Fear No More

dness, calmness, and reassurance that every bride and groom needs throughout the wedding planning process. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but Jessica always had a way of grounding us and reminding us what the day was truly about. That alone is invaluable.  Beyond her incredible organization and professionalism, Jessica is deeply passionate about bringing each couple’s vision to life and making their wedding feel uniquely theirs. She was born to plan weddings. She is amazing with people, incredibly emotionally present, and when challenges arise, she knows exactly what to do. At one point during our planning process, the church we had booked for over a year unexpectedly closed. Jessica jumped into action immediately, and within just a few days she helped us pivot, find a new church, and get everything secured seamlessly. For those of you that have worked with churches previously, you know how much of an accomplishment that is. What could have been a complete disaster became manageable and turned out better than we could have imagined, solely because of her guidance and steady presence. And then there’s her eye for design — truly unmatched. We trusted Jessica completely with every design decision because her taste is incredible, and she knows exactly how to bring a vision to life. She also has an amazing network of vendors who helped make our wedding feel thoughtful, beautiful, and completely “us.” Over the course of a year and a half of planning together, we got to know not only an extraordinary wedding planner, but an extraordinary person. Jessica became so much more than our planner — she became a friend, and someone we know we’ll continue to have in our lives moving forward. I truly believe so many of her couples feel the same way after working with her. Kayla, Jessica’s colleague, was also absolutely wonderful throughout the process and on the wedding day itself. Together on the wedding day, they made us feel supported and completely taken care of every step of the way. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, and there is absolutely no way we could have done it without Fear No More. Hiring them was without a doubt, the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding journey.

took time to understand, and executed flawlessly. Many of our request were bit outside of the box, and every time they were celebrated with excitement and follow through. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone who has the good fortune to work with them. I would never have been able to execute a day so flawless while still feeling so much like 'us'. Thank you Jessica and team!!

, patient, and truly wonderful to work with. Our wedding day was perfect and we are so grateful. As a bride with a TON of random questions and thoughts about the day, Jessica was incredibly understanding and always willing to help. Trust the process—she will execute everything above and beyond what imagined and hoped for.

ns made everything come together beautifully. On the day of our spring wedding, Jessica and her team were amazing. Everything ran so smoothly, and we did not have to worry about a single thing. Beyond being an expert at her job, Jessica is truly is friendly, caring, and such a joy to work with. Over the months of planning, she became a friend, and we loved every step of working with her. You spend so much time with your planner, and she is your girl if you want someone who genuinely cares and makes the experience fun, easy, and stress free. We could not recommend Jessica and her wonderful team more.

rom the beginning, she made everything so easy. We had unlimited communication, and she was always there to answer every question, calm every worry, and meet every idea with a thoughtful plan. She contacted our vendors, managed every detail, and listened to us not only as clients but as partners and friends. All I gave her were a handful of screenshots, Reels, and TikToks, and she brought them to life in a way I never could have done myself. Her range and creativity are unmatched. You can give her any theme, color palette, or venue, and she will transform it into something beautiful. She thought of every little thing that made the day feel seamless and perfect from start to finish. She has such a wealth of knowledge about the wedding industry in Detroit. Whether it’s vendors, venues, or decor, she knows the best in the business and works with them for a reason. She makes it a joy to work with her and with everyone she recommends. On the wedding day, she was my sense of calm and peace. I didn’t have to think about a single thing because she was always 20+ steps ahead. She made me feel so cared for and allowed me to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Jessica loves love, and you can feel that in everything she does. She is faith-driven, creative, kind, and one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our day everything we dreamed of and more. We love you so much!  Caroline & Craig Scalpone

ing-  she was beyond genuine and caring in regards to making our big day perfect for US and no one else. The way Jessica carries herself in such a professional- yet kind hearted manner makes her the best of the best to work with. Now that our wedding is over, we genuinely miss talking with her on a weekly basis. 10/10 would recommend booking with Jessica if you are newly engaged or looking for a wedding planner!

