Brianna was truly the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process. From our very first meeting, my husband Jacob and I instantly felt like our energy matched w...
ith hers. She immediately made us feel understood, supported, and excited about the planning process. What started as a professional relationship quickly felt like we had gained the most supportive “big sister” guiding us through every step of our wedding journey.
Throughout the entire process, Brianna was in constant communication—not only with us, but with every single vendor involved in our wedding. She coordinated everything seamlessly from the early planning stages to wedding day execution, and even the post-wedding breakdown. One thing we appreciated so much was how she filtered communication for us. She always made sure we were informed about the important decisions, but she handled so many of the behind-the-scenes coordination and logistics. She truly protected our peace during the entire process.
Brianna was also instrumental in bringing our design vision to life and enhancing our design ideas to the next level. She listened and understood exactly what we were hoping to create and helped translate our ideas to the correct vendors. Her industry knowledge and negotiation skills with local vendors were invaluable as a destination bride.
On the wedding day itself, Brianna was everything you could hope for in a planner. She brought a calm energy to us and our families while being extremely detail oriented behind the scenes while she was managing timelines, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every moment flowed perfectly.
Her team was also incredible. They worked together seamlessly to make sure our timeline progressed exactly as planned and that the transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception felt effortless for both us and our guests. They always had a positive friendly face, even after likely walking miles around our venue making everything perfect for our guests!
By the end of the process, Brianna truly felt like part of our family. She went above and beyond in every possible way and always made us feel like we were the only wedding she was working on. The care, dedication, and heart she pours into her work is so evident. I cannot recommend her and her team enough!
We had such a wonderful experience working with Brianna. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to work with. Planning a wedding can...
be stressful, but she made the entire process feel so much more manageable and seamless.
She was always organized, attentive to details, and made us feel supported every step of the way. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly, and we were able to truly enjoy the moment knowing we were in such good hands. Her calm presence, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our day so special.
We would highly recommend her to any couple looking for someone reliable, kind, and amazing at what they do! She did all of this on her birthday as well!

and was always available to answer questions and offer guidance, which made such a difference. Even though we had a destination wedding, we felt completely at ease and supported every step of the way. On our wedding day, Brianna and her team did a truly beautiful job setting up our ceremony décor, cocktail hour décor, and reception décor- everything was exactly how we envisioned it and more. Their attention to detail, organization, and calm presence allowed us to fully enjoy our day without stress. What really blew me away was how she managed the "invisible" details. At one point during the reception, I actually ran out in a panic because I thought we had forgotten the marriage license. I found Brianna, and before I could even finish my sentence, she calmly let me know it had already been taken care of. She was handling things behind the scenes that I didn't even realize needed doing! My family and I are still talking about how seamless she made the entire experience. If you want a stress-free wedding, hire Brianna!

My husband, family, and I all felt so taken care of and were able to be genuinely present at the event, enjoying every moment without a single concern. Their professionalism, creativity, orientation to detail, and genuine care made such a difference in our lives. From the bottom of my heart, I could not imagine our wedding day/planning without them. ry detail. My mother called her a ninja on the day of the wedding because Amanda would quietly and magically make things appear or disappear exactly when needed—truly like magic!
One moment she’s ensuring the ceremony space is flawless, and the next she’s upstairs feeding our dog hand-cut steak in my parents’ room (yes, that actually happened!). That level of attention and care is rare and speaks volumes about her dedication and heart.
If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond, anticipate every need, and help make your day stress-free and perfect—Amanda is your person. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Could not recommend Faithful Weddings more!

ional skills and attention to detail. Brianna kept everything running smoothly, from the ceremony to reception, and a calm presence for both of us through everything. She helped me answer my million questions in our month before final details meeting, and made me feel so calm in the midst of planning madness. Whenever I told my vendors who was my wedding coordinator, they all took a sigh of relief and said “we love working with Brianna she is so organized and on top of things”. We could not have picked anyone better. I highly highly recommend!!

Our day would not have been the same without her and we are beyond grateful for our experience with Faithful. We love you!

as so assuring and validating when every single one of our vendors said to us, "oh, we LOVE Amanda - you're in great hands". I really can't imagine our wedding without her. While I cannot thank her enough for ALL her planning, preparation, and coordinating efforts, what I appreciated the most was everything on our actual wedding day... There are countless things she did for us (big, small, anticipated, unanticipated, etc.) that stand out to me and I will hold as pleasant memories forever. From calming my anxious nerves and making sure I was fed, to fluffing my dress for my walk down the aisle and arranging to have my "comfy" shoes at our table for the reception; there wasn't a single thing I had to worry about and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our wedding day all thanks to Amanda. She made me feel like this was more than just a job to her, and I believe she was called to be a wedding planner. I would confidently recommend her to anyone!

Our wedding was small but every detail was beautiful as she so expertly took what I created and executed it even better than I imagined. Brianna was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance. She kept us on track with a monthly to-do list, timelines and deadlines, ensuring that we never felt rushed or stressed. The Faithful team recommended excellent vendors, and it is clear that they have a good rapport with everyone involved. Brianna really took the time to understand our vision and helped bring it to life. The decor and setup were simply stunning and reflected our vision and personalities perfectly. On our wedding day, Brianna and Christina were both a calming presence. They ensured everything ran on schedule and handled any issues that arose with ease and professionalism. We felt free to enjoy our day without worrying about logistics. They were also our biggest cheerleaders throughout the day.
On top of the stress of normal wedding planning, the Gulf Coast of Florida experienced a Hurricane 9 days before our wedding. Brianna was extremely helpful in calming our nerves, but also communicating with us and our vendors to ensure our wedding went on as planned. I cannot recommend Brianna and Faithful enough! Brianna and the team at Faithful went above and beyond to make our day special, and we are so grateful for all the hard work.

