Events Inspired

ny detail. She even offered to buy our decor locally so we wouldn't have to haul it with us! Our wedding day went flawlessly. Hiring Stephanie was the best decision we made. We highly recommend her!

most every vendor I worked with for my wedding discussed how nice it was to have such an organized wedding planner. The day went absolutely perfect because of her and I cannot recommend their company enough! She truly removed any stress during my wedding day and took care of every little detail!

excited every step of the way. Stephanie’s creativity and attention to detail truly brought our vision to life, and she had so many incredible ideas that made the day even better than we could have imagined. Everything ran smoothly, beautifully, and stress-free thanks to her. We highly recommend Stephanie to anyone planning their wedding, she’s the best!

rfectly thanks to her help. In addition, she was very responsive throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions. We could not have done it without her and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to have a wedding in the San Diego area!

munication with vendors 1 month out! She was so helpful and kept me at peace and calm leading up to, and on the big day! She is above and beyond, even with last minute changes everything went completely smooth! I was able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing my wedding was in GREAT hands.

from our wedding (4/12/25) and reached out to Stephanie for help. Little did we know, it would be the single best decision we could have made, irrespective of the challenges we were facing at the time. Stephanie was everything you could hope for in a planner: prompt, attentive, organized, endlessly kind, and truly invested in making our day special. She navigated every twist and turn with grace and genuine care, making us feel supported and taken care of through every moment. She also works with the best vendors in the biz—we were blown away with how it all came together. If things went wrong on the day of, we had no idea. And any time we would think “let’s ask Stephanie,” she would magically show up and be by our sides. I don’t know how she does it, but she does!! And as someone who works in the events industry, I can confidently say the only thing I would change about our wedding and planning process is hiring her from the very start. That’s a big statement — and I mean every word. There truly aren’t enough kind things in the world to say about Stephanie and the entire team at Events Inspired. We are forever grateful to her and will be lifelong fans of this incredible company. I never understood why brides would say, “I am literally crying as I type this,” but now I do!!! Stephanie, thank you for everything. You made our wedding not only beautiful and seamless but an experience we’ll cherish forever.

the day of. Regardless of being hired as a day planner, Isabella went above and beyond well before the wedding to make sure all of my vendors were engaged and that all final wedding details were locked in. Isabella thought of details that I wouldn’t have thought of and was so great with tying up any loose ends. Even with my busy schedule as we approached the wedding, Isabella was kind and patient in working with me and I could not be happier that I was able to work with her and, frankly, had the opportunity to meet her! Isabella has a friendly and genuine demeanor that made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I am so elated that I chose Events Inspired for my wedding!

leading up to our wedding, and from start to finish, they were absolutely incredible. Since we weren’t local, we had a series of Zoom meetings and, when in town, some in-person coffee planning sessions. They were always on top of everything, making the planning process so much less stressful. On the wedding day, they worked their magic behind the scenes, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Their attention to detail, industry connections, and extensive experience meant that every aspect of our day ran seamlessly. Beyond being amazing planners, they are also just the sweetest people. We truly loved every second of working with them and couldn’t recommend them more!

at the 8 week mark (we did the month of package), everything was perfect. Not only did both Nicole and Stephanie truly listen to what we wanted/cared about for our wedding, but they helped bring a lot of confusing things into perspective. Their expertise is jaw dropping and I am so grateful to have found the best wedding planners in the industry. Nicole did an amazing job ensuring that everything went smoothly for the planning process, rehearsal and wedding day and I can't put in enough words to express my gratitude for her. When you book with Events Inspired expect to have the most involved, caring, experienced people in the industry, because that's what you're paying for. Thank you thank you thank you Events Inspired and Nicole <3

details -- even some we hadn't considered -- with the utmost professionalism. I cannot recommend Stephanie enough.

a jumped right in and was on top of every detail for our wedding. She was delightful to work with, listened to what was important to us, and made sure all our vendors were in sync on wedding day. She went above and beyond by doing things like scoring our trivia sheets for our guests. Her calm, confident manner was also very helpful to have around in the planning stage as well as on wedding day. My wife and I were able to concentrate on our guests while she and her team took care of everything behind the scenes. We appreciated that she was also honest with us about the best way to implement our ideas while still being flexible to our unique way of doing things. I would strongly recommend Events Inspired!

very knowledgeable in regard to helping us choose our food, rentals, band, etc. and kept everything simple and organized. She perfectly played the line of being easy-going and opinionated when it mattered.

