EZTravelPad

e able to narrow down our trip plans and go to the beautiful island of Jamaica! What a dream trip that we hope to visit again in the future. We had a butler suite and went snorkeling while enjoying so much of the sandals property. Our only regret is not staying longer! We will 100% be reaching out to Scott with all future travel plans. He made the honeymoon planning process so smooth and it was truly the last thing we needed to add to our plate while planning the wedding. Every bride and groom needs a Scott to work with.

cott's first hand experience helped us find the best resort for us. He was a great communicator and answered all my questions thoroughly. I knew if there were any issues he would make sure to resolve them. We will certainly be using EZTravelPad again in the years to come to help book us another unforgettable vacation. Thanks Scott - you rock!

ocations and we were so happy with the choices. He is very knowledgeable and we couldn't have done it without him. His team helped with all the details you would not think of, (airport transportation etc.). We will be using him again!

we had very quickly! Would definitely recommend to anyone who's trying to book a trip out of the country. Their expertise was so helpful!

expertise, we had no issues whatsoever during our travels to and from Jamaica. We would definitely contact Scott and EZTravelPad again for our next trip.

all of it for us. He talked to me on the phone the first time for over an hour going through many specifics of what type of location would suit us best. I was so appreciative of his patience and knowledge within this field and come to find out he had been to every location we were interested in. He was able to describe a firsthand experience and let us know of must do’s at our chosen location which was Nassau, Bahamas. I feel super blessed to have had Scott’s help and would go through him for future trips.

id. We agreed it was our best vacation yet. Ochi Rios is roughly 1 hour 30 mins from Montego Bay Airport, but 100% worth the extra travel time. The staff were always pleasant and helpful (especially our Butlers – If you get the opportunity to stay in Butler Village – DO IT!). We snorkeled, enjoyed massages from the Spa, relaxed pool side - enjoying the swim-up bars at their multiple pools, nightly entertainment for all energy levels, we ate and drank at wonderful venues serving all ethnicities. I have to say it… BEST TRAVEL AGENT EVER! Thank you, Scott Our Best, Krissy & John

d multiple islands and it was so nice to have all our transfers booked by Scott. It made our time so much more relaxing and enjoyable. We are so happy we didn’t try and plan this trip on our own on top of planning a wedding!

ft that to the specialists. They have resources that I didn't even know were available! We mainly worked with Scott from EZTravelPad. He was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable and made the process much easier. He took into consideration our likes and dislikes, wants vs needs, budget and helped narrow down our options. Recommending reaching out for your next vacation!

ure we understood everything and felt comfortable with our decisions. Scott is extremely knowledgable in regard to the various Sandals resorts. (We chose Sandals prior to talking with Scott.) He forwarded us discount opportunities for our stay and provided us with insight, so we knew what to expect when we arrived to another country for the first time. Highly recommend!

amazing. We went on a Mediterranean cruise and this was our first time going on a big trip like this. Scott made it so easy and made us feel very prepared. Cannot say thank you enough!

ust told him a few things that we needed and we were off to the races. We'd definitely use him and his company again for future trips.

s show up to the airport! So helpful and would highly recommend!

numbers to call any time of day if we needed help!

what we wanted in our honeymoon package. He took the stress off of myself. We will for sure work with him again in the future and would recommend him to others!

s on our wedding. There is no reason not to use his service!

to any of our friends planning a vacation.

t what we were looking for to make sure he recommended appropriate locations. Throughout the planning process, Scott was prompt in responding to our questions and handled our rescheduling due to Covid-19 very well. We honeymooned in December 2021 and had a great time. I even contacted Scott while we were on our honeymoon to see if he could book us a private transfer back to the airport, which he did (and very quickly!), saving us a lot of money (if you're going the Sandals route- I recommend booking as much as you can through EZ TravelPad and not through the resort- it will save you a ton of money!).

