I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelsi Beck of Ever After Details! She was absolutely AMAZING, and I truly cannot imagine our wedding without her! My mom and I met Kelsi at a wedding showcase and immediately hit it off with her. We were impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and organization from the start. After meeting with her again, we hired her for partial planning services. We would have chosen full planning, but we had already booked most of our vendors. About nine months before the wedding, Kelsi introduced us to her online planning platform, which was incredibly helpful in keeping everything organized. As the wedding got closer, she stayed in touch, followed up on details, and gradually took more off our plates. My mom is admittedly a bit of a control freak, so the fact that she eventually felt completely comfortable handing everything over to Kelsi says A LOT! Kelsi's attention to detail is unbelievable. She documented and remembered EVERYTHING, including things we never would have thought about ourselves. She was always available but never overcommunicated or made the process overwhelming. By the time the wedding was a few months away, we trusted her completely to communicate with vendors and make decisions on our behalf. We even had an issue with a particularly difficult vendor, and Kelsi handled it better than we ever could have. She advocated for us professionally but firmly, and ultimately, that vendor exceeded our expectations. About a month before the wedding, Kelsi took the initiative to visit every location involved in our day, including the hotel, church, photo location, and reception venue, to work through the logistics in advance. It was just one more example of how she thought of EVERYTHING. As amazing as Kelsi was throughout the planning process, she was an absolute ROCKSTAR on our wedding weekend! From the rehearsal dinner to the after-party, she was there making sure everything ran perfectly. She handled countless details behind the scenes, many of which we didn't even know about until afterward. We never had to worry about a thing, and NOT ONE THING went wrong! I honestly don't know how she managed to be in so many places at once. She also brought an assistant who was so well-prepared that you would have thought she'd been involved in the planning from day one. And somehow, on top of everything else, Kelsi managed to capture some amazing raw videos throughout the weekend. Having those memories immediately, without waiting for our professional photos and videos, was such an unexpected bonus! Our wedding weekend was simply MAGICAL, and there isn't a single thing I would change. I was able to enjoy every moment without worrying about schedules, vendors, logistics, or anything happening behind the scenes. Kelsi had it ALL covered. If you're looking for someone who will handle everything from soup to nuts, understand your vision, anticipate things you would never think of, and make sure your wedding is everything you dreamed of, Kelsi Beck of Ever After Details is HANDS DOWN the best! I cannot recommend her enough. She truly helped make our wedding weekend perfect!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelsi and her team. They were such a huge part of making our wedding day happen, and I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without them! As someone who is normally extremely organized and on top of every little detail, I went into wedding planning thinking I could handle everything myself. But as we got closer to the wedding, I realized I needed help, and reaching out to Kelsi was one of the best decisions I made. From the moment we started working together, she was organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and ALWAYS one step ahead. She met with us every time we asked, talked through things for as long as we needed, and was there not only for planning but also for the stress, worries, and occasional wedding vent sessions. She gained our trust so quickly that by the wedding day, I genuinely couldn’t make a decision without asking, “What do you think, Kelsi?” 😂 And on the actual wedding day, she was incredible. Through every bit of chaos, unexpected mishap, and last-minute change, she somehow always had a solution. Anything I forgot, didn’t think of, or suddenly realized we needed — even the night before — she somehow already had it handled. From realizing we needed menu cards, to taking over our seating chart after I recreated it approximately 12 times, to helping our bridal party and families with last-minute issues, she was there for EVERYTHING. Our venue doesn’t typically work with outside coordinators, so having Kelsi truly felt like having our own right-hand woman. She made sure everything stayed on track and, most importantly, allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about everything happening behind the scenes. She was not only amazing at her job but genuinely one of the sweetest people we had the pleasure of working with. Kelsi, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us, our families, and our bridal party. You went above and beyond in ways we will never forget, and you deserve all of the success in the world!  If you are planning a wedding and debating whether or not to hire a coordinator, TAKE MY ADVICE: hire the coordinator. And if you get the chance to work with Kelsi, you are in the best hands! 🥹💍✨