Thank you so much Stephanie for helping us organize such a special wedding. We will be recommending you to anyone getting married in the San Diego area! We couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

cole Curtis; she is a rockstar and so much fun to be around. All of our guests raved about how wonderful she was and how seamless the wedding went! This company knows what they're doing and I highly, highly recommend choosing them - you won't regret it! Thank you so much Events Inspired for making our day perfect!

a sense of calm and structure to what could have been a chaotic day. With her charming demeanor, she kept everyone, including us, relaxed. She seamlessly coordinated 3 makeup/hair artists, 2 photographers, 1 florist, 6 bridesmaids, my husband and me and most importantly my daughter in our home. It felt like having a seasoned wedding pro as part of the family! Having Nicole here the Day Of set the precedence of the day being everything we had dreamed of.

of the best decisions we made! We knew that we wanted a “moving style” reception instead of a traditional sit-down dinner reception, following our traditional church ceremony. But, we didn’t know how to pull it off, especially since the majority of our 170 guests had never been to anything but a traditional seated dinner reception. On our first meeting with Stephanie and Isabella they were ALL IN, and helped us create a plan for the evening that was the reception of our dreams! From advance communication to all of our guests, signage at the venue, and the actual planning of the space and timing of events, their creativity, diligence and experience were exactly what we needed. Our reception truly was the reception of our dreams….and we are all still talking about how much FUN we had, and so did all of our guests!

pt everyone on time, took the pressure and stress out of the day and all with a smile on her face. I highly, highly, highly recommend them for your special day!

med me that for our venue (Scripps Seaside Forum) she only does month of coordination given it is a blank canvas venue and everything is contracted out separately. We decided to go with Stephanie for the month of coordination and it was the best decision we made through this whole planning process. Stephanie and her assistant Isabella were immediately able to identify cost savings in all our contracts and manage those leading up to the wedding. They also took over all communication between vendors and kept us in the loop with everything which took a tremendous amount of stress and time off our plates. The day of our wedding went as smoothly as we could of both hoped for because of Stephanies expertise. She was personable, realistic, and attentive to detail. Manny of my family members gave us compliments on how well our coordinator managed the event. You never realize how much goes into everything, especially in the weeks leading up to the wedding and we highly recommend using Stephanie and her team at Events Inspired for planning your special day. Thank you! Chris & Mischa

derate, professional, and thorough. She engaged our vendors, worked through the details, communicated consistently and effectively throughout the process, and was on top of every task at the events. My wife was so relieved to have this kind of professional support to ease her mind about the unknown details that could tarnish our wedding day. We highly recommend Events Inspired! The adage 'you get what you pay for' holds true. Don't be frugal when it comes to your planner. This service means everything when it comes to a quality wedding event.

Stephanie was the best resource leading up to the event; she provided guidance on booking vendors, building the timeline, and other random inquiries in which she always had the answer. We then had the pleasure of working with Nicole, who is also an incredible person, two weeks prior to our event who refined our timeline and made us even more excited for our big day, as she gave us the confidence that she was going to be sure it was perfect. Our wedding day was epic thanks to Nicole and Julie who made sure everything went perfectly. We had a massive wedding party but they managed to keep everyone on schedule so that we could enjoy every moment. Our venue caused several hiccups, but Julie and Nicole took matters into their own hands to ensure the night still went seamlessly. If they weren't attending our wedding as vendors, I'd invite them as guests because they're that awesome!! I hope to have the opportunity to work with this team of lovely ladies again soon!!

