Farrever After Events

ep of the way. Her planning guide was SUPER helpful, well organized and even fun to look at. It answered a lot of the questions we had about planning a wedding. If we had further questions, she gave us honest answers, and even venue specific answers! The way she ran our wedding was incredible, set up to teardown. The ceremony and receptions were done without any problems. She was always there when we needed her and two steps ahead of everything. Even when we wanted to move the cocktail hour location due to weather concerns, she was on it. After teardown everything we wanted to keep was packed up nice and neatly in our wagon to take home, extra cake and cupcakes were properly stored and ready to pick up the next morning. Meghan is a coordinator you want for any kind of event! When she is running the show, you can truly relax and enjoy your day with your family and friends. Only thing you have to worry about is that she isn't already booked.

getting started guide and FAQs for wedding planning, as well as a list of trusted vendors (which was so helpful to narrow down the field when choosing who else we would be working with). I had so many questions early on, and Meghan was prompt and clear with her answers, typically getting back to my emails within a few hours. There was no question too small, and she gave her honest opinions about what would be challenging or what might not work for our venue and vision. Getting closer to the wedding day, Meghan stayed super organized and collaborated with the coordinator at our venue to help make the vision really come to life! She also led our walk-through at the venue about a month before the wedding, and we got a thorough understanding of how the day would go from wake up to the send off at the end of the day. She also had clear communication about what was needed from us and what was needed from other vendors. Dani also helped with our wedding: she led our rehearsal the day before, and joined Meghan on the day of coordination. Even though only Meghan had been working with us up until this point, Meghan had clearly had gone over every detail of our wedding day with Dani to catch her up, as they both were in lock step leading us through the timeline. On the wedding day, we had a text chain for any last minute questions or issues that popped up, and when I say Meghan and Dani handled things, they handled EVERYTHING, from directing our parents to them with questions, to nicely kicking out guests from the reception area before it was ready so that we didn't have to be the bad guys! Another piece that made things easy was Meghan's add-on service for officiating. We had a family friend officiate our wedding, but she was not licensed. With Meghan's officiant services, she was able to sign and file our license to legally marry us, while our chosen officiant still got to stand up there with us. We discussed our final decision for a rain call, and since there was a very slim chance of rain at the time of the ceremony, we went ahead with the outdoor ceremony with covered cocktail hour. Just as luck would have it, it started raining right at the beginning of our ceremony. We were so unbothered by it all, just excited to be getting married, but Meghan and Dani were there with umbrellas to pass out to us and the guests, and they were ready to direct guests towards cover for the cocktail hour. The reception was decorated so beautifully by Meghan and Dani, who had put it all together earlier that afternoon. They really paid attention to every little detail. I found out later that one of the table's seating had been inadvertently flipped backwards (my maid of honor had noticed during cocktail hour and mentioned it to Meghan), and before guests came into the reception area, Meghan and/or Dani had already switched things to put it back to my intended seating plan. I think the mark of a good coordinator is that they handled the problems before I even knew they were an issue! When I say I didn't have one thing to worry about on my wedding day, I mean it! We had talked through all the details and contingencies beforehand, so I truly felt like I didn't need to stress about anything on the actual wedding day.

make our day flow so seamlessly. Not only that, but she is also very kind and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions with genuine care, no matter how silly they were. Seriously, hire her! Thank you Meghan!!

t with vendors and others when she needs to be, answers every question you have with compassion and thoughtfulness as quickly as she possibly can, it's like the best ever personal assistant to a new part time job you never knew you'd care so much about for a whole year. I'm obsessed and wish she could help me with all life things. THANK YOU MEGHAN! WE LOVE YOU. MARRY US.

before the wedding, we realized we should have gone with Farrever After Events instead. Thankfully, Meghan and Dani were able to swoop in and save our tails! Meghan communicated with all vendors, collaborated with our caterer to design an effective floor plan for our atypical venue, ran a helpful final walk-through, and more. Dani was our coordinator the day of, and she is a delight. She kept things moving smoothly and put out more fires than we know about, while being an unflappable and reassuring presence. Multiple guests described our wedding day as “seamless,” and that’s thanks to the hard work of the experienced team at Farrever After Events.

