We cannot recommend Exodus Sound Co. enough! They provided the music for every part of our wedding day, and each piece was absolutely incredible. We had a violinist and cellist for...
our ceremony and cocktail hour, Mark singing and playing piano during dinner, and Mark as our DJ for the reception. Every transition throughout the day was seamless, and each part of the experience exceeded our expectations.
Our ceremony music was absolutely beautiful. The violin and cello played every song flawlessly, including the transitions between our processional songs. It created such an emotional atmosphere, and we had so many guests tell us afterward how gorgeous the ceremony and cocktail hour music was.
During dinner, Mark sang while playing the piano, and all we can say is WOW. If we hadn't been watching him perform, we would have thought we were listening to a recording. His voice is absolutely incredible. We gave him a general idea of the vibe we wanted during dinner, and he completely understood the assignment. It was elegant, relaxed, and the perfect soundtrack for the evening. We had friends and family from all over the country joking that they would come back to Texas just to have Mark sing at their weddings because they were so impressed.
Then came the reception, and Mark absolutely crushed it as our DJ. Before the wedding, he had us send over some of our favorite playlists and most-played songs so he could get a feel for our music taste. It was obvious he took the time to understand what we loved because every song felt like it belonged. The dance floor was packed all night long. There wasn't a single song where people weren't singing along or dancing. He did an amazing job reading the crowd and keeping the energy up from start to finish.
One of my favorite moments happened while we were outside taking photos. Mark played one of my all-time favorite songs, and I came running back inside just as it ended. Without missing a beat, he restarted the song so I could enjoy it. It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much and perfectly reflects how attentive and thoughtful he is.
Mark also worked with us beforehand to edit our parent dance songs to the perfect length. The transitions were seamless, and everything felt so natural. Throughout the day, he worked flawlessly with our planner and the rest of our vendor team, making everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
If you are looking for a team that can do it all, beautiful ceremony music, an unforgettable live dinner performance, and an incredible DJ who keeps the dance floor packed, Exodus Sound Co. is it. They are exceptionally talented, professional, and genuinely care about creating an amazing experience. We are so grateful they were part of our wedding day and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
We cannot say enough great things about our wedding DJ, Mark Klentzman with Exodus Sound Co! He was so amazing. Mark really listened to what we wanted and delivered a phenomenal se...
rvice. You truly get it all with Mark- he was an awesome emcee for the night, played piano and sang (along with two string players) for cocktail hour and dinner, and then jumped into DJ mode and kept the dance floor packed all night! It was so lovely and elegant to have the piano, strings and singing for cocktail hour and dinner. And a blast in the dance floor afterwards! You get the best of both worlds. We received many complements about how great he was. People enjoyed that he was not only a DJ, but a performer/entertainer as well. Your DJ can make or break your night, so we highly recommend Mark if you want it to be amazing! He's the best!
The best decision we ever made was picking Mark to be our DJ. The moment we heard him at a wedding open house we knew he had something special and when we realized he was hired for...
our cousins wedding we booked him immediately for ours.
He was super easy to communicate with and so fun and friendly to work with. He has a voice of an angel and we received so many compliments from our guests for him. From live music to DJing, he can do it all and everyone was dancing all night. Thank you so much Mark for taking care of us and making it such a memorable day!

ked all night with the perfect mix of genres and all our requests. Communication before the event was challenging, but in the end the performance was worth it.

We are so thankful to have work with Mark. Mark is an amazing singer, DJ, and MC. We wanted a DJ who got in the crowd to keep to fun and lively, and he was out on the dance floor w...
ith everyone. Mark's singing had everyone impressed. He can sing any song you want and kill it. Mark always has a smile on his face which is contagious. He also listened and cared about what we wanted as the bride and groom. The DJ was one of our important vendors for the wedding and he knocked it out of the park! Mark will be back again for any party we have.
Mark with Exodus Sound was absolutely the best. When we met him for the first time in person it felt like we had known him for years! Mark was incorporated into every aspect of the...
wedding. Music for the ceremony, performing live music and playing piano at dinner and DJ during the reception. HIs voice is amazing and matches his piano skills. SO many guests were raving about his dinner performance. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Exodus Sound for your wedding music needs!!!

