I signed a contract with Fanfares to cater my June 2025 wedding and paid them a $5k retainer in late 2024. After 7 weeks of being unable to reach them via email/phone/text, (their ...website and phone number went down) the owner finally emailed our planner and told us that they could not cater my wedding. Zero explanation just a "sorry". I had 45 days to find a new caterer to feed 200 wedding guests. It was like pulling teeth trying to get my $5k back, but he finally sent it to me. Horrible horrible experience, completely unprofessional. This company made wedding planning a complete misery and extremely stressful.