the day of, everything felt effortless, and that was 100% thanks to her. We’ve gotten so many compliments from guests about how seamless and beautifully coordinated everything was. She handled every detail with care and kept things moving without ever making it feel rushed. I can’t imagine how the day would have gone without her, Jessica truly made it perfect. If you’re on the fence, hire her. You will not regret it!

nto a surprisingly calm, organized, and genuinely joyful process. Jess was the easiest and best decision we made throughout the entire process. Her sweet and steady demeanor was exactly what we needed, not just in the months leading up to the big day, but especially on the day itself. Jess was more than our planner; she was our anchor and friend. I still remember her telling us during the first call that your planner will be by your side for twelve hours on one of the most important days of your life and how honored she is to have that responsibility. I'm so happy we picked her, because that really stuck with me and is so true!!! Thanks to Jess, I didn’t worry about a single detail. I was able to be fully present, soaking in every moment with my husband, knowing she and her team had it all perfectly handled. Her design eye left us speechless when we did our room reveal, I was in happy tears. The day was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed. It's wild to think we won’t be communicating so often as a long the way she became a friend. Jess didn’t just help plan our wedding, she created a masterpiece and became a cherished part of our story. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, trust me you’re in the very best hands.

ocess. We cannot recommend her services enough. 6/5 stars!!

he most attentive person. I can't imagine going through this process again without her. She is kind, responsive, calm, and extremely organized. Knowing I had her in my corner during my big day was the biggest stress relief. I didn't worry about anything all day long and truly enjoyed every single second of the day which every bride should. It's worth every penny booking Jessica/Fear No More. You will look back and view her services above all other vendors, that's a promise. Wish I could get married all over again just to work with her more.

done it without her- from the industry knowledge, vendor relationships, etc. She dealt with all of our concerns and requests with such grace (including the one where we had two ceremonies, a lunch, cocktail hour, and reception all in one day). And did I mention that everything the day of was absolutely perfect and ON TIME all thanks to Jessica and her team. We are still getting compliments from our family and friends about how amazing our planner and her team was. We will miss working with her!!

ess and workload of the design, planning , and coordinating process.

ng ability to take our ideas and turn them into reality. She suggested some fantastic ideas that we hadn’t even thought of - such as a string quartet (Rondo String Quartet) during cocktail hour and that ended up being one of our favorite things!! Jessica is beyond organized and everything came together beautifully. The decor, the schedule, and all the little details were spot on! On the big day, I felt so relaxed because I knew Jessica had everything under control. This was such a relief because I could just enjoy the day. Jessica's calm and excited energy was such a blessing. Jessica took care of everything behind the scenes, and it showed in how smoothly everything went. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only incredibly skilled but also a joy to work with, Jessica is your person. She made our wedding day truly amazing, and we are forever grateful for everything she did! Can't recommend her enough!!!

d I feel so special, respected all of our special moments (and created more than we could have asked for!) and we will be forever thankful for the whole team! If you’re getting married, you need Fear No More by your side to give you mints out of her magic fanny pack when you are barely hanging on, bustle your dress, and be the most calming and giggly presence on your special day.

She was spot on with every fine detail and made our wedding a perfect representation of us. She will take care of all communication between vendors and you won’t worry for one second. Coming from two very Type A personalities, we were never once stressed during the wedding planning process or days appraching because we had full confidence and trust in Jessica. On our wedding day, Jessica was our right hand woman who took the stress out of the day and only added to the love. Jessica is phenomenal!