to us. We ended up changing not only our venue, but our entire destination in the middle of the planning process, and she was not only accommodating but enthusiastic about doing whatever she could to make our dreams come true. It felt like working together with a close friend to create a magical experience. The organization and level of detail was flawless. Monthly checklists kept us on task and ahead of the game leading up to the wedding. We always knew what we were supposed to be working on, and felt fully prepared by the time we got on the plane for our destination. The day of the wedding was so seamless and smooth. We didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying ourselves with our family and friends. The entire weekend was sheer perfection - we can honestly say it was the best experience of our lives. Thank you SO much to Stephanie and Isabella!!

er to have Christina oversee things for us. We had an intro call a few weeks before the wedding and she had the BEST questions for me to help make sure everything was organized and setup for success. She thought of everything that I didn't think of and she helped navigate everything that wasn't yet ready so I could spend my time with family and friends instead of running around at the last minute trying to communicate changes and details with vendors. She was a huge advocate for us when it came to negotiating with vendors (we had a ton of last minute changes and needs due unexpected weather changes). She was the best listener ever and followed through on absolutely everything even if we only barely discussed it. I wish I had splurged on month-of coordination to benefit even more from her expertise. Best experience ever!

We are looking forward to many more events in 2024 and beyond.

and they were able to turn even our most outlandish ideas (an instant noodle bar, late night karaoke) into reality. We had so many people compliment us at the end of the night and I honestly didn't want it to end. Thank you Steph and Jules for everything!!

he was a pleasure to work with. After that, we had no doubts about choosing Stephanie to plan our wedding. She was readily accessible when we had questions, kept us organized, and was enthusiastic about all of our unconventional wedding choices. For example, Stephanie and her team reached out to multiple bakeries to find one willing to create a special cinnamon roll cake for us. The wedding rehearsal was completed efficiently and the wedding day itself ran perfectly. We would absolutely recommend Stephanie and her team to anyone!

nt planner. She listened to our vision, plans, hopes, and dreams for the event and connected the bride and me to vendors who supported our goals. They all worked together to accomplish a dream wedding for my son and daughter-in-law. On the wedding day, Stephanie told me, "Now you go be the Mother of the Groom and enjoy the day." Stephanie and her team took care of everything. The entire event, ceremony, and reception were pure magic. Thanks to Stephanie and Events Inspired. Are you going to plan an event? Just contact them. You will be extremely pleased with the results.

happier! Exceptional communication, thoughtful attention to detail and smart anticipation of every need-known to us and not. Events Inspired was spoken very highly of and respected by our venue, as well.

mooth and easy thanks to the team and the wedding itself was such a blast and so seamless. I so appreciated the preparation and attention to detail provided by Events Inspired - what more could you ask for in wedding coordinators?

to answer all of our questions. She was very kind, professional and organized. She listened to what our vision was and guided us on that journey. She made the day-of seamless, so we actually had time to enjoy our special day, while she dealt with all the intricate deals and communication with our vendors. Our wedding was a dream come true and that was in large part to Julia!

ks and what doesn’t.

the wedding. We cannot thank them enough for creating the best day we've ever had!!!

ny and would recommend them to everyone! Our coordinator was Christina, and she was AMAZING!! She was everything I had hoped for and more for coordinating our wedding. She truly went above and beyond for us, and we will both be forever grateful that she was able to help us on our special day. An example of her going above and beyond is she picked up all of our centerpieces on the morning of the wedding from our rental house, and when the wedding was over she brought all of the items we had brought for the wedding back to the rental house and dropped them off. This made it so easy for us and our family members at the end of the night, and it truly shows how much she and this company goes above and beyond for their clients. If we ever need a coordinator or any friends need one, we will 100% be recommending Events Inspired for any services needed.

