Definitely hire the coordinators. They were there to help answer any questions I had throughout my planning (venue-related). The entire day was organized smoothly—drinks in hand, food served, etc. My guests even complimented how organized the entire wedding day was.
Kayla and Brie were amazing and they took care of everything seamlessly. I can not say enough about how nice and helpful they were and how much I appreciate them.

Jamie, our Day of Planner, was incredibly helpful. She assisted us in selecting our seating layout and even created our seating chart sign and cards. The only thing I would change in our layout is to move the card and gift table from behind the seating chart. Many of our guests missed the opportunity to sign our guest book and card, so I would have switched the tables.
Jamie demonstrated great flexibility by working closely with us to collaborate and highlight all the essential details, ultimately ensuring everything went according to plan.
Overall, we recommend this venue because the Ever After Staff guided and kept us on schedule, reducing our stress.

Kayla, our guide, was extremely professional and kind. She was very thorough and offered wonderful tips and suggestions. I hope we are able to make this venue work for our wedding because I cannot stop thinking about it!

eechobee. All I can say is that the staff is second to none and extremely very professional. They pay a lot of attention to detail and know all of the ins and outs when it comes to weddings. If you are and bride or a groom looking for an all inclusive venue, I would highly recommend either of their locations as they are both very unique in their own way.

walked on the premises we fell in love and knew this was the place for us! Ashley was our tour guide she made us feel welcomed and answered all our questions! The venue itself was breathtaking from the tree to where the ceremony takes place to the beautiful chandeliers and lights where the reception will be!
