The food was excellent, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! We received so much positive feedback about the stunning scenery and the delicious menu. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team for our wedding day!

r wedding is still talking about how it was the best wedding they’ve been to!! Loretta was so helpful and such an amazing venue owner to work with. And Victoria is an angel!! She truly made sure our day was smooth and stress free. She’s organized and on top of everything. She is the best addition to Falkner that they could’ve added! The venue is beautiful from the ceremony to the reception sites its overall breathtaking. The food was incredible, we have guests still telling us how much they loved it! We cannot recommend Falkner winery enough for your wedding day!!!

The ceremony space and reception area are absolutely stunning, and everything included in the wedding package made planning so much easier and stress-free. We loved it so much we became wine club members and can’t wait to keep coming back to Falkner for years to come!

later have to conduct business with. That person turned out to be Danielle. We first met Danielle at the food tasting (which did not have all of the options that were on the menu to try). She seemed distracted but we chalked that up to the nature of the busy event. We should not have given her this benefit of the doubt. Our next interaction with her was virtual to go over day of plans with her and our wedding planner. She was unfamiliar with our contract. She kept stating that things we had already had guaranteed in our contract would not be allowed. When this was called out, she threatened or whined that she “will just have to go to Loretta” - the owner. She then reviewed our contract, signed 8+ months ago, and then said they “would compromise and make an exception” for our alcohol and mixers - despite this being explicitly written in the contract and signed by both parties… unclear how an agreed upon contract is them gifting us a special exception. Overall, very poor interactions with Danielle. This continued on our wedding day. They were late putting out the champagne welcome and guests had to walk back up to the barrel room to pick up the champagne. They ended the champagne early and did not have enough. They had said that there would be a coffee bar, which was never provided. On top of all this, there were a lot of insects. At the end of the night we found out Danielle was leaving the company 2 weeks after our wedding. Wish she had left 2 months earlier! Also, there are some exposed nails along the pathway leading up to the ceremony that my dress caught on and caused the train to rip. That being said, it is a beautiful venue with beautiful sunset views but it was the rest of our vendor team that made it such a wonderful wedding.

nd answered every concern I had. She gave us her cell number after our consultation to ensure we were all ready. I had so many questions, and she was on top of my questions and concerns. The day came and everything was perfect! She kept our vendors on a timeline and had her banquets person, Gwen, continuously check in on us. We felt so taken care of all night and I felt Danielle and Gwen were truly my helpers that day.

but the staff was lovely. Rachael made our experience here one of a kind. I have requested over 25 quotes from different venues and she was the only one to make the experience feel like we were her top priority. She followed up with me after our tour and truly was such a kind person. There are so many gorgeous venues throughout San Diego but it’s difficult to find one with a good team behind the venue. We know we are in good hands with falkner and we can’t wait to have our wedding here.

Everybody that I have talked to told me how good dinner was. 3rd the staff really takes care of you thank you Danielle and Jenna for making sure that we didn’t have to worry about anything. They went above and beyond in ensuring my husband and I had the most amazing time. There was an issue and Danielle handled it and resolved it so quickly. It was truly the BEST NIGHT of our lives and we don’t regret for a second picking Falkner Winery!

She made my wedding day perfection. She was reliable, professional, sweet and did everything in her power to bring my dream wedding to life. Her lead Jenna was also just as amazing. When wedding day came around, they made sure we were fed up until dinner time. My husband and I appreciate the level of care they gave to us on our special day. ess trees, white roses, and greenery everywhere. We loved that the space is 3 distinct locations, the cypress tree garden, the backyard lawn, and the pinnacle room/restaurant. It creates for a perfect evening and they have beautiful lights set up that illuminate the lawn. AND THE SUNSETS are to die for. The team at Falkner is equally incredible. From the beginning Loretta was a joy to work with, and their new wedding manager, Dani, is truly a force to be reckoned with. She is super organized and on top of everything!!! Falkner was going through a few changes and their tasting event had a few issues - Loretta was amazing about resolving these and finding a solution that would make us feel happy and assured going into our wedding. The food was SO GOOD. Everyone at our wedding loved it and could not stop raving about it! We did the buffet style. Dani was fantastic throughout the night keeping things on track, holding our vendors accountable, and helping us with any and everything we requested. It was truly our dream wedding and Falkner and their team were a huge part of that. Don’t hesitate!!!!