til we were kicked out of the venue!! I had so many people tell me how amazing he was. One of our guests said I only took 6 videos and 5 are of Mark signing!! Hire Mark and have a truly unique aspect to your wedding that your guests will remember and talk about! Plus, he is truly the kindest human you will ever meet!
Raw Talent and Pure Energy!
Mark was truly one of the highlights of our wedding day! The "one man show" can really do it all. In our conversations before our wedding, Mark catered...
all of our preferred music tastes accordingly, and his work as a DJ was phenomenal. You can tell he is SO happy doing what he loves, and that made the atmosphere that much better. He got the crowd so excited to dance and celebrate us...as someone who has ben to MANY weddings, this (unbiased) was absolutely the best.
However, the full value that comes from Mark is singing voice. He's an incredible musician, and during our dinner service, he performed some of our favorites, and I cannot count how many people approached us saying how great of a performer he is. As part of a family that comes from strong musical performance, they were beyond impressed. The best value you can receive from a live performer on your wedding day!
Lastly, Mark helped me prepare for the song I sang to my wife on our wedding day. He took the time after work leading up to our wedding to send me the accompaniment, and we practiced the day of to ensure I felt best prepared. The joy and excitement he exuded only made my performance to her that much better. And for that, I will ALWAYS be grateful.
All in all, if you are looking for someone that meets all of the criteria from live performance, livening up the crowd, and DJing your favorite tunes, Mark and Exodus Sound are the best way to go! Thank you for everything
Joey was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to ensure he knew what we wanted music and "vibe" wise - took the time to chat with me multiple times. All of our guests complimented him...
and his live music during dinner. He was also amazing as a "host" which is SO important during your wedding day. He knew what he was doing and ensured that every guest had a great time! He exceeded our expectations and is all-around a really great guy.
If you need music for you wedding, this is your vendor.
We worked with Josh. We had a very specific sound that we wanted for our wedding, and BOY did he deliver. We wanted live c...
lassical music during cocktail hour and dinner & then to hit the beats when it was time to dance. Josh played piano STUNNINGLY throughout dinner & then knew exactly how to transition to DJ when it was time.
Truly, anything you need musically, this is your place.
We were beyond impressed with Mark! Not only is he a fantastic DJ, but he's a skilled pianist, singer, emcee, and overall entertainer. Our guests loved him and kept bringing up how...
amazing he was even months after our wedding .
He was recommended by a friend who'd attended a wedding where he played and we similarly have shouted his praises! We hired Mark for our wedding reception. We had a fantastic interview with him where he got a feel for what we liked, our story, and our vibe as a couple. We had a long "do not play" list which might have limited a basic wedding DJ, but not Mark. He went off of our favorite songs, artists, and genres and kept our guests on the dance floor. My only "complaint" is that the songs were so good that I kept delaying the cake cutting (not a big deal at all) because I didn't want to leave the dance floor!
He is incredibly engaging and professional. His emceeing was spot-on: his timing was perfect, he kept things organized, and he took care to get all the names and pronunciations correct (which seems like a little thing, but I've seen it go wrong so many times and you don't want that!). He brought all his equipment, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The mics and sound were the perfect volume for speeches etc. and there were zero technical issues. Absolutely seamless.
Our budget for a DJ was a few hundred less than what we paid for Mark, but the difference in cost was worth it many times over for having a DJ of his caliber plus the added treat of live music. Honestly, what we paid was a bargain and I'm beyond glad and relieved we went with Mark rather than hunting for a cheap DJ/experience (especially after attending so many weddings lately and seeing the wide range in what you can get).
Mark sang and played piano during dinner, which was really nice. While people could talk and enjoy their food, some of the singing was so good I had to stop and listen at times! He has runs for days (some swooning during 'Tennessee Whiskey') and Grandma loved that he did some Sinatra.
Overall, not only was he a reliable, timely, communicative vendor, but he helped make our wedding the best night of our lives with his musicianship. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. Not only would I hire him again in a heartbeat, I tried to get him for our company holiday party but he was already booked (not surprising given how great he is!). Highly recommend!!! Thanks, Mark!
HANDS DOWN THE BEST DJ! We love mark and felt like we had known him for years. I wanted a combination of live music and dj. Mark mentioned he works with Josh Klaus as well so he ma...
de my vision come true. We had live music during cocktail hour and dinner. Then Dj for dancing. There were times you thought “wow this is a great song” and look over to see mark singing the song!! He is amazing, a true talent! Our guests raved about mark and Josh. The dance floor was packed all night. They interacted with our guests and elevated our wedding to the next level of fun!! You will not be disappointed I promise you that!
Mark/Josh we want to be your friends!!!
Exodus Sound was absolutely incredible and made our day so memorable. I knew I wanted some live music as well as an awesome DJ - well boy did I hit the jackpot! Mark has the voice ...
of an angel and played music that pleased our very diverse crowd of all age groups at our wedding.
Mark with Exodus Sound Co., is the most incredible, talented, and nice DJ, MC, and singer . . . hands down! As parents of the bride, we were so glad our daughter’s fiancé found Mar...
k for their March 2022 wedding ceremony and reception. Let me start by saying our expectations were exceeded in everything he did! Not only was Mark punctual when setting up his equipment for the ceremony, he was also so positive, open to ideas, professional, and knowledgeable about creating the perfect mood and musical moments for the wedding day. As a talented singer, he made our ceremony & cocktail hour run smoothly, but he was also a wonderful MC and helped keep our dance floor going all night long! At first, everyone at the reception thought Mark was just playing the dance music but they were shocked when they realized he was actually walking around singing the words to the songs! Our guests kept dancing every hit tune and raving all night about how great Mark was . . . and he was!
Mark is definitely passionate about his work and he gave us such a fun wedding celebration. I get goosebumps when I think of our daughter’s beautiful wedding ceremony, and we are still in awe of what he did for us. We had a blast, and we cannot say thank you enough to him.
If you're looking for an amazing DJ who will rock your party, look no further than Exodus Sound Company. -
**Additionally, if you are specifically searching for a DJ who can sing Christian music, Mark certainly knows many wonderful hymns and praise songs by heart and he can definitely bring ‘religion, church, & soul’ to any venue/ceremony he sings at!

