Fairytale Design House

ccounted for and in pristine condition during our pick up, and made drop off so easy! We received so many compliments on the decor, and all the pieces were truly so beautiful!

efficient and made my vision come to life!

eing our vision come to life took my breath away, she literally turned my decor dreams to reality! it was STUNNING

rest board in real life! She was the most professional and kind vendor we worked with for our wedding. She never missed a beat, paid attention to every detail, and basically took our vision and improved it in every way. They do a mix of real and faux flowers and you can’t tell the difference at all. We got compliments from our guests and other vendors all night. Her staff came early in the morning to set everything up and came back after to tear it all down. I never even saw them, it was like magic lol. Tiana took care of us from start to finish and we are forever grateful!

ur decor be set up and tore down without us having to lift a finger alleviated SO much stress from the wedding planning process. I was initially hesitant to have faux florals, but they were absolutely stunning and you couldn’t even tell they weren’t real. Tiana and her team were professional, responsive, and handled the day of set up and tear down seamlessly. I highly highly recommend going with Fairytale Rents, best decision I ever made!

er efficiently and flawlessly. I can’t thank Fairytale enough for allowing my wedding day to be so magical!

ceived so many compliments from guests about the decorations. The staff was very professional and scheduled a few phone calls to ensure we were on the same page. One thing that was super helpful was she told us where they got the flowers from and the types she’d be using so we were able to make all the bridal parties bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages. Using Fairytale Rentals was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process!

ay, Tiana and her team were there every step of the way, making everything seamless and stress-free. Tiana is an absolute lifesaver! She took my vision and turned it into something beyond what I could have ever dreamed. Their collection of decorations is stunning and offers everything a bride could want, all at incredibly reasonable prices. The level of service they provide is unmatched in the wedding industry—truly top-notch in every way. Thanks to Fairytale Rents Decor, I was able to focus on the rest of my wedding details, knowing that everything would look like it came straight out of a fairytale (pun intended!). The final result was breathtaking and exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for a team that will make your dream wedding a reality, look no further than Fairytale Rents Decor. Thank you, Tiana and team, for creating pure magic on our special day!

was available for my wedding…I don’t know what I would’ve done without her!

ick up/ drop off was quick and easy. The best part though was the quality of the products! Each item was well cared for and looked stunning as our decorations ! Would recommend this rental company for your next event :)

ay) to fix any issues if needed - we didn’t need this though because everything was phenomenal! Pick up & drop off went very smoothly. These two are honestly the most friendly & personable people we worked with. We cannot recommend them enough!! 10000/10!

teardown any decorations. Everyone couldn't believe that the silk flowers weren't real. Tiana met with me to discuss my vision and she went above and beyond what I could have imagined with really no guidance besides my Pinterest board. If you are trying to find a solution of having flowers, decor, and setup/teardown help on a reasonable budget I would highly recommend.

phone call. When we walked into the venue on our big day, it was even better than we expected. Tiana and her team nailed every detail.

l. It made the process so much easier. They were on time and decorated the venue with class. I am so grateful that they were there and I was not stressed at all. They did the tear down and set up. I would 100% recommend renting their decorations. Especially all of the decorations were their's so I didn't have to do any DIY projects.

. We were extremely happy with how full the wall looked once set up and a bonus was that the set-up and tear-down process was so easy! The backdrop provided a beautiful focal point at our venue and our friends and family had such a fun time taking photos in front of it. The rental process was great - at pick up they ensured all materials were loaded into our vehicle, walked us through set-up and tear-down instructions and ensured any and all questions were answered. We would highly recommend working with their team for your decor needs!

nts. My husband and I both said by far they were our favorite vendors to work with! Their responses were almost instantaneous- it was honestly so impressive! There are so many great things to say it’s hard to know where to even begin. We met with Tiana at their warehouse & saw all of their inventory & were immediately blown away by their realistic floral decor, classy signage, & beautiful backdrops! We were also so impressed by how well knowledged Tiana was and extremely professional. She is so prompt it’s truly remarkable! We went with their princess package at the time which was all inclusive that included full set up, tear down, & even a walkthrough at our venue with Tiana who helps put your vision to life! There was 100% full communication throughout the entire process and we had full access to Tiana pretty much at all times (we would send emails at 10 at night and would hear from her within minutes-no joke). Tiana even caught mistakes made by our venue (the week of our wedding- involving our seating assignments/ amount of people per table) that we didn’t notice, which truly saved the day! She is so on the ball- we wished she was our coordinator! lol. All in all- this vendor is so much more than just a rental company- they are someone we consider trusted friends & cannot say enough good things about them! BY FAR our greatest decision EVER to have used them to make our dream wedding a reality! I also feel they are very underpriced considering the high luxury quality & service that you get!! I have already recommended them to everyone I know & I am veryyyyyyy type A and they exceeded any and all expectations!!! BOOK NOW & thank me later!