sunset that painted the sky. The colors of the evening blended beautifully with the panoramic view of Temecula’s wine country. Seriously such a stunning venue. We opted for the beer and wine package with a buffet instead of plated dinner. Drinks were excellent and we had a little something for everybody! For appetizers we had bruschetta, and shrimp skewers along with some baked brie. OUR GUESTS LOVED ALL THE FOOD. For the meal, we had salmon and garlic rosemary steak along with salads and roasted potatoes among a few other items. Man this food was excellent and cooked to perfection. We loved how the event flowed. To get to the ceremony you literally walk down an enchanted pathway surrounded by cypress trees with the glowing, golden hour sun in the distance. All your guests get to experience that and it leads them to the ceremony which seems so private even though it’s right on property by everything else. After cermony, guests go to cocktail hour on the patio overlooking wine country and the reception with dancing is all set up in the garden up behind the main building. The whole crew at falkner made everything so easy. Our wedding manager Sophie was outstanding at communicating and customer service. She checked in with us at all the right times ensuring we had everything we needed and knew what was coming up next. I’m not exaggerating when I say we did not have a single thing to worry about all day, it was unbelievably smooth. Sophie you are a rocktar and made our day perfect! This day was everything we hoped for and more, when your wedding happens there’s so much to take in and enjoy. Falker delivers on every level giving you the peace of mind you need on your wedding day in order to be present during all the moments and make the best memories with you friends and family. 10/10

r the price range of all the winery’s (do your own research but they are all similarly priced). Once we met with the wedding manager we felt a huge weight off of our shoulders because of her expertise and flexibility. She is amazing and so is her assistant. The day was seamless and went according to plan. This venue has everything you will need and makes it easy to hire outside vendors for whatever you need if desired. We went with the venue food and literally every single guest said it was the best wedding food they have had. The liquor package was a no brainer too, great service! Lastly, this venue will give you the prettiest wedding pictures you could ever imagine and these are the memories you will cherish forever.

eer before ceremony time. Day before we did our rehearsal with Danielle and she made it really fun. I was glad because we literally didn't have to do anything-Danielle and Jenna took care of all of our set up and then got us all down the aisle, with out the bride and groom seeing each other. The venue was sooooo beautiful and even in August it wasn't even hot! I ended up having to take my boyfriends jacket at dinner. The food was soooo good too. It was such a fun time! We danced, we drank, and we partied all night!

My husband and I cannot stop talking about how incredible our day was and our guests can’t stop talking about how great the food was! Everything that was promised, was delivered, and then some. l hour patio, and "elevated backyard feel" garden reception space we were so pleased to experience it and see it all come together on our wedding day. We loved how everything felt separate but was all in one place. During the wedding process, we were pleased to be assigned Danielle as our venue coordinator. She was friendly and worked well with our outside planner. Jenna was also very helpful in running our rehearsal and assisting Danielle on the day of our wedding. We were very happy with the friendliness of the staff and how delicious the buffet meal was. As with all weddings, there were a few setbacks. I do feel like the communication was spotty at times. Especially on wedding day, our outsider planner informed us the elevator that takes guests from the parking lot to the ceremony space was broken. While unexpected for everyone, there didn't seem to be any sort of urgency to get this fixed nor any compensation mentioned for how quickly we had to work around this set back. We were also frustrated with the quality/presentation of our signature drinks. For how much we paid for these drinks to be served for a 3 hour time frame, there were no garnishes (limes) served with a moscow mule. As minor as it sounds, we expected a bit more for our guests! Overall, we are thankful to have gotten married here. We were even more thankful that Falkner closes to the public for their weddings (it is hard to find venues that do this when looking in wine country!) 

inks. She was great at rehearsal. She was quick to respond to emails. A couple things weren't placed exactly were I envisioned it. For example, my dad built our welcome sign and I pictured it to the side of the fountain with the fountain on. It was placed right in front of the fountain (which was not on). Nothing guests would notice. Or our sweetheart table didnt have a linen so we went to traget to get one and it wasn't quite long enough. Things missed in communication. The owner, Loretta, is not the most organized. She often would not remember prior conversations and would call multiple times asking things that were all laid out in emails. Best to have a paper trail with her. Overall, I would have my wedding there again. Stunning and Danielle was great. The food was amazing too.

