Riley is the absolute best! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything on our wedding day ran smoothly. She was organized, calm, and always one step ah...
ead, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the day. Riley handled every detail with such professionalism and care, and we can’t imagine our wedding without her. We are so grateful for all she did and would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator who truly cares about her couples!
Riley was our day of coordinator for a close to 200 person wedding in a tricky venue that required a lot of moving around. She was so amazing in staying cool, calm and collected as...
she worked through all the logistics, running around and coordinating with vendors, guests, and our large bridal party and setting up/tearing down multiple spaces that we used throughout the venue. In the chaos of pre-wedding, she was thrown into set up with little pass off of information from me and figured everything out perfectly.
She was extremely professional and made me feel like she was genuinely excited for me and to be a part of my wedding which was huge for me in feeling confident and excited to work with Riley. She was extremely kind and all smiles but also knew when to get down to business and get people where they needed to be. I would absolutely recommend Evermore Wedding Design and Coordination and can't thank Riley and her team enough for all their hard work!
We can’t thank Elizabeth enough for the dedication, expertise, and heart she poured into making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. From the beginning, her attention to ...
detail, creativity, and calm presence assured us we were in the best hands. She handled every part of the day with such grace, making the entire event feel effortless and perfectly coordinated.
What stood out the most was how beautifully Elizabeth captured us. Our wedding was fun, authentic, and felt uniquely true to who we are as a couple. Every detail reflected our personalities and vision, and we know that her incredible ability to listen, understand, and bring our ideas to life made it happen.
Elizabeth’s guidance gave us so much peace of mind throughout the planning process, and we feel so lucky to have had her by our side. We are forever grateful!

eded to talk through. During wedding weekend itself, her calm demeanor kept us sane and her willingness to do whatever we needed in the moment kept things running smoothly. Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and more, and I know part of that was due to her excellent organization and helpfulness. She even went above and beyond to climb a ladder and clean up decor as well as drop some things off for us the next day. We are so thankful that we hired her as our coordinator!
I am over a week out from my wedding day and still can't believe how perfect and stress-free my day was! Elizabeth truly handled every single thing that she could during the month ...
of and day of the wedding (I booked full-time month of management)! I had always been worried that the month of my wedding would be overwhelming due to coordinating little details and discussions between all the vendors. Elizabeth insisted that I forward all emails from vendors to her beginning the month of and had an answer to every little question/concern that I had. She handled everything!!! On the day of the wedding, I truly did not have a single concern all day. She handled the many boxes of decor that we gave her, remained calm despite the last minute rain just a couple hours before the ceremony, and checked in on me many times throughout the night to make sure I was enjoying myself and not worried about anything! The team is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced on weddings. I can assure you that you will not regret booking Evermore for your wedding!!

I imagined and she always made sure I was comfortable with food and drinks. I had nothing to worry about and I was able to fully enjoy my day from start to finish. I could not have asked for more and I am so thankful for her and the Evermore team.
Elizabeth and the crew at Evermore were our Day of coordinators for our wedding in January. I was so happy with everything on the day. They took care of everything from organizing ...
the various vendors to setting up and breaking down the spaces, and it was all perfect. They were really easy to work with, got our 'vision,' and were very responsive and helpful answering questions and providing other vendor recommendations well in advance of the actual day. We really appreciated them!

ng through all the decor and items we had shipped to the venue and getting it set up for us. She did a wonderful job communicating with the vendors and letting them know where to set up. We were very nervous about having our destination ceremony and reception in someone's backyard versus a formal event venue, but she ensured we were taking all the right steps leading up to the big day. We are so appreciative of their services and would recommend them to anyone in the Colorado area! Thanks again!
THE BEST! If you want a vendor who knows how to make your vision come to life, this is your team! From the minute we talked on the phone for the first time to our last goodbye, Ril...
ey made our worries wash away. We almostttt thought we could handle doing all the planning ourselves, but I am SO glad we didn't and got Evermore! And for all you DIY-er brides, I suggest you do the same and let someone help you, it is worth it! We decided on a month-of-coordinator to bring it life and that's what she did. We truly felt like royalty on our day because all the little questions, direction, setup/teardown, etc was all taken care of. Our guests felt guided and can't stop talking about how beautiful the day was...and we truly attribute that to this team!

he best! Their entire team was so organized up front and made the wedding day go so smoothly. I loved how friendly and personable they all were when working together the day of. It really felt like they were guests instead of vendors based on how much care and passion they had for the couple, always thinking one step ahead about the couple's needs to ensure they had the very best day possible. They also did a great job of keeping the day on track with timing and coordinating where everyone needed to be and when without ever making anyone feel rushed. These girls really know what they're doing, and that experience truly shows! If you are considering working with Evermore, don't think twice about it! I can't imagine a more wonderful team to have with you on your wedding day! :)

an organized, calm, fun, and beautiful experience. Being in the bridal industry myself for the last 6 years, I’ve met a lot of planners and have seen a lot of weddings come to life, and from the bottom of my heart, I cannot recommend Evermore enough. The flow of the entire day was flawless. The communication from Evermore was clear and concise, positive, and warm. They were able to find the perfect balance between upmost professionalism and taking direction while making you feel like you were working along side of your best friend. The bohemian style wedding they created came to life so beautifully, my jaw was on the floor the entire day. All I could say was “WOW!”. I’m a 2023 bride, getting married back home in Ohio, and I want nothing more than to have Evermore bring my bridal dreams to fruition because that’s how wonderful of an experience I had working for them. This is not a team who will ghost you in the months leading up to your wedding, only to get the final details at the last minute. This is a team of incredible women who will spend time actually getting to know you, make your dreams a reality, support you and take charge when needed, and leave you wanting to be their best friend. If you’re looking for a coordinator who’s going put you at ease and make your wedding planning a dream, look no further, Evermore is it!
