Will and Ian are the fantastic duo. They kept our day moving seamlessly and we didn’t need to worry about a thing. From picking up our cake to bringing us food or drinks and even being there to help get my dress buttoned all the way down the back after restroom breaks, they never failed to hit the mark! At the end of the night, everything was packed for us and ready to go. They did everything they promised and more! ious planning company who had let us down and quit a month before our wedding. Will heard what happened and made himself available to help us in our dire need. We hired him for month of coordination and he picked everything right up and I went from worrying about everything to worrying about nothing. In that last month he coordinated all of my vendors and made sure all those last little details were tied up nicely, and did it with such speed and precision that things were done before I even thought of them. He absolutely killed it day of, putting out fires and making sure everything looked amazing and went smoothly. When we noticed a dance floor tile slightly bent upwards at the corner he brought it up to the venue and it was remedied immediately. When the backdrop drapery went up, he stepped in and asked them to set it up in a way that would make the ceremony space more cohesive and scenic in a way that I did not even think of. I was swelling up from mosquito bites during first look photos and he ran to Walgreens to get me creams to help bring down the swelling and itching. He alleviated so much of my stress and advocated for me and supported me every step of the wedding process. Planning a wedding is stressful but Fater Fairytale Weddings truly cares about you and your wedding day and will do everything they can to make sure your day goes smoothly and that you not only enjoy the wedding day but enjoy the process leading up to it. From the very beginning, we knew there was no one else we would want ...
standing beside us and officiating our ceremony. Will took the time to truly understand us, our relationship, and our story, and somehow turned all of that into the most beautiful and personal ceremony we could have imagined. He had our friends and family laughing, crying, and feeling every emotion right along with us. Afterward, so many of our guests came up to both us and Will to tell us how beautiful the ceremony was and how perfectly his words captured who we are as a couple.
And that was only one small part of everything he did for us.
In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Will worked closely with all of our vendors to make sure every detail was coordinated and everything would come together seamlessly. By the time our wedding day arrived, we truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. He kept everything moving, worked in every request we threw his way, made sure family members were where they needed to be for photos, cut our cake, and handled countless little details behind the scenes that we probably still don’t even know about. Every one of our vendors loved working with him, and because of everything he did before and during our wedding, we were able to be completely present and enjoy our day instead of worrying about what needed to happen next. We truly didn’t have to lift a finger.
Having known Will for a long time, I’ve seen firsthand the amount of time, thought, dedication, and heart he puts into every wedding he plans. He genuinely cares about his couples and wants their day to feel every bit as special and magical as they imagined it would be. After experiencing that ourselves, we have an entirely new appreciation for just how incredible he is at what he does.
Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed of and more, and so much of that is because of Will. We will forever be grateful for everything he did for us and cannot recommend Will and the Fater Fairytale team enough. When you put your wedding in their hands, you can trust that they will care about your day just as much as you do.

dreams! From patiently answering the frequent month-of questions I had, to the takeover of pain-in-the-arse projects I gave up on (I'm looking at you, flower fishing lines!) to knowing exactly when I needed a reassuring hug, this dream team blew my expectations out of the water!
Being event managers for a fellow event manager is a daunting task, but these guys made me feel at ease from the moment we met. They respected my expertise, while also offering their own--often coming up with creative solutions I neither asked for nor could have come up with in the first place!
I was so relieved all throughout my wedding weekend, knowing that my team had my back 1,000%, and that allowed me to be fully present in the moment all wedding long.

bridesmaids, I got to see firsthand everything that happened behind the scenes — and let me tell you, these two went ABOVE AND BEYOND!
The day definitely didn't start the way it was supposed to. The bride's original makeup artist never showed up, hair and makeup were behind, and the ceremony had to be delayed until 3:00. But thank God Will and Ian were prepared! They had a backup person who was able to step in and help get the bride's hair and makeup done so we could keep things moving.
And from there, they handled EVERYTHING. They were pressing dresses, keeping everyone together, handling last-minute emergencies, and somehow had everything you could imagine — from pins to Band-Aids and anything else we suddenly needed. 😂👏🏽
And it wasn't just at the church. From the church to the reception venue, Will and Ian were ON IT. They made sure everything looked beautiful, kept things organized, handled problems before most people even knew there was a problem, and stayed through the cleanup. They SHOWED UP and did so much more than what they were hired to do.
As a bridesmaid, I witnessed the chaos behind the scenes that most of the guests never saw. And the reason everyone else could simply enjoy a beautiful wedding was because Will and Ian kept everything going.
My friend made one of the BEST decisions hiring these two. I would recommend Will & Ian to anyone looking for wedding planners. They were prepared, dependable, professional, resourceful, and when things didn't go according to plan, they figured it out!

On the day of the wedding, we didn’t need to worry about anything at all, they were both there to help out with whatever was needed - At one point, a button popped off my suit, and they had brought a needle and thread to sew it back on immediately. They provided calm energy to the wedding which made sure we had the minimum amount of panicking. On top of it all, they were super fun to work with!

The venue was a multi-building complex with ceremony, cocktail and reception all in different locations. As a vendor, that is a lot of mileage to walk in a day when bouncing around to where they are needed. They were ALWAYS available, easy to find, always moving quickly, and kept everything on track. Ian had an incredibly likeable personality with the guests that we saw firsthand when he navigated them between the buildings. We'd be lucky to work with them again!

s a couple. They're incredibly flexible with meetings and last minute changes in plans! They crafted a practically minute-by-minute itinerary for our day and worked hard to make sure that our wedding party and our guests were respectful of our time and wishes. They gave lots of encouragement before the ceremony when nerves were running high. Our reception was absolutely fantastic too - Ian was not kidding when he says that he becomes the "wedding photo drill sergeant" - he kept us all on task and helped get photos done quickly. Will was so wonderful during the reception too - he grabbed the bride a drink from the bar when she wanted some wine but couldn't get away from the task at hand, he helped the bride and grooms family with packing up items and decor towards the end of the night, and really made this the easiest day it could have been for the two of us as a couple. We truly can't sing their praises enough - we got numerous compliments from family and friends on how wonderful their services were, and I can say that for anyone that's on the fence about hiring coordinators - DO IT! Ian & Will are the only reason that I was able to enjoy my wedding day rather than stressing all day long. From picking up floral early in the morning and transporting it to our venue 2 hours away, coordinating with all of our vendors, setting up our decorations, getting drinks for the wedding parties, leaving the reception to pick up late-night, and cleaning up at the end of the night - they took care of it all. Because we live close to the venue, they even made trips to our house throughout the night to put the leftover food in the fridge for us and to drop off our gifts so that we could focus on dancing the night away with our family and friends. Not to mention, Ian and Will were a big hit with our guests; some even took pictures with them. After our wedding, many of our friends and family raved about how awesome our wedding planners were, as if we didn't already know. 10/10 - we would highly recommend Fater Fairytale Weddings to anyone who wants their wedding day to be the best day of their life. They'll make it happen without a doubt.