Overall, Falkner Winery gave my sister and our family the wedding of our dreams. It’s a perfect blend of elegance and fun! It was such a magical day, and we're so grateful to everyone there for making it unforgettable!

review is not for our coordinator. Communication and professionalism is terrible. I happened to meet another bride during our wine tasting event who shared the same experience, and even mentioned that they were considering taking it to small claims court after their event. We met with our coordinator, Danielle, a month before our wedding. We came ready with our wedding binder which had all of our decor, timeline, inventory, in FULL detail and we went over everything with her. She mentioned so many times how organized and prepared we were and how this would help make our day seamless. She confirmed she would put out all of our welcome decor, ceremony, and reception decor. We offered several times to do it but she stated that it was part of her and the staff's responsibility and she would take care of it. At the rehearsal, we tried to go over everything with her as we brought it in but she rushed us out and assured us that she would know where everything went if it was labeled. We had everything organized into individual totes with pictures of what it should look like and when it should be put out. Again, she mentioned how well everything was organized and how easy the setup would be. The day of the wedding, Danielle was late and one hour before the ceremony was supposed to start we noticed none of our Welcome decor was out yet. Everyone was questioning where the coordinator was and nobody could get a hold of her. My bridesmaids had to run around in full hair & makeup in 85 degree weather putting out our welcome decor, welcome mirror, and ceremony florals while Danielle was nowhere to be found. Eventually my bridesmaids found her TAPING up our welcome sign that she broke and that's what was keeping her occupied. Our welcome table was never setup properly, we managed to put out the card box and guestbook as guests were arriving. Thanks to our bridal party, everything did get put out eventually and our ceremony was beautiful. For our reception, we had written individual letters to all of our guests that were to be opened when we sat down for dinner. When the ceremony ended, the guests were instructed to head over to cocktail hour. Danielle's job was to escort the guests to the patio while the reception space was set up. She disappeared and was not there to guide the guests to the proper space so they ended up in the reception space before it was ready. This took away our chance to see the reception space before guests sat down and began opening their letters and our photographer was not able to take photos of our reception decor. Our table setup was nowhere near what our photos indicated and our bridal party had to completely redo them. Instead of enjoying our cocktail hour as we hoped, they were busy filling vases with water and redoing the tables. We had to move all of our guests out of the space while we fixed them and then back in which completely threw off our timeline. Our bridal party also had to go find and set out all the things that Danielle forgot to, like our glow sticks, champagne tower, and our bubbles for the grand exit. Overall, our wedding was beautiful because our bridal party was so on top of it and they picked up the slack. Our coordinator was more stress than help and seemed flustered the entire time. It would have been easier to just do it all ourselves from the start. She took no pride in her job and paid no attention to detail, essentially just doing the bare minimum. She did take responsibility for not being present to guide the guests, but at that point the damage was already done. There's likely a reason that she is not mentioned in any of these positive reviews and whoever Abby is, I wish we would have had her! Overall, we had a beautiful wedding and everyone had an amazing time but there was so much more chaos than necessary because of the coordinator. I have to give props to the Chef, because the food was spectacular and my guests are still talking about it and like I said, the venue is absolutely beautiful. However, I would definitely not recommend unless your have your own wedding coordinator/planner that you trust that will handle your special day with care and pride.