every detail of our wedding. She perfectly coordinated with our other vendors before and on the day of. She also was always available and very prompt responding to email. Jessica lets you know EXACTLY what you are paying for and is completely transparent throughout the entire process. She is extremely respectful of budget and has wonderful relationships built with many other vendors! We went with Viviano Flower Shop for our big day, and when I called to make the deposit, they asked who our coordinator was. When we said it was Jessica they absolutely gushed about getting to work with her again, and how good she is! Hearing that from another vendor just solidified that we had made the right choice. As a bride on the day of, I had zero worries whatsoever because I knew Jessica had absolutely everything under control! Throughout the meetings and walk-throughs we had before our wedding, she showed us how trustworthy she was and how dedicated she and her team were to make our day nothing short of spectacular! Working with Jessica is like working with your best friend. She is a wonderful human being, which adds to the magic she creates for your big day. Thank you so much Fear No More! Worth every penny.

with venue staff and our other vendors was amazing. During the planning process she was always available, promptly assisting with any recommendations that we requested. On our big day, she was assertive in a calming tone and kept everything smoothly on track. She and her team were everywhere at once making sure everything went perfectly to plan. Jessica saved the day when I forgot the sheet cakes. She went to the store to grab more before I even knew there was a problem. She is a wedding superstar and we cannot thank her enough for making our day absolutely perfect!

end her to anyone who is looking for a cheerful, open minded and professional wedding planner. She is amazing!!

vidual I’ve ever had the honor of working with. She is thinking of things you’ve never imagined happening, is in about 30 places at once and is willing to jump in and do literally anything. She was one of the best parts of my wedding as she made sure everything went off without a hitch. Even with the church coordinator displaying beyond unprofessional behavior towards Jess, she was professional and stood her ground advocating for me. Fear no more is the best investment for your wedding and I’d hire Jessica and her team for any event in the future. I’m beyond blessed and thankful to have met her.

vision become a reality. She is also so responsive to feedback. Throughout the entire process of planning our wedding, we knew we had made the right choice and that Jessica and her team were worth every penny. Jessica truly made my dream fairytale wedding a reality. My husband, who is EXTREMELY detail-oriented and an incredible planner himself, said he was actually able to relax and enjoy himself at the wedding because he knew Jessica had everything handled, and I felt the same. Jessica coordinated all of our vendors, met with us whenever needed, and was very organized. She created an incredibly detailed timeline for the wedding day and kept everyone on track. We also received feedback from our venue that she was one of the best planners they have worked with. What really stands out about Jessica is her kindness and genuine passion for her work. I was so happy to have her by my side on my wedding day and would choose her over and over again. Jessica is so wonderful that she made the wedding planning process FUN—and that’s saying something as it can be very stressful. We came out of the wedding with another friend in Jessica. I cannot recommend her enough. She is a lovely person and excellent at her job. Other unique attributes about Jessica include her previous work as a bridal stylist and at a wedding venue, giving her a well-rounded perspective. She is also adept at helping with things, like bustling the wedding dress, etc., thanks to her experience. Thanks to Jessica, our wedding went PERFECTLY. It was everything I dreamed of and more. Choosing her will be the best decision you make.

hands. For instance: on our wedding day, we were in a classic car on the way to a garage when we realized that we hadn’t paid the fee to enter the garage; by the time we got to the garage, Jess had somehow taken care of it. Without Jess’ help, we probably wouldn’t have found our band, our tuxedo rentals, all the dress fittings and alterations, our photographer and videographer, the makeup artist, our shuttle bus, our classic car (apparently, she somehow convinced a place that doesn’t even do rentals to rent a car out to us??)…not to mention that with Jess’ help, we probably saved literally thousands of dollars. She took us through the entire thing — designs, layouts, timelines, catering, literally the entire thing, and made it so much better than we could have ever done alone. We have nothing but the best things to say.