t only was he extremely knowledgeable and experienced about his equipment, music styles, our venue, and just weddings in general, but he was very friendly and personable throughout. We could tell that he really cares about his couples and wants them to have the best time at their weddings! Not to mention that he is VERY talented! His voice is so smooth, he plays piano amazingly, and his DJ skills are unmatched! All of our guests were just blown away at how talented he is and we were SO lucky to have him perform at our wedding!

he kept the party going and honored all of our requests, not to mention he is so fun and upbeat!
Mark is a true talent. His ability to play live music was remarkable and the sound quality was excellent to the point where it was, at times, unclear if he was playing live or just...
playing a tract from a curated list of songs, he worked with us to compile. He was able to interact with the guests and interwove song requests with his planned tracks, without taking away from the moment. We had also asked Mark to play some Bollywood music along with popular western music and he was able to combine these different styles perfectly. In addition to playing the role of live performer and DJ, Mark played the roll of emcee for the reception, and he did an excellent job. Our main request for Mark was to keep the dance floor packed and create a fun environment - he met and exceeded these expectations. Countless numbers of our guests commented on what a fun environment the reception had and how much fun they had on the dance floor. Mark was a critical piece to creating a memorable wedding experience and we will be recommending him to family and friends for any future events.
Mark and Exodus Sound Company performed at our wedding in October, and Mark was outstanding. He has an incredible voice and does a great job interacting with the crowd singing and ...
DJ'ing. He was receptive to all of our requests and played songs that were tailored to our style. All of our guests raved about Mark, and I really feel that he brought our wedding and reception together. I could not recommend Mark and Exodus Sound Company enough!