very email immediately and was ready to hop onto a call to answer any and all questions we had. She gave us her honest opinions and guided us through the experience. We saw her at the courthouse to get our marriage license and she even helped there!  On our wedding day, Meghan was SO on top of it. She problem-solved, made sure guests were enjoying themselves, and captured beautiful and meaningful moments for us throughout the night. She helped us stay present in the moment, laugh throughout the day, and probably handled things we didn’t even know happened. She was available the whole evening, kept us in the loop with important details, and was willing to help  Meghan is your wedding planning/day of guru and the person EVERYONE should hire to be their coordinator! We enjoyed the experience so much that we might name our first born child after her.

ing, Meghan was super helpful in recommending other vendors and unsticking vendor communications when needed. She kicked into high gear about 60 days out from the ceremony - keeping us on track with final decisions, coordinating with multiple vendors to prepare our wedding day timeline, attending our venue walk through, etc. By the time our rehearsal came around, I knew I could comfortably hand control over to Meghan. For a Type-A control freak like me, the ability to hand the reins to someone else was worth its weight in gold and was only possible because of how capable she is. I was able to be fully present at both the rehearsal and on the wedding day itself, instead of worrying about logistics. If anything went awry on the wedding day, I had absolutely no idea and that's how I wanted it. I also had multiple guests comment to me the day after the wedding that Meghan seemed to be everywhere at the reception, keeping things moving and ensuring that everyone was having a good night. She even found time to teach my sisters-in-law how to Wobble and to capture some photos and videos throughout the day. In short, we would highly recommend hiring Farrever After Events to coordinate your wedding!

work with. She is timely with answering her emails and always made sure we were on track. On the day of our wedding she was coordinating with vendors, making sure things were set up correctly, and making sure everybody was where they were supposed to be. Meghan is also a civil celebrant in Virginia, so she was able to sign and file our marriage paperwork for us. This made it so much easier for us to have a member of our family perform the ceremony. Honestly Meghan made our wedding day feels so much less stressful because I know she had it handled. If there were any hiccups or things that happened in the background, I didn’t know because she handled them. She was a wonderful addition to the team on our wedding day.

nswer questions and make us feel at ease. On the day of our wedding, she was right on time, completely professional, and brought such a calm, positive presence to our ceremony. One of the things we appreciated most was her flexibility. She gave us the freedom to draft and create our own vows and script, which made the ceremony feel so personal and meaningful. Meghan is truly the sweetest, and we feel so lucky and grateful to have had her be a part of our special day. We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant! 💕

esponse to all of our questions. Whenever we had difficulty with communication with any of our vendors, Meghan was able to step in on our behalf and ensure it was taken care of. From coordination of our vendors in the final weeks, to final walkthrough and rehearsal, Meghan gave us the confidence that our wedding was in good hands. On our wedding day, Meghan was fully available and made sure everything (and everyone) was in their place so that our day went smoothly and we could relax and enjoy our wedding. Her add-on for signing services also allowed my brother to serve as our “officiant,” which meant our ceremony was more meaningful and personal to us. At the end of the night, she packed and cleaned up our decorations with care and precision, which made it easy for us to take home the next morning, as our venue let us keep our decorations there overnight. When there were hiccups, seen and unseen, she was the first to jump in and handle it, such as cueing people for standing in the ceremony, or helping guests use our polaroid cameras. She is incredibly organized, competent, and personable, everything you would want your wedding coordinator to be. The peace of mind she gave us when planning our wedding and in its execution cannot be overstated. We highly recommend Meghan for all of your wedding coordination needs.

leading up to our wedding she was always very responsive to all our questions, attended our walk-through and helped coordinate details with our venue as we got closer (30-45 days out), communicated our final timeline with all our vendors, and was all around incredibly organized, keeping us on track and prepared for the big day.  Most importantly, on the day of our wedding Meghan managed everything behind the scenes so that we could have an stress-free day, keeping everyone and everything on track, executing on our vision perfectly. I should also mention that while Meghan is super organized and professional she is also fun to work with!! She has both a great personality and very direct style, which is the perfect combination (during what can be a stressful time for couples planning a wedding!) We would highly recommend Meghan and Farrever After Events!

ered. But did I know about it? Nope! Because Meghan went out of her way to make sure a new one was delivered before I could even notice. True professionalism, great vibes, much fluidity, would 11/10 times reccommend!

