About this vendor
Fanciful Ink Design is a Nashville bespoke stationery studio specializing in hand-illustrated wedding suites, custom paper goods, calligraphy, and original occasion stationery.
Every invitation suite begins with a conversation about what you want your guests to feel when they open the envelope. The design grows from there with hand-drawn botanicals, venue illustrations, bespoke crests, or whatever story belongs to your celebration. Designs are completely hand-drawn and created entirely for you.
Services include custom wedding invitation suites, save-the-dates, calligraphy envelope addressing, ceremony programs, menus, seating arrangements, signage, children’s invitations, and personal stationery. If there is something you dream up, we can make it happen.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, with virtual consultations available for couples planning from anywhere in the US or internationally. Every detail of your day deserves to be beautiful, and the invitation is where that beauty begins.

y. She is talented, professional, relatable, and easy to work with - and she went above and beyond to work with my deadlines. If only I could count how many of our guests told me our invitations were the MOST BEAUTIFUL ones they had ever recieved. I was so pleased with her work! What a difference working with her compared to ordering invitations online - the process was so much fun. She created a stunning, unique, and special design and was so patient with all my specific requests. She drew an elegant crest for the invitation that we used over and over for table numbers, stickers for our favors, etc. Her prices are very reasonable and I loved that different colors for envelopes were not an up charge. I highly recommend Laurie to bring your paper visions to life - you won’t regret it! I will hire her again and again.

Laurie was so great to work with! My fiance and I couldn't find any invitations we loved online; and for a minor price difference she was able to create exactly what we wanted. Tot...
ally worth it! She took a general idea (to be totally fair, we didn't know exactly what we wanted - we just knew what we didn't like. Probably her nightmare!!) and turned it into something beautiful that we got many compliments on! Laurie was incredibly creative, professional, prompt, and quite honestly went above and beyond on more than a few things for us. We can't wait to read the notes she provided a space for on our RSVP cards, and we have already found so many uses for our custom, matching, return address stamp!

for whoever I worked with. From the few details I had provided Laurie during our initial meeting, she brought our vision to life even more perfectly than we could have imagined. Her work is so delicate, original, and perfectly curated to each of her clients. Seeing as we loved our invitations so much, we had her also create our programs, itineraries, seating chart and reception signs - all of which were perfect! She is such a pleasure to work, extremely professional and very reliable. I can't imagine working with anyone else and I HIGHLY recommend Fanciful Ink!

things we wanted to incorporate into our wedding invites (especially since we were having two weddings) and she used her creative genius to create a totally original invite. It’s absolutely gorgeous and everyone lovesssss it. On top of that, her prices are very reasonable for the gorgeous work that she does. I definitely recommend going with Fanciful Ink for all of your stationary needs.
Laurie did an amazing job on our Save the Dates, invitations and programs! I will definitely use her again.
Beautiful work! Very accommodating with changes and updates. Highly recommend!
I was originally going to do invitations from an online store, but we had some customization that we wanted to make and the online templates aren't flexible. I found Laurie at Fanc...
iful Ink and she was able to provide exactly what I needed! It was great to have the customized invitations because we could make all the little changes we wanted. I also sent Laurie the Pinterest Board from my florist and she used some of the florals on the invitations which I thought was such a cool idea! Oh, and did I mention she hand draws all of the florals on the invites?
I contacted her really close to the cut-off for getting the invites done, but she was quick to design and send me proofs. She was also very patient with all our small changes.
When it was all said and done, the custom invitations were comparable in price to the big online retailers. I definitely recommend meeting with Laurie!

er quality invitation that was unique to our wedding at a price very close to what we budgeted for boring mass production invitations. Everything about the invitation was perfect and it included custom artwork that incorporated elements of our wedding theme and venue. Honestly, the invitations were so gorgeous that I was concerned that the real price would be higher than I was first quoted but it was exactly the same as the price we initially discussed. She is highly organized and delivered each step before the agreed deadline. I would absolutely recommend her.
I truly can't tell you how much I appreciate Fanciful Inc.! I kid you not, out of the 145 invitations that we sent out I heard back from at least 40 people telling me that this i...
nvitation was the most beautiful invitation I have ever received. All of those 40 people also told me that they will be keeping them. They are perfect, they are me, and they are more than I even dreamed I could have. I'm a card person, I'm a writer, and the invites were a very important piece of this wedding. 💕