ing at reading our crowd the entire night and he created the most epic party for us during the reception. Can't recommend Mark enough!
If you are hesitating even the slightest bit to have Mark and his crew at your wedding, just stop right now and BOOK HIM!!! I cannot say enough good things about Mark. We spoke on ...
the phone first and he asked all the right questions and helped us pick out songs for certain parts of the ceremony/reception since I was a little clueless on what I wanted at first. When he arrived at the venue that day I happened to be walking by while he was setting up and he ran up and gave me a big hug like we were long lost friends! He just seemed happy to be there and excited for our day which felt special.
All the guests LOVED him and were so impressed by his singing. At one point my best friend and her husband were arguing about if the song being "played" was by Justin Timberlake or not, she pulled out her phone to Shazam it and then Mark walked by their table with a mic singing and they were so shocked! My only regret is we were so busy during the reception so we didn't get a picture with him. I only hope I get to attend another wedding someday where he's the DJ so I can see him in action again and get a picture!
I promise you will not regret booking Mark one bit. In fact, it may just end up being one of the best decisions you'll make for your big day!!
Mark was an absolute dream on our big day!!! not only did he sing a song of my choice when walking down the aisle, he was a perfect DJ for the wedding! I kid you not i had SO many ...
compliments from so many people about Mark and his voice and how he kept the dance floor alive all night. Seriously such a perfect night with the perfect DJ. I would choose Exodus sound over and over again. If you are in between getting a band and a DJ Mark is literally your guy. BOOK EXODUS SOUND you wont regret it!!!!

ment community (swoon!) and he blew us away. He was so nice, he asked our opinion on everything and made sure to personalize our song list for the big day. On the day of, he was so calm. He knew exactly what he was doing - even when I made him decide certain songs to play for the big moments like our last dance alone. IT WAS PERFECT. All my guests were amazed how well he sang, and that he ACTUALLY sang. We are a dancing crowd and he made sure to play songs that everyone was going to be able to dance to. He kept the night going and did it seamlessly. It was the perfect day, he was the perfect DJ and I cannot sing his praises enough. My friends are STILL talking about Mark and it's been 6 months!

we actually booked our wedding date based on his availability! Mark played the keyboard and sang during our ceremony as well as our reception. His voice is truly magical and we received so many compliments from our guests. He sounded so incredible that my husband didn't realize he was singing live as I walked down the isle! Aside from being a phenomenal singer, he was also a fabulous DJ! Our guests danced all night and loved the music! He was easily the best part of our wedding! Book Mark, you will NOT regret it!

Anyone who knows better will tell you that when all of the planning is said and done, no one will remember the place settings or centerpieces or linens. But they will remember if ...
they had a good time, if you had enough alcohol (haha) and how good the food was. And most of all they will remember the pieces that were so different than the other weddings they have been to. There are a lot of good DJs out there, but how many can say that they also provide a live component and can sing their hearts out and serenade your guests?!? Mark with Exodus Sound Company can do all of that, and so much more. I have been in the wedding industry as a coordinator for 15 years, and when it came time to plan my own wedding, it was really important to me to choose vendors that I had a personal relationship with and who were among the top 1% in the industry for what they do. I never even considered anyone else to DJ our big day because of how phenomenal Exodus is at what they do. They handled our ceremony music, the mic for our officiant, as well as cocktail hour and reception music, both mixed and live. But it was the live singing component that really got the WOW out of our guests. They were all so enamored by Mark's voice and the fact that he was walking through the room, serenading each table throughout the evening. His ability to read the room and know exactly what my guests wanted to hear ensured everyone had a great time and our dance floor was packed the entire night. For all of the brides and grooms out there looking for a DJ who will not only provide you with the best music, but will also make the entire process so easy and seamless, look no further than Exodus Sound Company! And thank you Mark for sharing in Bryan and my special day. It turned out even better than I could have ever imagined it could be!!

g DJ. Our goal for our reception was to have the biggest, most fun party. We achieved that goal, all thanks to Mark! Our dance floor was legit and we have the photos to prove it! And did I mention that he sings beautifully????? It's more like serenading and it is incredible. Our wedding guests were so impressed with him and he got so many compliments! We recommend him to everyone. You will not be disappointed!!

And did I mention he serenaded everyone there with his singing? My husband and I told Mark our number one goal was for our guests to have fun. And to say everyone had fun was an understatement! Our friends wanted to invite him out as we continued to celebrate in Austin the rest of the weekend. Let's just say he's the friend (or DJ in this case) everyone wished they had. Would 100% recommend!

we decided to fly him up to CO! I think most of my family thought I was crazy for spending the extra money for travel, but it was SO WORTH IT. Mark was truly incredible - people could not stop talking about how amazing he was. His singing during dinner was a HUGE hit, and the dance floor was packed all night. I had a few people tell me that normally they leave weddings right after dinner, but they stayed because he was so good. In addition to his singing, he is super friendly and personable.
I highly recommend him to everyone. I can't say enough good things - book him before he is famous!
