on! First, Jeff is a SAINT! I was not the easiest client. I forgot appointments, showed up virtually when I was supposed to be there in person, and canceled meetings at the last minute. Frankly, there were moments when I would have wanted to punch me in the face! 😂 Jeff was endlessly patient, gracious, flexible, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our celebration perfect! Our theme was a 1920s speakeasy, and Jeff absolutely NAILED the decor, despite my giving him very little direction! He also worked with me on the menu and budget, finding ways to keep costs reasonable without sacrificing quality. THE FOOD!!! Oh my goodness, the FOOD!!! Absolutely outstanding! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! The staff was equally extraordinary! Everything was beautifully set up before I arrived, and they even helped with last-minute projects that weren’t remotely their responsibility, including arranging party favors and putting stickers on chocolate boxes! They were hardworking, attentive, efficient, and genuinely lovely. We had an elaborate interactive murder mystery with actors, puzzles, and a dramatic reveal. The staff handled everything seamlessly around all the chaos! For once, I actually got to ENJOY a party I’d spent months planning! About HALF our guests asked how I’d found such an incredible venue! The food, atmosphere, and service impressed everyone. One of the best things is that they handle EVERYTHING: food, decor, setup, service, and coordination. The convenience is fantastic, and the quality is even better! Jeff and his team genuinely cared about making my daughter’s celebration special, and it showed in every detail. If you’re considering hosting an event here, DO IT!!! Thank you, Jeff, and your amazing staff, for giving our family a night we’ll never forget!!!
