organization, and friendliness really sets them apart from other companies. They really cannot do enough for you and are so helpful and flexible. Each time we met with them was always something to look forward to! The food was just simply amazing. Such a variety, so many options, presentation was beautiful, and tasted even better! From the setup of the venue, the organization of events of the day, the flawless dinner timing, and everything in between, they really are the best of the best. I could go on and on, but seriously, take it from someone who researched just about every vendor out there: BOOK FEASTIVITIES.

wless. Elizabeth helped us figure out everything from allergy specific options to alcohol quantities! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

biased)! Overall, it was an amazing experience. Thanks again!

t non-traditional -- more of a party vibe -- and they nailed it with the stations, food carts, cocktail hour, etc. The food was excellent -- lots of compliments there. I only wish I took the time to eat more of it!

responded to us in a timely manner. Her team took care of anything and everything that I can think of for our special day and coordinated with many of our outside vendors (floral, DJ, etc.). The food, drinks, and service was simply amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future. Thank you so much for making our favorite day so easy and special.

ed, including my request for 'baci di dama' (traditional hazelnut cookies filled with dark chocolate from nonna's region) that turned out not only authentic but also scrumptious! I was really impressed. The Chilean, Mid-Atlantic, and French Canadian details resulted perfect as well! Italian wedding receptions are all about food, so I loved Feastivities' personalized approach to designing the whole menu, with a result that was unbelievable and guests raved about. Working with Karen first, then with Hannah and her team (Owen and Antoinette) was a pleasure. (Thank you!!!) You don't even need a wedding planner with all the attention and thought that Feastivities puts into your wedding. Everyone is incredibly professional and at the same time you feel it is friends who are helping you with every special detail (well beyond just catering). Finally we wanted to say that Janine was an absolute sweetheart during the whole reception, making sure that we had everything we needed, including samples of all the cocktail-hour hors d'œuvres and the different layers of the cake. Choosing Feastivities will be the best decision for your wedding!

night cheesesteaks and fries, which my fiance loved, which is a big deal considering he's a snob when it comes to cheesesteaks.

h, who helped us along every step of the way, and I attribute all of her expertise and assistance throughout the entire process to making our special day feel so memorable and so personalized. Festivities made sure that both of us felt comfortable with everything that was being decided on in each step of the planning process, from the tasting menu, down to our signature cocktails served at the reception. Almost every single guest we've talked to afterwards couldn't stop raving about the wedding, and more specifically about how great the quality the food was, especially with an event with 100 people. I would absolutely choose to book Festivities again!

we didn't do the usual sit down dinner. It was wonderful to work with Feastivities!

vorite part is that they did a lot of organization and coordinating with other vendors, which made a wedding planner more or less unnecessary. The downside is that we were surprised by their staff turnover--in the 10 months between when we signed the contract and when we had our wedding, we changed event managers three times, which created some confusion. One person booked us but left the company before our tasting, one person ran our tasting but left the company before our planning meeting, one person ran our planning meeting but left the company before our wedding--it all worked out and we ended up with someone very sweet on our wedding day, but it was pretty annoying how many times we were shuffled around, especially since we booked Feastivities because our venue had specifically recommended the event manager who left after we booked. Here's the run-down on their process: 1-You sign a contract with them. 2-You schedule a tasting with them. Again, I'm not sure if it was our staff turnover issue or just the way it works, but you should reach out to them about this; they won't reach out to you. 3-The tasting is DELICIOUS, and bring another couple because they bring you all of the meal selections and it is too much for two people. 4-You fill out an event questionnaire around three months before the wedding. They used a form in Microsoft Word to make the template which is awful to work with and format, so I ended up having to delete the form and just copy and paste the questions into a fresh document. 5-You schedule a planning meeting no more than three months before your wedding. They may give you a nudge on this, but again, if you have limited availability make sure you initiate and reach out early to schedule. I'd also recommend doing the planning meeting closer to the wedding. We did ours around the ten-week mark, which worked best with our work schedules, but then our event manager got changed closer to the wedding, and I think our day-of flow would have been better if we had planned with the person we were actually going to have with us on the day of the wedding. 6-You talk on the phone a week or so before the wedding. 7-You get married! 8-Throughout this whole process, you're making payments as you go. They didn't invoice us for individual payments, which made it harder to organize. I would have loved it if they'd told us ahead of time that we wouldn't be invoiced so I could set up a Google Calendar alert for each payment. Also, review each contract carefully: when we got the updated contract with the final meal selections included ten days before the wedding, it was quite a bit higher than what we'd been quoted in our original contract. I wrote to them and they were super-nice about fixing the discrepency (again, I think a vestige of the staff turn-over), but it definitely pays to actually read the final contract line by line at the ten-day mark. All in all we were very happy with our wedding!