thing we wanted to do on our time off. None the less, though we are busy individuals we still wanted a beautiful day that we could enjoy. Jessica made sure of that. We had a 300 person guest list with a 24 person entourage, and a bride that doesn’t like flowers. So you could say Jessica had her work cut out for her. Leading up to the wedding we had many meetings and would send emails and have calls back and forth. The day off was very smooth and organized. Every person of our wedding party knew where to be and at what time because her very detailed timeline. I was able to text Jessica and she’d come running up to my bridal suite for whatever I needed, same thing for my husband. Our reception room was gorgeous and everything my husband and I could dream of. She brought my simple and modern design to life. When married couples say the day goes by so fast, for us it didn’t. We were able to enjoy every minute because Jessica and her team worried about the rest. For her we are ever grateful and we miss her so much!!

on track for a wedding. When I tell you that Jessica outshined that expectation, I mean it. We had done phone calls with potential wedding planners and I recognize we're a bit unconventional. We wanted an earlier wedding at noon like many folks with my background do, and with a quartet instead of any DJ. We were often met with people pushing us to do it at night, as is standard, right from the get go. Jessica met us on the phone and the first words out of her mouth were that she wanted to know who we are first. She wasn't doing a 20 minute spiel of her packages, how we'll choose from her vendors-- She wanted to know our story. And the moment either of us said we wanted something, she was onboard to make that a reality. She was also honest! She accommodated with our crazy schedule. We had hair and makeup at 6 am on the wedding day (very normal for us, but I get that's hell on a Saturday), and she and her team were earnestly just happy to be there and have everything set. She also is the most organized woman I've ever met. She'll have a binder with your name on it, backups of every piece of info vendors need, a timeline that is so legible and clear, to the point I remember our florist was thoroughly impressed on a walk-through and started asking how she can refer her to couples that need help. This is an earnestly good group of folks who work hard and love nothing more than giving you YOUR wedding. Not a cookie cutter one, but one that represents the love and life you have and look forward to (unless you want a cookie cutter one and then I'm sure it would be the best damn sugar cookie you've ever had). Also, if I could attach pictures, you could see this woman gave us a wedding that was out of this world. Every family and friend who went there said it was absolutely a representation of us and that Jessica and her team were incredible. We had so much fun. It was perfect. Thanks again, to this amazing group of folks.

o thoughtful and kind. They became such an important part of our wedding process and were there every step of the way with incredible support! I recommend Fear No More to anyone and everyone!!

I was one-year into wedding planning. I had made many steps on my own, but found myself exhausted, second guessing my choices and frozen by the decision-making process. Wedding planning was no longer fun, and I knew I needed help. Jessica, of Fear No More, was quick to respond and her warmth, kindness and passion for this business was immediately felt through the phone. I knew after that first call, I had to book her for wedding planning and coordinating services. PLANNING: Jessica considered all the decisions I had made thus far and helped me reel in my vision and dream by creating a gorgeous vision board. Jessica's energetic and positive personality, as well as her genuine excitement for planning, made me again excited about the process. Having a person to be my soundboard, who was honest, responsive (always) and realistic in her responses, made me feel confident in my decisions. She assisted me with the design of linens, table setting features and floral design. She met me in my home and brought samples to help me see options in real life, versus trying to envision it over a screen or in my mind. She provided many, many options, and was receptive to any edits, because she ultimately wanting me to love what I selected. Seeing everything in person helped me feel confident and excited to again see this all in our venue on the big day and I really wish I could upload a photo to show just how insanely beautiful our reception turned out to be. COORDINATION: Jessica is insanely organized, communicative, and concise. She was clear and realistic in what she needed from us and took the reigns from there on. The month leading up to the wedding, I truly did not have a single worry or care... it truly felt almost eerily relaxing at times! Jessica kept me updated on contact and confirmations she made with our vendors. Jessica was present for the rehearsal and created detailed timelines for our wedding party. FNM was there bright and early at the venue and completed set up without a hitch. (Again, I wish I could upload a photo to show you how incredible our space looked. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing!) She periodically checked in with all parties throughout the getting ready period to ensure we stuck to our time schedule. The FNM team wrangled our 21-person wedding party and kept the mood always fun, light, and exciting. She remained at the venue and packed everything up. They ensured our wedding night suite was tidy, that our card box was safely delivered and an adorable, personalized gift from FNM was left. Our day truly went without a single hiccup, and I know FNM is to thank for that. FROM START TO FINISH, FEAR NO MORE BROUGHT THE FUN AND EXCITEMENT TO WEDDING PLANNING AND THE WEDDING DAY! Jessica is warm, vibrant and so easy to get along with. She is organized, responsible, creative and passionate. She has amazing vision, style and has extended experience in the wedding industry. She instantly won over myself and my husband, who would agree she was worth every dollar (if not more!) FNM made me and my husband feel so special and important, and I can honestly say I wouldn't have enjoyed the year leading up to my wedding, if it weren't for Jessica and her team. 10/10 would recommend FNM be the team you hire!

