One example: my dad told me after how great Randy was for taking the time to sit down with him prior to the toasts, telling him what to expect, the order of the speeches, etc. (this meant a lot to him as he doesn’t particularly enjoy public speaking) They spent the time to get to know us as a couple in our meetings prior to the wedding, understanding our vibe and our vision for the day. They were also so helpful in laying out our order of events (such as toasts, cake cutting, dances, etc.) and sharing advice when we were unsure about what to include in the day. Our wedding would not have been the same without them. Thank you, Everlasting Sounds! I recommend them 100/10 :)

His calm confidence and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind about the music and vibe of our day. When we mentioned we were struggling to find the right day-of wedding coordinator, Randy suggested his wife, Jodi, could help. From our very first conversation with her, we knew she was a great fit. What we didn’t realize at the time was just how exceptional she would be. There are average day-of coordinators, and then there is Jodi Leichman. She didn’t just coordinate our wedding. She elevated the entire experience. Jodi was attentive, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful in ways we never expected. She anticipated things before they even happened. That is the true sign of an experienced and outstanding day-of coordinator. We are so impressed. She was constantly present without ever being intrusive or stepping on anyone’s toes. She made our special day feel effortless and seamless so we could truly be present and enjoy every moment. Our guests even noticed how on top of everything she was. One guest mentioned having a headache, and before we knew it, Jodi had discreetly brought them Advil. When my daughter kicked off her shoes on the dance floor, I turned around to find a spot for them only to see Jodi already reaching out with open hands to take care of them for me. These small but meaningful gestures made such a big difference. Randy and Jodi are super connected in the wedding business and have quality referrals for every need. They referred us to Folchi’s for tux rentals and connected us with our wonderful officiant. Honestly, our wedding was elevated beyond our imagination because of Randy and Jodi. Thanks to this amazing husband-and-wife team, our wedding was not only beautifully executed but truly memorable. Randy handled the music and energy perfectly, while Jodi made sure every detail behind the scenes was taken care of with grace and care. We couldn’t recommend Everlasting Sounds more highly. We would recommend Randy and Jodi to all of our family and friends who are in need of a DJ and day-of coordinator. If you want professionals who will treat your wedding like it’s their own, look no further.

e us feel confident. Randy was wonderful to meet with—he explained the process clearly and took the time to understand our vision. Even though the pricing was a bit higher, we felt it was worth it for the peace of mind. Leading up to the wedding, they were thorough in reviewing our timeline, music preferences, and all the little details. On the big day, our coordinator Hayley Yorgen was absolutely amazing—she kept everything moving, communicated timeline updates clearly, handled any issues behind the scenes, and even brought us drinks during photos. Her energy was calm, upbeat, and exactly what we needed. We were a bit let down by our DJ experience. The majority our desired music was included, but some key requests weren’t followed—like playing specific songs for family members or starting/ending at certain points in songs (our cake-cutting song, for example, didn’t start where we’d asked). We also had a detailed must-play list for dancing, and while some songs were included, many didn’t make it, and other songs were added. To be fair, we were running behind schedule due to photos, so time was tight. That said, the DJ played many songs in full, which slowed down the flow, and the dance floor didn’t stay as active as we had hoped. Still, we feel Everlasting Sounds is a solid company overall, and we’re so grateful we chose them—especially for coordination. If you’re booking their DJ services, just make sure to communicate clearly about your expectations and vibe to ensure the right fit for your day.

e pronunciations (Julie is SPOT ON with names!). Day of they worked great with our coordinator and everything ran smoothly, perfect timing of songs kept the dance floor going, and they even created a 10 minute mash up of Disney/Broadway songs for us to hear all our favorite lesser known songs but not play them all night long and prevent guests from enjoying the dance floor. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in the Louisville area. :)

They were professional, fun, and really paid attention to what our guests were loving. We couldn’t have asked for a better soundtrack to our night. I appreciated how calm and relaxed they were, it made me feel relaxed and happy on my big day. They were super attentive to our needs and really took over and made the reception run so smooth and it was SO fun. All of our guests mentioned how meaningful and fun our entire reception was and it was because our DJ team executed everything flawlessly. I would 1000% recommend them. When I initially met with Randy, I loved the different services they could offer that helped make our big day special. After speaking with him, I was so excited for our music. One of the DJ’s at EL is also a photographer and Jessica was happy to make the introduction. She is so personable and really cares about you as a couple. Jessica was our emcee for our wedding day and Scott was our DJ. Due to factors outside of everyone’s control - there was a wreck that stopped traffic and caused all of our vendors to arrive later than expected. As soon as Jessica and Scott arrived, they immediately jumped in and offered help wherever needed aside from their duties. Jessica helped with the timing of walking down the aisle and keeping the night on schedule. Scott ensured that the environment was kept happy and light. Everyone was on the dance floor - from small children to our elderly grandparents. He kept the vibing going and knew just when to change songs. They go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of the bride and groom. They even took the role of photographer after our regular coverage had ended for the night. I cannot recommend these two enough!

We were able to meet with Kevin and Jessica prior to our wedding to go over specifics regarding the music and vibe of our wedding. They were very receptive of our vision and really took the time to get to know us. We could then add and modify our playlists as well as directly communicate with Kevin and Jessica about timeline for the evening. I felt we were pretty specific with our "do not play" list because we did not want almost all of the "typical" wedding songs and we felt so heard by Kevin and Jessica. They were so professional, always took the time to check in on us to see if we needed anything, and made sure the night ran smoothly. Kevin was very active in that he did not just hit "play" and let the whole song run. He was very observant of our crowd and did a lot of "mixing" to keep everyone interested. The dance floor was full all night, which is exactly what we wanted for our wedding reception! They went above and beyond our expectations and if we could give a 10 out of 5, we would!! Thank you so much Everlasting Sounds and Kevin + Jessica! You gave us the best memories of our day and we are so incredibly grateful!

He even went above & beyond and helped my (now) husband with a particular remix for his dance with his mom. Both Hayley & Scott were so personable and really added our to wedding experience. We didn't have to worry one bit about their services, we knew they would do a fantastic job- and they lived up to the hype! Communication with the company as a whole was wonderful.