really loved about this team was that it was owned by women! I did some research on their website and really thought they were a fit for me and what I needed. I was able to schedule a meeting with Stephanie who asked me questions about my big day, once the first meeting happens she’s able to place me with a coordinator that really fits my needs and what I was looking for. I can’t thank her enough for placing me with such an amazing coordinator! Since I got a day coordinator I was able to meet Rachael closer to my wedding date which was two weeks prior on a FaceTime call. We immediately clicked! She really knew exactly what I wanted and provided me all the feedback that I needed to know for the big day! Rachael really helped smooth over all the worries I had prior to the wedding and made sure that all the gaps that were missing would be closed by my wedding day. Rachael was professional, attentive, and most of all caring. I knew she loved what she was doing even after talking to her for an hour! My wedding was at a naval base, a few weeks before my wedding the venue told us all of the guest needed to fill out forms to enter the base. This was the most stressful part about my wedding because on short notice not all of my guest filled out the form, so they needed service members to escort them in. Rachael was in contact with one of our friends to escort our friends and family in the ENTIRE evening so that all my guest were there. She constantly told me that everything will be ok and I should never stress on my wedding day and just to enjoy my moment. I’ll never forget that, that really meant a lot to me and it also made me realize how she much I trusted her and her work. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for anyone else. I am so lucky to have had her be my coordinator. If you’re looking for someone who is great at organization, detail, and going over and beyond, Rachael is your go to! 10/10 recommended!!!

ics. My husband and I got married at a strict venue with a unique layout and a guest count that made it a tight fit -- hiring Julia and her team made the wedding smooth and the best day of our lives. As someone who has a tendency to want to control everything I am so glad that I hired Events Inspired. Our vendors reported high satisfaction with communication, our guests had a wonderful time, and I really did feel like it was the absolute most perfect day. Julia's communication was clear, punctual, and effective and I never felt intimidated to ask questions or make requests. I highly recommend hiring Events Inspired to make your big day a dream come true.

ly did I not realize how much I needed a coordinator, but how great the Events Inspired team was. My wedding was overlooking Petco Park and months into planning, a concert was scheduled for our wedding day. Stephanie recommended how to handle it (we changed our ceremony time) and took care of notifying all of the vendors. She met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day (I didn’t even know until after the wedding that one of the vendors was an hour late). She also gets points for answering all of the million questions I had in the planning process. I can’t thank Stephanie enough!

and it was truly a match made in heaven! After our initial meeting with Nicole, we instantly felt at ease and knew we were in excellent hands. It was such a relief to hand over the final communications with all of our other vendors, knowing that Nicole would ensure everything would smoothly on the big day. We had the most wonderful wedding day and were just blown away by how seamless everything was - we can't thank Nicole enough for everything she did to support us leading up to and on our big day!

nd to run the show the week of (among so many other things) was so valuable to us and allowed us to really relax and just enjoy the time we had with our families/friends/guests when the days leading up to the event arrived. The preparation with Stephanie and team really paid off and the entire day went so smoothly. Truly, I have had multiple attendees of our wedding approach us to comment on how organized everything felt and my bridal party also commented on how confident they felt after the rehearsal. So grateful for Stephanie and Isabella and cannot recommend the Events Inspired team enough!

d keep things on track when we suffered a major set back (makeup was an hour late) and kept us all motivated and excited when things seemed to be getting stressful. It has almost been a week and we are still figuring out how much she was doing behind the scenes for us. We really cannot thank her enough and we highly recommend using Events Inspired in for your wedding coordinating needs!

We are so happy we did change because Stephanie did all the communication with our vendors about a month leading up to the wedding which helped take off some of the stress from us. Stephanie had so much knowledge about weddings and to help us plan a perfect day. Unfortunately, Stephanie had something last minute and Julia stepped in the week before our wedding. She was also so amazing. Her and Stephanie communicated everything and Julia came in seamlessly, knowing exactly what to do. I cannot recommend them enough!!

the details of the wedding. I decided to go with the plan where she started coordinating three months out and did all of the coordinating the day of. I did all the planning myself and she truly made everything come together seamlessly at the end when it was crunch time. I'm not the best planner, which made this a huge task for me. She was very supportive and I felt like she was doing everything she could to make sure my husband and I had the best day ever. We also wanted a very specific style wedding and she was so supportive of our vision. We even added an extra hour so she contacted all the vendors to make it happen. She helped create our dream wedding and all my friends enjoyed talking with her. It was a magical day and she was a huge part of that. Thank you, Julia!!!!!