am wedding day comes to life. From phenomenal ideas to coordinating vendors to running the day of with grace and the largest smile - this team does it all. By the end of our wedding weekend not only were we beyond grateful for Jessica but our family, friends and other vendors could not stop raving about Fear No More. As a type A planner myself I originally considered not hiring a wedding coordinator and without a doubt I am delighted that I went against my original instinct. Jessica thought of so many elements and details that never crossed my mind and on the day of was a godsend making everything flow smooth which allowed me to truly enjoy the day. Hiring Fear No More was the easiest and best decision, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone wanting the best partner to make your day extra special!

nto this whole process completely clueless and Jessica helped every step of the way. Even though she wasn't a full wedding planner for my day, she had suggestions for all vendors and wedding needs. She is the most supportive, caring, and lovely person I met throughout this whole planning process and hands down my favorite vendor I hired. She allowed me to reach out at any time via her cell phone and email. She thought of things that I would've never thought of and she did everything with a huge smile on her face. She kept my nerves down and kept us all laughing through the day. I have never met anyone more organized in my life. She came prepared with binders, spreadsheets, hand-outs, etc. She kept me on track for months prior to the big day, and it's clear she knows the wedding industry well! Every single vendor that she recommended and I booked-- I loved! My whole family and wedding party were IMPRESSED. She is worth every penny and if you're looking for a sign to hire a wedding planner- DO IT and hire Jessica! I was able to relax and enjoy the whole day (so did my parents!) and she took care of everything!

ouple in mind at ALL TIMES! You can tell she loves what she does. FNM offers so many services that made my wedding day go as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend them to EVERY couple! You won’t regret it :)

ces were perfection. She spent time with the bride and groom leading up to the wedding to get to know them and gather all of the information she needed to make sure the day was as they dreamed. She was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. It put all of our minds at ease knowing that Jessica would make sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding including the church service, vendor organization and setup, decor, dinner service, and so much more. She even bustled the bride's dress and got her needle and thread out for a member of the wedding party who had a mishap. As the mother of the groom, I could completely relax and enjoy the day knowing Jessica and her team had everything taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend Fear No More Wedding Coordination for all of your wedding planning needs. You will not regret it!

k with. She was always a phone call or text away when I was having trouble with vendors or anything at all with wedding planning. Any issues we had she solved within hours if not minutes. I would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a wedding no matter what stage of planning you are at. She was there for me every step of the way and she was always a calming presence during the planning phase and especially on our wedding day. Everyone in my family commented on how amazing her and her team were the days leading up to the wedding! Their business name is true to the service they provide. After one phone call with Jessica I felt instant relief. I have already recommended Fear No More to every bride I know!

