WISH I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS. I cannot recommend working with Brooke and her team enough and she truly deserves every bit of a 5-star review! I booked her full planning pack...
age for my winter wedding, and it was hands down the best decision for my wedding.
From the very beginning, Brooke went above and beyond to support me. I tend to be very indecisive, but she was incredibly patient and offered thoughtful, expert advice that made the decision making easier and stress-free.
On the wedding day itself, Brooke was absolutely incredible. Any complications that came up were handled quickly and seamlessly. Honestly, I didn’t even know about most of them until after the fact because she had everything so under control. That peace of mind is priceless on such an important day.
She also took care of so many small but meaningful details that other planners did not offer. For example, she created all of my menus, place cards and signage as well as had candles, vases, table numbers and several wedding welcome signs/mirrors accessible if needed. For me, getting all of that in one place is so worth it. Her planning portal was another standout feature. It was super organized, easy to use, and kept everything in one place so I always felt on top of things and at peace knowing all of my contracts were easy to find.
What really sets Brooke apart, though, is how she becomes more than just your planner, but an actual BFF during the planning process. Brooke spends so much time getting to know you on a personal level and I guarantee you will not feel like just another bride with her. She was always quick to respond to my questions, incredibly supportive, and someone I truly trusted to help me make the right decisions for my wedding.
If you’re looking for someone who is organized, attentive, creative, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, Brooke with Everlasting Events is the one. I’m so grateful to know her and for everything she did to make my wedding day literally perfect.
I recently got married and used Everlasting Events to help me plan. Brooke was SO helpful and made sure our day was perfect. After our final walkthrough a month out, I knew Brooke ...
had everything handled and that I didn't have anything to worry about. I couldn't have done it without the amazing people at Everlasting Events!!
Could not recommend enough!!! Everlasting Events was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! Brooke and her team were always on top of everything we were working on and it...
was so nice to not be the main communicator with the vendors, especially as the wedding got closer. I was so happy with the how our wedding turned out and for all of the suggestions Brooke gave along the way to make our day perfect. It was nice to have someone with lots of experience when I was very unfamiliar with all things wedding planning, what things should cost, timeline of certain events, etc. When the day came, both my fiancé and I were fully relaxed and I felt completely out of control in the best way - we knew Everlasting Events had everything taken care of and we could just enjoy the day with friends and family!
Working with Brooke is an absolute Dream! She knows what couples need well before they need it. Extremely professional and has such attention to detail! Would 100% Work with her ag...

rumental in helping me identify venues and vendors. The venue we chose went through a management change a few months before the event and she assisted with renegotiating the contract. Her communication was incredible. She listened to my vision of what I wanted the evening to be and helped execute it perfectly. I could not have pulled off such a perfect night without her professionalism, hard work and creativity. I strongly recommend using her for any event you may be planning!
We hired Brooke for month-of wedding coordination. A little over a month before our wedding, Brooke took over the majority of our vendor communication and she also helped us book v...
endors from the time of booking. Her client suite helped keep us extremely organized and you can tell she is extremely experienced in wedding planning and coordination. She considered things we hadn't thought to consider and had contacts that we wouldn't have had without her.
Brooke took exceptional time making sure we were prepared and able to be hands off during our wedding day, making quick changes when needed and staying flexible and professional.
There were times Brooke would tell me not to worry about something, because it was her job to handle. Most of the time this was super helpful in taking things off my plate, but on a few occasions I wished I had worried about handling the things I brought up because they, in the end, never happened the exact way that I had pictured them. We filled out a bunch of forms with what we brought and where it needed to go on wedding day, and I'm not sure those were reviewed as some pieces were never put out or were in the wrong place. That said, the flow of the day and guest experience were not impacted by this!
We would absolutely recommend Everlasting Events, especially to the type B bride/couple that needs the extra support and isn't caught up on details being a certain way, but just wants someone to handle everything with ease. Being able to text Brooke any time we needed something before and during the day was invaluable and something I wouldn't trade.
I hired Brooke as a day of coordinator and she did a great job!! She structured my timeline and was always readably avaliable when I needed advice/guidance. Her assistants Taylor a...