details, such as the timeline and vendor coordination (these were the details that I really didn't want to worry about, and with Lauren I didn't have to!) On the day of, she accommodated things really well, especially with my chronic health issues, we had to remix the timeline after the ceremony, but we still got to do all the things we had planned (the dances, the cake cutting). Lauren made sure my husband and I's needs were the priority of the day. I appreciate all the hard work Lauren and Events Inspired put in to create an amazing wedding weekend for us!

She basically took over from there and perfected our timeline, not missing one detail. Our wedding day went by without one issue (that we knew of) thanks to Stephanie and her team. Working with Events Inspired allowed us to enjoy our wedding weekend and not stress about the details. We can't imagine our wedding day without her support! We highly recommend working with Events Inspired. Thank you Stephanie!!!!

O helpful every step of the way planning our day at the Ultimate Skybox. When I needed extra help with my ceremony she jumped right in and problem solved. She streamlined communication with ALL of my vendors. Not only was she prompt, on top of EVERYTHING, but she is so kind and such a pleasure to work with. She really took the time to get to know my husband and I and it made planning with her just a joy. Julia, we so appreciate everything you did to make planning fun, smooth, and helped give us the dreamiest day ever. 100/10!

, but I am SO glad that I did NOT do that. Month of is worth it, Events Inspired basically takes everything off your plate that you can just enjoy the time leading up to your wedding and focus on other things that are more important than timeline, logistics and vendor communication. Amber was absolutely amazing, she was incredibly responsive leading up to the wedding and was super helpful in making recommendations for us along the way. Day of, they wedding truly could not have gone better and I truly attribute it to Amber putting together the most perfect timeline for our day and communicating so well with all of our vendors. Events Inspired knows how to do weddings and how to do them well, I would 100% recommend!!

age. My now husband and I talked about expanding the service from Events Inspired to include full planning. Just for background: I am not a woman who has had her wedding planned since she was a little girl and had no idea what I wanted. My husband and I have incredibly busy jobs and were wondering how to fit wedding planning in. It genuinely caused me so much anxiety. Then we met Stephanie from Events Inspired. From the introduction meeting, she put us at ease with her sweet nature and calming presence. We knew from then we had to expand our package to full planning. However, we appreciated the flexibility Stephanie offered. For example, although we wanted full planning, we wanted to manage our own budget and expenditure tracking. That was absolutely fine and we were able to tailor the service to our needs. Every meeting with Stephanie was a breeze. She turned my wishy-washy vision ( "What flowers do you have in mind?" "I don't know... like... colorful ones?") into something tangible and I got so emotional when she sent me her design boards. It also seemed like she knew the perfect vendor for all our needs and she handled all the negotiations and paperwork. All we had to do was sign and pay. That made such a huge difference to us throughout the process because it meant we did not have to invest multiple hours a week with vendor back and forths. Stephanie was always responsive to even my most minor questions. Where I think Events Inspired offer the best value though is in the run up to the wedding. That was such a busy time and I don't know how I would have coped with having to finalize a timeline and contact each and every vendor to make sure they knew what they were doing on top of entertaining family and doing the other last minute stuff. We didn't have to worry, Stephanie handled it like a boss and I can't tell you what a difference that made to us in the days before the wedding. On the day, Stephanie and her assistant coordinated everything. There was not a single thing for us to worry about and they made it beyond perfect. It truly was beautiful and I can't thank them enough. To anyone considering Events Inspired - do it. You will not be disappointed and the peace of mind and calmness they bring to what is a crazy time is absolutely priceless. Shout out to EI's other co-owner, Julia, too! She, like Stephanie, is incredibly sweet and amazing at what she does. Thanks for keeping Joe on track! Thank you again Stephanie, Julia and all at Events Inspired. Our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without you.