ca didn't discuss prior to the actual day so we were completely prepared for everything before it even happened. But as all good plans go, the day of there were some glitches but thanks to Jessica's calm and professional attitude she handled everything that came her way and made the wedding day one of the most special days ever. She was everywhere, all the time. Moving tables, supplying safety pins, maneuvering guests and family for pictures, toasts, wardrobe changes, you name it and she had it covered. I would have tried to save some money and do all this myself, but after hiring Jessica and having her there for the wedding, now I would say it was well worth the money and she actually was quite fairly priced and could have charged way more for all that she does. I would highly recommend hiring Jessica

e STOP and hire Jessica and her team. Jessica’s diverse background (10+ years in the wedding dress and event industries) prior to opening her own planning business – really broadens her skillsets she offers. Jessica is very detailed from reviewing contracts (yes as a month-of-planner!), guest lists, minute-by-minute schedule, vendor services – you don’t have to worry once she’s onboard. I had all my vendors RAVING about her because of her detailed timeline and quick communication – many thought she planned my wedding from the get-go because we were so in-sync and our transition was seamless. Jessica and her assistant Shelby were a dream-team and addressed any small issues leading up to and on the day with such sweet demeanors and grace (many times without even making me aware). With a COVID spike around Memorial Day our guest count and tables were changing up to the reception - Jessica was so understanding and creative in her problem solving. We couldn’t have imagined our wedding with out Fear No More – Jessica has truly become a friend and we are forever grateful for all the support she provided us. Please hire her, I promise your stress levels will drop!! 😊

r vendors, and took care of all the day of questions from anyone and everyone so we could just enjoy. She took some of the food leftovers back to our hotel room so we had late night snack when we got to our room. She set up the venue while we took pictures. She handled all the bumps that come up along the way and made it seem effortless. Highly recommend. Worth more than she charges and saved so many headaches for the whole process.

ater. She is more than just a day of coordinator or wedding planner, she is truly your go-to for everything for your wedding! She went through details of our timeline and day that I would have never thought of including hand placement for cake cutting, order of family members walking down the aisle, absolutely any question we had, Jessica answered quickly and took care of any organizational tasks we had. Jessica is kind hearted, patient, organized and just an absolute joy to be around. As a COVID bride, the week of the wedding came with many stressors, Jessica was in contact with me regularly, ensuring she was on top of communicating with my vendors so I didn’t have to worry about that, it was more than I could’ve asked for After our wedding day, my husband and my whole family missed her! I can’t count the compliments that we received for Jessica from our guests. We came back to our room after our wedding and didn’t have to do a single thing, as she had gone above and beyond and organized our room with our gifts and all the items we needed to take home. I have and will continue to recommend Jessica to ANY bride! She has become part of our family and will certainly make any wedding day special for others.

was Jessica’s attention to detail incredible but her positive energy added many smiles throughout the day! Because of Jessica I was worry free the entire week of the wedding and was able to enjoy every moment of my daughter’s special day. I have another daughter getting married and have already booked her again! I can’t imagine the experience without her!!” Cindy L

cups along the way. When I first spoke with her after getting engaged, she listened and shared excitement as I described my vision for an outdoor wedding at the lake. She helped me see things I otherwise would have missed. We talked big picture and she helped me narrow down a to-do list and get organized. About a month out from the wedding, we met again and went minute by minute through the entire day. This part was SO helpful for me. It allowed me to relax and really enjoy those last weeks before the wedding. She also took over all vendor communication at that point. She took all of their info and ensured that they all were set to show up on time. If there were issues, I didn’t hear a thing! Finally, the day of came and Jessica arrived early that morning. The whole day, she handled all of the details. I worried about nothing! She was kind and funny but also had no problem getting stuff done! She ensured everything was set up exactly as we discussed, even if she had to do it herself. Every person was on time & where they were supposed to be, thanks to her. I heard much later that a couple small bumps did pop up, but she handled them quickly before they ever got to me. She stayed the entire night, making sure everything ran smoothly. She helped tear down our decor and had it all organized for us the next morning. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to worry about that! Jessica knows weddings inside and out. Her years of experience really showed the entire time. She was never rattled and made me feel confident and at ease throughout the whole process. Guests noticed and raved about what an excellent job she did. Choosing her as my month of coordinator was by far one of my best wedding planning decisions! Highly recommended!!