nality so seamlessly, she is AMAZING. Our decor was beyond stunning, and we got compliments from guests as well as all our other vendors. In addition, she communicated so efficiently with both me and the venue to truly ensure that everything came together. The decor was stunning and felt voluminous without being too much. It was true perfection! I absolutely loved working with her. She is insanely talented and just such a sweet human overall. Her entire concept is flawless, and renting decor just makes so much sense. The concept of having no waste was also so appealing to me when searching for how to accomplish wedding decor. Whether it is a wedding or another event, I cannot recommend Fairytale Rents enough!

k with. Their communication is clear, they work with you throughout your wedding planning process, and they are so thorough with inventory checking both before and during pickup of your decor. I also love that the fact that this business is reducing waste. We now don’t have to worry about re-selling our wedding decor. Do not hesitate to book with Fairytale for your event, it is beyond worth it!!

m for your upcoming event. I was lucky enough to have them provide a full service decor setup and tear down on my big day. I was so happy I didn’t have to worry about a thing or stress over who is setting up the centerpieces. They truly knocked it out of the park! Thank you Tiana and Evan for everything you did for us!

not recommend you guys enough - and have been doing so since 2021. ALL the decor from chargers to florals is high quality. I was on the fence about using fake flowers for decor and I am so happy that I did. It saved me so much money & honestly the decor looked better than the real flowers we used for the family/bridal party. You were able to make all my visions come true. On pick up day everything went smooth and when we had to drop everything off after the wedding I was so sad! They do have the option for the company to help set up and take down. Tiana is amazing and I am grateful to Richelle for all the emails she had to respond to (& was very quick to get back to me)! If you are on the fence - it is an absolute yes to use them!

strated a level of commitment and passion that immediately put us at ease. Their attention to detail was simply remarkable. Every element of decor, from the elegant table settings to the delicate floral arrangements, reflected our vision and created an atmosphere that was nothing short of magical. But it wasn't just the aesthetics that made Fairytale Rents exceptional. It was the genuine care and personal touch they brought to every aspect of our event. They went above and beyond to ensure that our day was as perfect as it could be. Fairytale Rents transformed our wedding into a day filled with love, beauty, and memories that will last a lifetime. We can't thank them enough for their role in making our wedding day an absolute fairytale!

ntire process: from the initial contact, to helping us select items, to viewing the warehouse in person, and the pickup and return. The team was great at answering our questions and guided us through everything we needed to know. We had family members pick up and drop off the decor in 2 mini vans with the seats lowered. We got one of the middle-tier packages, and we thought it was fairly priced. I would recommend Fairytale Rents to anyone getting married in Ohio. Renting decor from Fairytale Rents was one of the first things we did in our wedding-planning process, so we used the flower colors to guide our decision on bridesmaid/groomsmen colors. The "Lings Moments" flowers from the "Romantic Marsala Wedding" collection matched perfectly with the "Primetime Wine" vest/tie colors at Men's Warehouse and the "Cabernet," "Amethyst," and "English Rose" dress colors from Azazi.com.

blown away. Fairytale Rents has everything to bring your vision to life. Tiana helped with selections and editing to get just the right look. The day of the wedding she and her assistant were at the venue early for set-up and were right on time for tear-down. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future and will absolutely recommend Fairytale to everyone I know! OUTSTANDING!!!

and they provided everything single piece of decor we needed. Not only that but they showed up the day before to set it up and then came back after our reception to tear down. I had a lot of questions and a lot of moving parts but Tiana was so great and I trusted her to make her own design judgements and recommendations!

sive packages and it took away all of the stress of finding each little detail (card box, guest book signs, table decor). It was extremely convenient to pickup and drop off my decor all within days of my wedding. The owners were super easy to work with and communicated quickly. At drop off and pickup the staff was friendly and made the process easy. I will be recommending this service to all the new brides I know!

their team was incredibly helpful, attentive, and dedicated to bringing my vision to life. The range of decor options they offered was extensive, allowing me to find the perfect pieces to create the ambiance I had always dreamed of. The quality of the rental items was exceptional, with each piece meticulously maintained and beautifully presented. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly elevated the overall aesthetic of my wedding. Not only did Fairytale Rents provide high-quality decor, but their team also went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. From the initial consultation to the delivery and setup on the day of the event, their professionalism and reliability were outstanding. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries and accommodating of any changes or adjustments I requested. The setup process was seamless, and their team worked diligently to transform the venue into a magical space. Their expertise and creative touch were evident in every detail, and I was absolutely thrilled with how everything came together. We would wholeheartedly recommend Fairytale Rents to any couple in need of exceptional wedding decor. Their extensive selection, commitment to quality, and outstanding customer service make them a standout choice. Thanks to their efforts, our wedding was transformed into a stunning occasion, and the team went above and beyond our wildest expectations.

many compliments on how elegant my wedding looked due to my decorations. The staff was so easy to work with when picking out all of my decorations and answering all of my questions! It was also such an organized and easy pick up and drop off of decorations! I’ve already recommended Fairytale Rents to everyone I know getting married! Thank you to everyone here for helping make my special day perfect!

simple & straightforward. We rented fake garlands & table numbers for our reception tables (because who needs 15 table numbers ever again after your wedding?!), decor for our ceremony arch, and some other odds and ends. Renting saved us hundreds of dollars (maybe more!) and I felt better about not buying so many things I would never use again. We are SO glad that Fairytale Rents is around in the Cleveland area!

