Let me start off by saying that the drivers were great! They got everyone where they needed to be, the cars were clean, and the drivers were very nice! Our issue was working with t...
he administration. Halfway through the planning process we switched to a new credit card, so we called the Executive Transportation and gave them our new credit card to put on file so that we wouldn't get a call when the old terminated card was denied. We got called at least 3 times from Bob about the old card declining, despite us talking to 3 separate people, assuring us that they had the right card. My coordinator sent them the schedule with all of the addresses that they needed, and was very clear that she was the point of contact for the day of the wedding. They couldn't find my husband's family because the administration hadn't given him the address, and called me instead of her. We didn't know the driver couldn't find my husband's family until his family called us. Our coordinator got on the phone and sorted it out, and thankfully we had budgeted a lot of extra time, so they were able to get there on time. I also got an email from Bob after the wedding, again saying that the card had been denied, because again they had run the old card instead of the new one. It was a very frustrating process, and if the drivers weren't so great, this would probably be fewer stars.
Executive Transportation was a big stress reliever in the logistics of our wedding weekend! They were reliable, professional, positive, and reasonably priced. Thank you!!
The team was extremely responsive, well priced, and our wedding shuttles were on time. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

mmend working with them if you are looking for shuttle services in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. You won't regret it!
Our wedding of 200 guests was comprised of mostly out-of-town guests who did not know their way around the greater Cincinnati area. Working with Steve at Executive Transportation ...
we set up 2 giant motor coaches to shuttle everyone to the wedding and the reception. The motor coaches even ran multiple shuttle runs to make sure that everyone made it to the ceremony. All of our guests loved the motor coaches. They were super clean and updated. At the end of the night, we also had a 14 passenger van assist in shuttling guests back to the hotels. In the morning when we needed to go to the airport at 3:30am, Executive was able to provide a town car to take us with an excellent driver!
We used Executive Transportation for our wedding and rented a 30- passenger mini-bus, which accommodated 12 people, multiple coolers, and bags easily and comfortably. Our driver wa...
s very accommodating, on-time, and fun. The bus was clean and cool, which was very necessary for our August wedding. Nothing but positive things to say about Executive Transportation!!
We used Executive Transportation for a 47-passenger van for our guests since the hotel was over 30 minutes from the venue. Communication was terrific throughout the whole process a...
nd Bob was very accommodating to our needs. The van was clean and in great condition upon arrival. The driver was early and waited at the venue for the entire wedding in case a guest needed to leave before the pick-up time. All of the guests were raving about how great the transportation was!

We used Executive Transportation for our wedding, and booked both a bus to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the venue, as well as a black sedan (Cadillac) for our personal depa...
rture from the wedding.
The team at Executive transportation was great to work with. They provided all-in rates that were charged to our credit card so we didn’t have to worry about paying or tipping the driver. The bus was very nice, driver professional and most importantly, on schedule. The driver was on-time to all of our requested times and made several trips for us throughout the evening.
We also had a nice surprise at the end of the evening when our Cadillac Sedan had been upgraded to an Escalade. This made for an even more memorable to a wonderful day and night.
I would highly recommend Executive Transportation as their drivers and office associates were great to work with, vehicles were clean and well-kept and they provided very competitive pricing.

wn for photographs. The bus was very clean and modern. Our driver was friendly, accommodating, and timely, especially considering the wedding was in Clifton during a football game. We definitely recommend Executive Transportation.
We only needed them to take a few couples from the bridal party from the reception to the hotel. The driver was extremely professional and courteous. We were a bit late leaving the...
reception but he didn't seem to mind. Very clean and well kept vehicle too!
The drivers arrived early, they were very respectful and courteous. Opened the doors, helped me and my huge dress in and out of the car. Drove at an appropriate speed and got us to...
the ceremony on time. Most of the time they do not have limos though.
Executive Transportation was exactly what I needed - professional, courteous and always early. We did not have a wedding party so did not want a party bus. I needed nice sedans o...
r town cars to transport me, my groom and his kids, and my groom's mother to and from the wedding. They were super easy to work with to schedule, even recommending that I should not have the drivers waiting around during the wedding and reception since that would be a waste of my money. They provided each driver's name and cell phone number in case there were any issues -- but there weren't any. Each driver arrived early for their pickup and was very professional and courteous. Their cars were clean and well air conditioned, and my driver had a bottle of water waiting for me. He even drove around for a bit since we were too early to my ceremony. I found their price very reasonable vs. many other limo services who do weddings, and they were much more flexible. I recommend them for your wedding, and would consider them for other transportation needs as well.
They were great. We had ceremony and reception all at one location so we didn't want to get a big party bus but we did want transportation for our guest to and from the hotel and ...
reception. It was what we needed. They were on time and the shuttle was clean and very roomy.
Mike the driver of Executive Transportation was so flexible and understanding he was a true asset to my wedding day. We rented a mini coach to transport the bridal party around the...
city for photos and then drop us back off at our location and stated a shuttle to and from the hotel and our venue. He was able to stay 2 hours extra and accommodated constant changes in schedule with ease. He made the entire experience hassle free and was constantly asking what more he could do. He made sure all of our out of town guests made it to the ceremony and did not leave until everyone was accounted for even though it was 2 am!!! Just a wonderful experience and would recommend Executive Transportation for your wedding, its worth it!
We used Executive Transportation for our wedding night and for taking us to and from the chapel for the night of our rehearsal. For both events, they were prompt, courteous and pr...
ofessional! We would recommend them to everyone!
