**An Absolutely Incredible Day-of Coordination Team!** We hired Holly about eight months before our wedding reception, and from the very beginning, we knew we were in great hands. She was incredibly organized, professional, and thoughtful, and she made the planning process feel so much more manageable. One of my favorite things about working with Holly was her Google Sheets planning toolkit, which includes everything you need to organize your special day. As someone who loves spreadsheets and formulas, I was especially impressed by how thorough and well-designed her toolkit was! We also had several check-in Zoom calls throughout the planning process to ensure everything was on track and to get Holly's advice and suggestions along the way. Her organization and guidance gave us confidence as we approached our reception. On the day of the reception, Holly and her teammate, Cam, arrived ready to work and immediately got to putting the finishing touches on everything we had already set up. They coordinated last-minute details, accepted our cake delivery, worked with the venue staff to improve a couple of visual details, and even steamed my wedding dress when I noticed some wrinkles at the last minute! During the pre-reception photo sessions, Holly held down the fort in the reception ballroom while Cam supported us throughout the photo session. They kept us fed and hydrated all night, made sure we had everything we needed, communicated important updates with us, kept the timeline running smoothly, and managed all the moving pieces of the evening. They even assisted with the entire teardown process! Honestly, they probably handled hiccups and obstacles we never even knew about, which is exactly what you want from an incredible day-of coordination team. Holly and Cam went above and beyond to make sure we could relax, enjoy our celebration, and spend time with the people we love rather than worrying about logistics. We are so incredibly grateful for both of them! If we could hire Holly and Cam over and over again, we absolutely would! Holly genuinely cared about us. Not just as clients, but as people stepping into a huge moment of our lives. She cheered for us, supported us, and poured her soul into making sure our day reflected us. That level of passion and authenticity is something we will never forget.