hing you could think of for décor, but they also give you options for set up and tear down, which for me was a godsend! Day of I was absolutely blown away by my reception space. Tiana and Evan truly brought my vision to life. The amount of compliments I received on the décor was endless. Beyond that Tiana was so flexible. I was consistently changing my mind on what centerpieces I wanted and Tiana and her team were so quick to accommodate my changes as well as keep me updated on any new inventory they may have. Additionally, my venue threw a wrench into our setup time and Tiana and her team pivoted so quickly and made the new time work! I cannot recommend Fairytale rents enough. They were such a pivotal part of making my wedding day a dream come true!

an amazing collection of items and some “show stopper” pieces that wowed my guests. They were quick to respond and always incredibly professional and helpful. You truly cannot go wrong using them!

th - kind, easy going, fair. The communication is awesome. On top of all that, their inventory is stellar. Wide range so you get the type of wedding decor you envision. 100% recommend!

on stuff I didn’t even know worked together? I knew I didn’t love the farmhouse or boho style but that seemed to be what everyone was selling. Enter Tiana and her team. Their inventory is BEAUTIFUL. The process to pick everything was so easy, they made suggestions where I was unsure and even were able to swap something out last minute when I realized our guest list wouldn’t fit on the find your seat sign I had picked. The drop off and pick up process was super easy and everything was packaged and labeled perfectly. My husband and I both say it was the best decision we made to go with Tiana and team — it removed so much stress from the planning process and for that I am eternally grateful!

d! They’re process is very easy and was done on the comfort of my couch. The pick-up and drop-off process was also a hassle free task. We had a check-in meeting a few weeks before the wedding and Tiana helped me change part of my order based on the need for our décor, and I’m glad she did! The owners were very involved, helpful, friendly and understanding. I highly recommend using their services for any decorative needs you have!

their items to choose from whether you are doing individual items or one of the packages are absolutely beautiful. Their decor made my winter wonderland wedding more than I ever could imagine with how beautiful it turned out.

made everything so easy. The entire process was seamless. Highly recommend them!

s excited when I came across Fairytale Rents - knowing you can rent the items, they set-up and take down! The website is easy to maneuver and the selection is endless. I loved the choices available - my daughter selected boho. There was a piece not available, but Tiana made it happen to complete Jenna's vision. When Tiana and her husband arrived to set-up, they were so professional and attentive to my questions. I cannot explain in words how beautiful the decorations were - they were aesthetically pleasing for the venue and the guest compliments were endless. If you are reading this, please consider Fairytale Rents as your event decorator - they take the worry out of a special day and the results are spectacular!!

ass lady boss! We rented greenery, table centerpieces, table decor, signage, & candles. All of her products were in great condition for us to use. The pickup/dropoff process is convenient and truly a well oiled machine. All decor is labeled to make it easy for a wedding planner to set up/tear down for you! My vision of our reception was spot on and we owe it all to Fairytale for providing us with all of the beautiful decor and details! Thank you guys again!

ck up our decor a day early and they were flexible with our schedules. I would absolutely recommend Fairytale Rents to anyone planning a wedding!

parents basement with random wedding decorations after our wedding. I went with the a la carte option since our decorations were rather minimal and I had already purchased some items. Some items we rented include the sparkling wall, cylinder vases and eucalyptus garland. I also paid extra to have the decorations set up and torn down thinking this would ease a lot of stress the day of. The decoration set up and tear down was performed by another company that Fairytale Rents was working with at the time. The experience we had with decoration set up/tear was quite disappointing, the team was late to set up, which resulted in the cake decorations to not be on the cake. Then the team was also late to tear down so my in laws and I began to tear down the decorations ourselves. Once the team did arrive, even though I was assured that the set up and tear down team knew which items I purchased vs. rented some of the items I purchased were lost or ended up back at Fairytale Rents’ warehouse. I don’t think Fairytale Rents is providing that service anymore, which is good since it seemed very disorganized. Ultimately I wish I had friends and family set up and tear down and saved our money.

ems, it was all such an ease. Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and accommodating, giving quick responses! I could not recommend this company enough!

nning a wedding because this is just the way to go. She has a huge selection of things to fit everyone’s taste and gives you more than you could ever want.

bridal shower & wedding. They have all the decor needs from rustic to boho , they have it all. They have affordable packages and even an a la carte which is what I needed. I really loved working with Tiana and Evan they are so personable and accommodating. When we went to pick up our decor they were always ready, on time, our items were already put together ready for pick up and it never felt like just business. I even had a schedule conflict where I couldn’t make my pickup time and when I contacted Tiana she got right back to me and was so helpful. Now when it comes to the decor it is absolutely beautiful and amazing 😍. I still get compliments on how professional and amazing the decor was for my wedding. I will always recommend fairytale rents to anyone looking to decorate for their wedding, bridal shower or any event. If I could redo any of my past events or get togethers I would’ve definitely gotten a decor package from them. Thank you so much for being so reliable and helping us load things into the uhaul for the wedding! I will always remember how beautiful your decor made my wedding and bridal shower look.