did they exceed my expectations!! Hannah helped me select an impressive vintage and contemporary table top and put me in touch with off shoots for flowers. she organized musicians for pre and during dinner. I can not share how easy and creative this company is to work with. The staff was trained in formal service and were also amazing. This was an impressive dinner party for 34, and I have nothing but my highest accolades for Hannah and her team!

autifully.

led, and absolutely wonderful. They were always working for and with us. The food tasting was intimate and fantastic. If Feastivities weren’t already a frontrunner, the food tasting would have sent them to the top of the list. Great options and everything was delicious. Leading up to the wedding, we must have sent a million questions and Karen or Bernice always got back to us quickly. Even in the last week, there were last minute additions and Feastivities was flexible and easy to work with. On the wedding day, everything looked great. Jill, the event manager, was wonderful to work with and Bernice was also there for a few hours to oversee things. They were always within reach making sure everything was perfect and on time. The whole staff was very nice. They were also flexible with us having a tea ceremony first and performers come in. My husband and I received a private plate of hor d'oeuvres right after the ceremony and everything tasted great. I love the tuna hor d'oeuvre they had and will remember that for the rest of my life. Unfortunately, I did hear from many guests that they didn’t get or see many hor d'oeuvre during cocktail hour. That was a bit of a bummer as the hor d'oeuvre were awesome. The entrees were fantastic and many guests raved about their salmon and short rib entrees at and after the wedding. Also, the warm cookies and milk was amazing. I think cake was another thing some guests wish they had received – I know Feastivities doesn’t serve cake to every person because they don’t want to waste it since many will be dancing, but that’s a double-edge sword. Overall, with Feastivities, you’re in great hands. The whole staff is on top of things and will go above and beyond to help you. The food is amazing and delicious. I would recommend them to anyone!

ll menu, to the main event that went off without fail, Feastivities was great! All of our guests LOVED the food.

e we were just as important as their larger events. Food was the most important part of our wedding. We are both vegetarians and decided to have an all vegetarian wedding. We looked at a lot of caterers to create a menu that would ensure no one missed having meat, fish, or poultry. Feastivities was great to work with. They spent time getting to know us and even created a new recipe of black bean chocolate cupcakes with a salted caramel icing for one of our desserts- delicious! Bernice and her team were wonderful through the planning stages and the day of they did an amazing job helping to set up the venue. The food was incredible- it was beautifully presented, hot, and delicious. We received a ton of compliments- many guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We would highly recommend Feastivities!

ng planning started late so we were in a rush to get everything done but as soon as we stepped into their office and met with Bernice we felt comfortable and relieved. They even have a florist in house so we got all of our flowers there too. Everything was exactly the way it was planned and more so. From the food tasting to the end of the wedding was fantastic. We love how our guests are still raving about our wedding. Thank you Bernice and to Feastivities.

We worked with Bernice who was wonderful, and so on top of things! The food was wonderful, and they provided many unique options! The service was friendly and professional. We also worked with Offshoots for our flowers and they did a phenomenal job!

ter. She helped us with many other aspects of wedding planning and and prices were very transparent from the beginning. We had a cocktail style reception and everything was flawless. We had no problems with the catering or Feastivities staff. Our wedding was 2 months ago and we are still receiving compliments on the food! Karen is so easy to work with and felt more like a friend by our wedding day. I highly recommend Feastivities, especially if you are lucky enough to work with Karen!!!

nue. They were incredibly flexible and responsive when it came to planning the menu (including accounting for guests with eating restrictions and kids, and accommodating our seasonal requests), and they made figuring out the logistics of the event so much easier as well! The food was DELICIOUS (I wish I had sat down to eat more!), and the staff made sure the groom and I were well taken care of at all times. Moreover, during the lead-up, there were always helpful reminders (in the middle of the planning storm) that kept us on track for important deadlines. Thanks Karen!

en blamed everyone else for the problem. They tend to have this review removed when I ever I place it. Overall they were very disappointing.

detail was exquisite. Guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food.

went with a caterer that was not also masquerading as a five-star kitchen, wedding planner, day-of coordinator, juggler, and therapist. What a group - such talented, considerate, hard working, and dedicated people.