did a great job learning what we wanted to get out of the trip, and explaining the options for places to stay, activities, and getting around. He was clear and responsive with the various pricing and shared others' feedback so we could make informed decisions. It was evident he knew Maui very well and had good recommendations. He was able to get better hotel deals than what were publicly available. We booked our airfare directly due to points, but Scott was ready and willing to assist with outlining airfare options. We initially planned to visit two islands, but later chose to stay at two different parts of Maui, and we moved some things around throughout. Scott was flexible and accommodating with these changes. We would recommend EZTravelPad to anyone looking for a knowledgable travel agent and a straightforward, hassle-free experience in booking a trip.

e were good to go with very little work on our part! I cannot imagine planning our honeymoon without him! He was so helpful in gathering pros and cons to all the countries we were interested and made our final decision to Mexico so simple. We will definitely be using him again! :)

ng! He was so kind and helpful. We told him a little about what we like to do, what we were looking to do, and he provided a few suggestions. We chose St. Lucia as our destination, and there are three different Sandals resorts on that island. He was very helpful giving us the lay of the land and guiding us towards the Halcyon Beach resort which was the smallest of the three and was a great, fun and RELAXING time for us during our honeymoon. When it came time to book flights or excursions, Scott reached out to us to make sure we were all scheduled up. He handled all the details. We just had to tell him our preferences and he did all the hard work. We had many questions about COVID for our travels, he was very responsive and shared all the info we needed. He even checked in on us a few times, before during and after. Scott was full-service, best service! Would highly recommend for any vacation planning, especially your honeymoon! He took the stress out of the most important planning we had to do. Thanks Scott!

easy to talk to and always available! Thanks to her, our honeymoon was honestly the easiest part of our wedding planning. We could not have asked for a better experience! We will definitely use her for future travels.

tmospheres. He was easy to get a hold of and very helpful! His help and selections allowed my bride and I to focus solely on relaxing and enjoying our vacation!

to postpone our wedding by a month and decided to postpone our honeymoon until we felt a little better about travelling outside the country. Scott was very patient with us a re-planned our whole trip 3 different times until we settled on a date that worked best for us. I am so glad we had Scott to help us navigate everything!

ng to have a layover overnight, he made reservations for us at a hotel right next to the airport and switched our flights for us. Great communication and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

ed for a better trip that we landed on. I highly recommend!

es, transportation, etc.), she promptly coordinated it. Any time I had a question for her, she answered it and even provided additional information! I had full confidence in trusting Kate with our travel plans the entire time! She made our honeymoon easy and stress free!! 10/10 would highly recommend! We will definitely keep her in mind for our next big trip!

navigate in the way we felt most comfortable. He planned us a perfect mini-moon to Mexico and we're looking forward to planning our full honeymoon with him in a few months!

t we wanted and didn’t want. He provided a couple options that included everything we asked for in a short period of time. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding and honeymoon until August. With having to move our honeymoon, Scott was able to find additional coupons and discounts that allowed for us to upgrade our room to an ocean front honeymoon suite. I had never booked with a travel agent before (not been out of the country) but Scott made it as easy as can be. I had so many questions that I was able to get answered same day via email. Scott was always quick to respond with everything and more. Once we were finally able to go on our honeymoon it was breath taking! Our room was absolutely beautiful and the resort was amazing. I cannot say enough great things about Scott Jones and EZTravelPad! If you’re planning a trip, check Scott out!

ns! She planned us a fantastic honeymoon from scratch, showing us all of the possible travel routes. We then picked the cities we were most interested in from her options. Working with Kate was a huge stress reliever and we have already decided we will be using this company again in the future.

rip tips and travel supplies in the mail and even a Christmas card and a 1 year anniversary card! I would recommend EZTravelPad.