e me fantastic advice. Meghan hosted the rehearsal the day before our wedding. She was great at giving direction and prepared us well for wedding day. Dani was our day of coordinator and lead the charge on our big day. She was great at communicating and worked well with all of our vendors to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Farrever After Events for your day of coordinator! They will ensure your day is everything you want it to be.

hout the entire planning process. She made wedding planning feel easy, from sharing detailed planning timelines to providing an amazing vendor list that helped us build the perfect team. One of the things we appreciated most was how quickly and thoroughly she responded to every question, especially during times when we struggled to get timely answers from our venue. Meghan’s familiarity with our venue was a huge asset, she knew exactly how things worked there and was able to guide us through every detail with confidence and ease. On the big day, right before our outdoor ceremony, it started to rain. Meghan handled the situation with total grace and professionalism. While the venue was pressuring us to move the ceremony indoors, she held firm and got us the time we needed. Sure enough, the storm passed quickly, and we were able to have the ceremony we had always envisioned. Thanks to her, everything ran smoothly, even with the weather curveball, and we were truly able to relax and enjoy the day. If you're looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, responsive, and completely dedicated to making your wedding day flawless, look no further. Meghan and her junior coordinator Dani were truly a dream to work with, and we can’t recommend them highly enough!

n board and help us - and BOY did she help us. We were feeling extremely overwhelmed and a bit in over our heads. Right away Meghan rolled up her sleeves and gave us a very clear outline of exactly what she needed from us to deal with details big and small, all the way from our vendors and the venue, to the timeline of the day, down to setting up each piece of decor. The day was everything that we had dreamed of. It all went completely smoothly - and she was just also so lovely and nice to work with. We cannot recommend her enough. THANK YOU so much, Meghan!

ly realized she would far exceed our expectations. She connected with us shortly afterward and provided incredibly helpful planning documents — answering questions we didn’t even know we had. Meghan was detail-oriented, organized, and communicative. She took charge early and coordinated with our other vendors well before the big day. As an added bonus, she’s also an officiant, which allowed my sister to lead our ceremony without needing to get ordained. At the rehearsal, Meghan was already familiar with the venue layout, clearly explained how the day would unfold, and ensured our wedding party felt prepared. On the wedding day, she arrived early and set everything up exactly as we had envisioned. Thanks to Meghan, we didn’t feel a single moment of stress — we knew she had everything under control. She seamlessly managed timelines, vendor communication, setup, and breakdown. Meghan even led the cleanup and made sure the venue was left spotless. She provides the highest level of service with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine positivity. We cannot recommend Meghan enough and are incredibly thankful we had the privilege of working with her.

ing, we asked her millions of questions and she answered every single one of them--patiently, thoroughly, and with record-breaking response time. She managed all of our vendors and made sure they were on the same page leading up to the event. We even had one of our vendors fall through at the last minute, and she did everything possible to make sure we secured another vendor as soon as possible. On the day of the wedding, Meghan worked diligently behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. She had the perfect balance of being in the background, but also always accessible to us throughout the night. She did an amazing job of making sure that all of our vendors, guests, and wedding party were where they needed to be. One of the most helpful things that Meghan did was setting up and breaking down the entire event. She made the space look absolutely beautiful and exactly as we had envisioned it! We truly believe that Meghan is the reason our day ran as smoothly as it did, and would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone beginning their wedding planning process!

On the big day, she handled every detail flawlessly, kept things running smoothly, and allowed us to be fully present in the moment. We couldn’t have done it without her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone calm, professional, and genuinely amazing to work with!

lm, organized, and confident energy that immediately put us at ease. One of the things that impressed us most was how incredibly responsive Meghan is — she consistently replied to emails, texts, and questions within minutes. No matter how small or last-minute our concern was, she always made us feel like a priority. That kind of attentiveness is rare and was such a source of comfort during those final weeks leading up to the big day. Meghan took the time to understand every detail of our vision and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all come together seamlessly. She communicated with all our vendors, built a clear timeline, and handled every little hiccup so gracefully that we didn’t even know they happened until after the fact. On the big day, Meghan and her assistant Dani worked seamlessly behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. From managing vendors to keeping the timeline on track, they handled it all so we could fully enjoy the moment. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how smooth and beautiful everything was — and we owe that to them! If you're looking for someone who is professional, passionate, lightning-fast at communication, and simply amazing at what she does, look no further. Meghan is a dream, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you x1 million Meghan!!