ho truly went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our special day was absolutely perfect. We could not recommend her enough!
We hired Brianna and her team for month of coordination, but she was accessible and helpful from the moment we booked her (about 11 months before the big day). My husband and I are from NJ and got married down on Marco Island in Florida in November. Brianna was crucial in making the entire wedding planning process from afar go as smooth as possible.
Throughout the planning process, Brianna was incredibly responsive, friendly, and kind. Her organizational skills were also top-notch-she was able to seamlessly bring together vendors who had never worked together before and had no connection to each other. This is no small feat, but Brianna and her team made it look easy, and the result was a flawlessly executed event that exceeded all expectations.
Overall, Brianna was simply amazing. Her expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, organizational skills, and friendly demeanor truly set her apart. We cannot recommend Brianna highly enough, and if you are looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond to make your special day unforgettable, look no further!

ustry. Amanda, along with her remarkable team, demonstrated unparalleled organization and attentiveness, ensuring a seamless process devoid of any stress or complications during both the planning phase and, most importantly, on the day of the event.
Amanda went above and beyond by actively participating in our rehearsal as well, and dedicating herself to be onsite multiple days at the Ritz, overseeing all vendors, orchestrating the bridal party, and meticulously managing countless details. Faithful Weddings not only contributed to the flawless execution of our special day but also showcased their valuable relationships with top-notch vendors, providing us with excellent referrals.
As someone who values perfection, I found Amanda to be a reassuring presence throughout the entire process. Given that a significant number of weddings in Southwest Florida are destination events, having a planner like Amanda, who comprehends the intricacies of timing and the availability of multiple vendors, is crucial for orchestrating a perfect wedding. Amanda Crowe truly stands out as an invaluable partner in creating unforgettable wedding experiences. She is the best and if you're lucky enough to book her as your wedding planner, you can rest assure you're wedding will be beautiful.

I was more relaxed on the day of my wedding than I EVER thought I would be, and I know that is primarily thanks to the trust I had in her. She worked closely and wonderfully with all my vendors, and thought of so many things that did not even cross my mind. My husband and I said multiple times during the day, 'how could anybody do this without a planner?!' So 1) you need a planner and 2) you need Faithful Weddings. Would recommend her to everybody I know!!! Thank you again Brianna!!!!!!!!

ke sure her brides are "110% stress-free" and it shows at every wedding she plans and coordinates. As a wedding photographer, I always tell my brides to hire the best planner they can find because having a good wedding planner will make or break your wedding - it can be the key to making sure you are present and not stressed on your wedding day, and will shape how you look back on this day for the rest of your life.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Brianna and Amanda and they did an incredible job of keeping everyone on time, despite some big setbacks in the day, and worked around the clock to give the bride the wedding of her dreams while managing some stressful situations that came up.
I could go on and on, but I'm just so impressed with these two, their heart for their work, their love for their clients, and their professionalism. I will be recommending them to all my brides (and they do Destination wedding planning too!)
Plan a video call with Brianna to learn more about Faithful Weddings - you will be so excited to have her help plan and execute your day!

ofessional, reliable, understanding of your vision - they are just so personable and easy to work with.
There's no confusion why this team is the top team in Naples for wedding planning. They completely made my vision come to life - and then some. Brianna paid such close attention to everything I said and suggested so much more. I absolutely could NOT have survived my wedding without her.
She became like a sister to me.
I truly am going to start crying if I continue writing but all I can say is look no further. THIS IS YOUR WEDDING TEAM. These are the people you want behind you and standing next to you. Beyond all the craziness, Brianna is a source of calmness and understanding. I can't tell you how many times I came to her with something that I thought was catastrophic and she just looked at me and said she'd handle it no problem - and she did.
She made my mom and I feel completely at ease - almost to the point where I didn't feel like I had to do much because I just relied on Brianna!
I know I can speak for all of us to say we are saddened that we don't get to communicate every single day about wedding planning and actually miss it! I know though, that we will stay friends and I will support Brianna and Amanda in whatever ways I can.
Much love,
Hannah Nieves

active, helpful, patient, cheery, and detail oriented and she executed our vision perfectly (with the help of Amanda on the wedding day). She was able to recommend top notch vendors to fill in the gaps where we needed them, which made everything even more beautiful than we imagined. We hired Faithful Weddings a few weeks before Hurricane Ian (with no idea what was to come), and from Day One, Brianna sent us helpful checklists to make sure we were on top of everything. Then, Ian hit and it wiped out our first venue 40 days before our wedding. Brianna was on the phone with me within days of the storm working to help us figure out our next steps, and she was instrumental in helping us pull off our wedding while keeping our date! She went above and beyond and we could not have pulled it off without her. HIRE THESE LADIES!!

Brianna is a GODSEND! It is very obvious she loves what she does and it shows in her work and dedication to that special day. I had envisioned being stressed out on my wedding day ...
and it turned out to be the most relaxed I had been throughout the process! My wedding was at Sale e Pepe at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort and both the terrace, and the ballroom were beautifully decorated. Brianna checked on all the vendors and ensured nothing was missing. I am so incredibly happy I got to meet Brianna and especially happy with the magic she worked on my wedding day!
Brianna is professional, kind, hardworking, and made our day so special!! I will always remember asking her if I needed to do something during the wedding week and she responded - ...
"no, just enjoy the next few days and leave it to me!" It was such a relief. I felt like I could enjoy my wedding week because she took care of every last detail. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly. But on top of that was just a joy to be around and work with. The best choice we made for our wedding was hiring Brianna, you will not regret it.