She was amazing! We did the Florida Keys and absolutely loved it! We had some ideas as to where we wanted to go and stay, but Kate was so helpful in helping us finalize our plans as well as book some excursions and dinner options! She was so organized and I am so happy we ended up using a travel agency which I had not done previously - it is completely worth it and made the trip so smooth and stress free so thank you!

ide because we wanted to pack in so much and had a lot of criteria but she did it! We were very happy with our honeymoon at Secrets Papagayo. We really appreciated all the information kate gave us before the trip to prepare

by ourselves and were struggling. We reached out to Kate and she jumped right in. All Kate asked was what we wanted and our budget, and she made it happen! It was a truly unforgettable vacation all because of Kate Owen! She gave us many options to choose from, great insight on each location, and was there to answer any question I had about a resort. Kate then booked everything for us and we were ready to go on our honeymoon vacation in no time at all! Kate has amazing communication skills and will answer any question that you have. She is truly phenomenal! We will definitely be using her for our future vacations!

s all because of Scott's careful attention to our needs. He knows the Caribbean very well and can suggest an island to suit your personality and vacation goals. We are already talking to him about other vacation options for 2020. We just don't have the time to research and plan - we need a pro and Scott is the pro!

rs, that’s how perfect of a match it was for us!

os was already cancelled due to a tropical storm. Scott worked his magic and got everything transferred to Jamaica instead and we still got to enjoy our honeymoon in paradise! I highly recommend EzTravelPad!

got everything moved around. Highly recommend using EZTravelPad.

ought of. He pinpointed what was important to us for our honeymoon and gave us several options that all seemed amazing. We ended up going to Riviera Maya, MX and it was the best experience! Our resort (Karisma El Dorado) had great service, beautiful pools and beaches, delicious food...the list goes on. Scott made the whole process less stressful for us and was always available and informative when we had questions or concerns. I would definitely use EZ travel pad again, as well as recommend Scott and his coworkers to family and friends!

th, always responsive if we needed and really did feel like a friend helping us. I will go through Scott for all of our future travel plans. Thanks Scott

it all worked, I had never used a travel agent before. Once I realized how easy it was we immediately started talking with Kate and she started planning our Honeymoon! We loved that you were able to make payments instead of paying upfront! We were set to leave 09/01/2019 for Tampa, FL! Well Hurricane Dorian had other plans! We had NO IDEA where it was going to make landfall! Kate and I were emailing and on Friday 08/30 we all agreed to change our destination. We ended up going to Gulfport, MS. My husband and I had the best time and we didn't have to worry about anything! As a Bride to be, stressing about where you are going on your honeymoon less than 2 days before you are set to depart is the LAST THING you want to think about! Kate made EVERYTHING so much easier!! I tell everyone I know about Kate and EZTravelpad! (Make sure you get the insurance, we were questioning at first if we really needed it but I am SO HAPPY we got it, we even paid for it again when we changed destinations since it was already such a blessing to have)

ger to eat at all of them. The people were so incredible nice. There wasn’t very many people there, which we loved because it was more romantic. Our fav part was the view and the swim up suite! We went to Coba and the Cenotes and we definitely recommend that for the Mayan experience. The only thing we didn’t like was the long shuttle ride from the airport to the resort, next time we might consider staying closer to the airport (Cancun). EZ Travel Pad was SO helpful! They literally did EVERYTHING and it was wonderful!!! We will use them again the future!

was stress free because of the work she put into it and we are so thankful. We were even on the phone with her when we had a flight delay on a Saturday afternoon and she was already talking to the airline just in case we missed our flight. Kate did an amazing job!!

k the time to meet with me in person, hear what I was looking for, and helped me dial in on all the options. After we committed to Jamaica, we still had about 7 months until our wedding, but Scott was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Jamaica ended up being perfect and we couldn't have found our place without Scott!

udget and recommendations. He knew about each resort and made room recommendations as well based on location within the resort. All of this at no cost to us. We even had to postpone our honeymoon by two months at the very last minute (2days before our wedding) due to a family emergency and Scott helped with all of this. Scott was responsive to all emails within hours and answered each and every question with patience. We will use him again in the future.