Would choose this venue over and over if we could get married again, it’s italy in California, amazing views of the vineyards, the ceremony and reception area are to die for!! Loved getting married here!

k...and it rained and thundered the night before! Abby, our AWESOME coordinator reassured us that everything will be ok! She was definitely right!! We trusted her with our vision and I couldn't ask for more! She was right when we needed her, answered questions. We felt at ease and we are extremely happy and grateful Abby was our side before , during and after the ceremony. Everything ran smoothly! We were not worried at all-Abby took really good care for us! Falkner Winery has the most stunning views than any other winery venue! Their outdoor ceremony area stole our hearts from the walkway aisle, it looks like we were in Europe! We took beautiful and stunning pictures especially during the "golden hour" -beautiful sunsets! I HIGHLY recommend you have your wedding at Falkner Winery!! A BIG THANK YOU to the wedding staff there especially Abby! You made our wedding memorable and so beautiful!! Michael and Laura Misquez

the vineyard and sunsets. Our day was perfect from start to finish, our wedding manager, Abbey, guided us through the day and helped us in so many different ways. She started with a very detailed rehearsal the day prior to our wedding that really helped ease my stress, then day of she set out all of our decor, served us dinner and drinks, placed up all of our stuff and kept us on our timeline. We truly count not have done it without her!!!! The food was delicious and the drinks were great. All the staff were professional and polite! I would highly suggest having your wedding here at Falkner Winery!

ess we worked with our wedding Manager, Abbey who was a freaking superstar! She answered so many text, calls, and emails, and made our wedding dreams come to life day-off. She set out all of our decorations to perfection, tamed our crazy bridal party, served mt family and the groom and I food and drinks all night and so much more. She was great to work with and we truly credit our successful day to her. The rest of the staff at Falkner is great too, they were very professional and the bartenders were friendly!!! The food was absolutely amazing and the chef himself helped serve and made sure each guest was happy! I love Falkner and the new memories we have made here, we can’t wait to come back to wine country for our anniversary.

with them leading up was bare none, our day of execution was missing certain items, Abbey was nowhere to be found in some moments when I needed her, the bridal suite didn’t come with champagne, Loretta was rude to my wedding party, accused me of not sending payment when she continuously gave wrong routing numbers, just a mess. They both added so much unnecessary stress to my day I would never have a wedding there again. Please save yourself a headache, the venue is great but not worth it.

However, the reason I did not give this venue all 5 stars is because of of the lack of organization & service during the wedding. We paid an extra fee to have an “enhanced “ day coordinator. I don’t think we received that extra service. First our bridal suite and groomsmen room was not prepared in the way it was promised. Our assigned coordinator, Abby was not around many times we needed her. She assured us that everything we asked for in advance would get done accordingly but several of our decorations did not get put out . A friend of ours noticed . She found out where everything was kept and put the rest of the items out for us. She even organized our party favor tables better. A few money envelopes went missing from the card box due to the fact that it was placed in an area away from view . I would have liked to have seen where our welcome table and party favor tables were before the reception to make sure it was all done right but because that set up doesn’t get done until the winery closes at 5 pm that is not possible . My daughter made a sign to point our guests to the ceremony, but it didn’t get put out . The ceremony location is not obvious at this venue . You need proper signage or someone directing people. My husband saw several guests roaming and directed them to the restaurant elevator across the parking lot. Abby didn’t allow our DJ to leave any equipment at the reception area until 4pm when we were previously told 3 pm would be fine. The DJ was also playing the music at the ceremony so there wasn’t enough time to move everything across the parking lot to set up and begin playing for cocktail hour at 5:30pm, so there wasn’t any music during cocktail hour. At the start of our buffet dinner it was announced that tables were going to be called out. That didn’t happen and there wasn’t anyone to direct my 132 guest to get up , so the buffet line was a disaster. I think the coordinator should have stepped in but she didn’t . I really should have just hired our own day coordinator because other than bringing us our dinner plates & helping us with clean up everything else that Abby did for us was already included in the contract. I was also disappointed that all my complaints were expressed via email & text to both Loretta, the owner and to Abby after the wedding and neither one of them responded.

Our wedding manager, Abbey was a life saver, we had a long planning meeting where she mapped out our entire wedding day with timelines, floor plans, menus and much more (she has some great insight on planning and the wedding process) then we had a great rehearsal where my wedding party felt really informed on everything. And then the day of the wedding she kept us on our timeline, lined everyone up for ceremony, fed us dinner and drinks, fed my parents and grandparents personally, and so much more! After everything she also packed up our stuff at the end of the night! I would say our wedding was seamless because of her, I was stressed because we didn’t have an outside coordinator but she was so great! We will forever be grateful for her and the Falkner team and we will remember our wedding forever!