ort. She was there for everything with me through the entire wedding planning process-- from coffee dates for planning/getting to know us as a couple, to finding other vendors within our budget and making sure everything was in place to make it exactly the way we envisioned. We felt she cared every step of the way and could truly tell she was there...just for US!!! Last but surely not least, we also loved Brooke's team. Her assistants were amazing!! The same energy (truly being there for US) transpired from her assistants on our big day as they ensured we were enjoying every aspect of our day-- they also made sure we ate & had good drinks! We truly appreciate all the effort and care that was put in place to celebrate our love. We will continue to recommend Brooke & her team!! Wedding planning isn't easy, but they take the stress off from it all. Much love, Mr. & Mrs. Isaac
Hiring Brooke was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She has several packages available depending on your level of planning needs and is worth every penny and more....
She made my wedding dreams come to life and executed everything to perfection. I actually cried when I saw our reception for the first time. Seeing it come to life exactly as I had imagined was very emotional. She was attentive and professional and answered every email and question I had promptly. She was hands on and we had several meetings in person and over the phone. She created our wedding day timeline, coordinated with all our vendors 30 days out and day of, handled all decor setup, and more! She even designed our paper goods for a reasonable fee (our package didn’t include this but I was happy to pay). She also took behind the scenes photos of the entire wedding that she sent me the next day. All in all she was amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a planner. Thank you Brooke for all you did to make our wedding dreams come true!
Mother of the bride here. Our daughter interviewed several wedding planners, and she was able to articulate why she thought Brooke with Everlasting Events was the best choice, and...
we never once regretted that decision! Book with Brooke as early as possible. Brooke sought quotes and helped us secure catering, rentals, florals, bartending, HAMU, and a dj. We had already booked photography prior to meeting Brooke. Brooke has many items available for rental, as well. Brooke made great recommendations to help us with our budget, and she was also able to help us see where money would be best spent. Brooke also designed and printed beautiful escort cards, table number cards, and thank you cards for each place setting. She was always willing to answer every single question my daughter and I had. She scheduled tastings and attended our venue walk-through. We knew we did not want to ask our family and friends to "work" the day of the wedding, nor did we want to have to worry about any decisions day of the wedding. Brooke and her team took every worry away, and our family and friends were able to fully be our guests, which was a great gift. When considering the cost of a wedding planner, also consider the time and money Brooke will save you as she has an extensive list of preferred vendors, some of whom offer discounts because of their relationship with Brooke. As a first time mother of the bride, I was so grateful to have Brooke helping us! When we were indecisive or wondered about this or that, we would say, "Let's ask Brooke!" or "email Brooke!" And Brooke always had an answer and would help us in making decisions. She will provide a very detailed timeline of your wedding day and communicate with all vendors any details they need to know. And she will stay until the last of the clean-up is done!! I highly recommend Brooke and her team at Everlasting Events!

big planning items out of the way, but we knew we wanted someone to come in to take on all the extra things that come up during the 2 months leading up to the wedding (think vendor communications, timeline development, and all the little things you forget about or don't think of when you are that close to the wedding and have a million other things on your mind!) Brooke was there to take on all of that, answer our emails and take our calls, etc. 95% of our guests were from out of town, including our parents, and we wanted to be sure they were truly guests at the wedding and did not have to “work” during this special day.
Brooke and her team were absolutely amazing for our rehearsal and the day of the wedding. We truly felt that we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding completely stress free because we knew Brooke was on it.
Thank you Brooke and Everlasting Events!

ocess and could not do it on my own. So I chose to work with Brooke from Everlasting Events and it was the best decision ever. I loved that I could communicate with Brooke at any time, any day.

ve fun and enjoy it! She had so many great ideas to contribute to the planning process, the little details that make the day so special and personal. If anything came up in the planning process or on wedding day that I needed help with or changed Brooke was right on it and went above and beyond to have everything exactly how I wanted it. We could not have done it with her and Chad!!!! Forever grateful to have found them!
Brooke was the absolute best choice for our wedding! She communicated well throughout the planning process and made our day absolutely perfect! We are so thankful for her.