dinating vendors the month of. She anticipated pain points ahead of time, so our wedding day was smooth sailing. She helped with the flow of the wedding. And was a calm and confident presence. If I didn’t know what to do w a certain thing, she was happy to help advise. If I really knew what I wanted to do with another thing, she was like go for it and very supportive and willing to help make our vision work! We 11/10 recommend her!!! We had the best day ever.

han provided so many helpful resources to keep us focused and organized, and she always answered our questions quickly. Her vast knowledge and expertise were invaluable. She coordinated with all of our vendors and provided detailed feedback and insights when we discussed our timeline together. The day of our wedding, she was on top of everything. She set up all of our decorations while we were away at the ceremony and when we arrived at the venue, everything looked beautiful. Throughout the evening she gave us space while keeping us on schedule. We couldn’t have done this without her help and highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a day-of coordinator!

actly what we were looking for in a wedding coordinator. In the planning stages, Meghan responded to emails promptly if we had any questions, and her planning guide and recommended vendor directory were so helpful in keeping us organized throughout the planning process. We booked many of the vendors from that directory, and the day came together so well because of the cohesiveness of all the vendors. The wedding day itself is where Meghan really shined. She got to our venue early and checked in to see how everything was going, and then immediately got to work. The ceremony and reception spaces were set up exactly how we imagined they would be, and set up was so ahead of schedule that we were even able to start the ceremony 15 minutes early because there was a threat of rain in the area. Throughout the reception, Meghan also checked in to make sure everything was going exactly how we wanted. And at the end of the night, she packed up all of our decor and organized the cleanup so we were out of the venue in a flash and off to our after party back at the hotel. I cannot emphasize how much Meghan went above and beyond, not just for my husband and me, but also for our guests, going as far as to get a toothpick from her car for one of our guests. With Meghan running the show, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family and not worry about a thing, because we knew she had everything under control. Run, don’t walk, to book her for your wedding!

She was extremely responsive which while planning a wedding is incredibly helpful because there’s so many moving parts, and it was great to know we could 100% rely on Meghan to get back to us in a timely manner and answer our questions or simply just give suggestions or advise to help make our decisions easier. She truly executed the entire wedding day to perfection. I myself am a perfectionist, so my expectations are always very high and I usually have to bring myself down a bit because things usually don’t go as I envision in my head, but she truly exceeded my expectations and everything was just flawless! We cannot thank her enough.

ur venue and we trusted her experience. As part of her services she provided a welcome packet, vendor list, and other helpful resources that we referred to many times during our planning. assuring voice for us while planning the wedding. She was also the only coordinator to let us know Virginia’s residency requirement regarding officiants. Meghan was super familiar with Rust Manor. In the countdown to our wedding, Meghan checked in to make sure things were going well, answer any questions we have, and organize us for the walkthrough. Though we hired Meghan primarily for the day of our wedding, she was available to us throughout the planning process. In the month run up to our wedding, Meghan greatly assisted us in organizing the little details of the day and coordinating with our vendors, many of whom had worked previously with her and were excited to work with her again. Prior to our wedding, Meghan coordinated with our various POCs for vendors and the venue, making sure they knew who to reach out to on the day of our wedding and the timing of the day. Additionally, Meghan helped us through some last minute changes due to unexpected events. She was incredibly accommodating and reassuring. an iron fist with our craziest guests. 😊 Totally recommend! Thank you, Meghan!

fantastic list that I used and they were all fabulous. I had many questions that came up, and whenever I did, no matter how big or small, I would text or email Meghan and get a response back within seconds. On the day of, Meghan made the day incredible. She kept track of the schedule and ensured everything ran smoothly without a hitch. When the bus driver called my husband, I just asked Meghan to handle it and she did. When I realized I forgot to bring the signs for the departure buses, she made an announcement and walked around to all of the tables to inform our guests. In terms of decor, Meghan, followed my guidelines and added key details where I hadn't even thought about what to do. The room looked BEAUTIFUL. Meghan also cleaned up everything and had it all in boxes ready to go within 30 minutes of the event ending. Did I mention she also served as our official officiant? She made my daughter's wedding day perfect. I could enjoy the entire day with almost no worries because I could see Meghan was on top of everything. I really can't recommend Meghan highly enough.
