Lindsay and her team were amazing throughout our entire time together. From the initial call she was able to make us feel like she wanted to be involved no matter which package we ...
chose. We ended up going with the month of event coordination which was perfect for us. As a Type A person I needed someone to help add all the additional details that I did not know needed to be done. After the very first meeting, Lindsay took charge and read through all the contracts and make sure all the vendors were covered with all the necessary requirements that our venue required. She assisted with the timeline and vendor coordination. Prior to the day of, we did an entire walk through and even started setting up all the decoration so they were ready for the big day. On the day of, everything went so smoothly. The biggest hiccup was when none of the guys knew how to tie a bowtie - Lindsay and her team taught themselves how to do it with a youtube video and were able to step in and tie all the men’s bowties. My dad was very appreciative of that and still mentions it to this day. Overall I would highly recommend using Lindsay and her team for any planning needs. She is so organized and will ensure everything will go smoothly so you can enjoy the day.
Lindsay was a fantastic help on our wedding day and leading up to it. We had a very small ceremony so I initially wasn’t sure how much coordination we would require, but I am SO gl...
ad we decided to hire Evergreen Weddings and Events! Lindsay helped smooth over a last minute mix-up with our venue’s rentals and took so many things off my mind on the day of. She was very organized and well-prepared. Thanks again, Lindsay and Evergreen team!
I would certainly recommend Lindsay for any important event you are thinking of planning! We are friends through school, and I was stoked to have her help with the wedding. Lindsay...
was able to take all of my thoughts and wishes and execute them in the most beautiful way I could’ve even imagined. I was so impressed with her ability to communicate with the florist for our wedding and execute what I was hoping for and more. We had several planning meetings before the wedding, and that was so helpful on both an organizational front and a reassuring front. She did such a great job setting up the wedding reception area and I loved how everything looked. She had everything under control the entire time and I trusted her to make it the most perfect day and she followed through! I am so grateful for everything Lindsay did and thank her from the bottom of my heart.
Lindsay was my saving grace. Weddings are supposed to be fun and one of the happiest days of our lives. But let's be real, they are so stressful! From start to finish Lindsay was b...
y my side ensuring my vision came to fruition while also staying cognizant of the budget. Coordinating vendors for a destination wedding is not easy! However, Lindsay took care of everything so I could enjoy my special day.
