Hiring Teri was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process! She was so easy to work and communicate with and went above and beyond to make our day truly spec...
ial. Leading up to the wedding, she was really helpful with putting together a timeline and making sure we'd considered all the little details. She also was a huge help in assisting in the transport of some of our decorations to the reception. On the day of our wedding, we had to work around some unusual schedules that didn't allow me to be there during the set up of our reception. Teri was really flexible with working around our schedule to handle the set-up of our reception in the morning, several hours before the reception. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so I was nervous about not being able to be involved in the set-up of my wedding reception, but after meeting with Teri and going over my vision and plan, I felt confident that she could execute it to my standards. She was awesome about keeping me informed about how the set-up was going and sent me pictures to make sure I was happy with how things were coming together. Everything turned out so awesome and I was really pleased with how she was able to take just a little direction from me in terms of my vision and execute it to perfection. I couldn't have done the set up better myself and the reception turned out more beautiful than I could have hoped! She also executed our timeline for the reception perfectly and we finished all the big stuff (cake cutting, dances, etc) early, leaving more time for dancing! Finally, at the end of the night, she handled much of the tear down and loaded all the decor into my car so that we could just focus on enjoying our reception. We are so grateful for her help leading up to and on the day of the wedding and I would recommend her to anyone! If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator for you wedding, HIRE TERI! I was that bride who thought I could DIY everything to save money, but this was one area that was worth every penny spent!
My husband and I hired Teri for our wedding near Columbus, Ohio, and it was the best money we spent on our wedding! Teri was the MVP of our wedding. She made the day stress-free fo...
r myself and my husband. She coordinated a last minute switch from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor ceremony due to a flash flood. She coordinated with all of my vendors and I didn't have to worry about a thing! My vendors were telling me how awesome it was to work with Teri. She even made sure the top layer of our wedding cake was waiting at the hotel for us on our wedding night! I cannot recommend Teri highly enough!!!
I am a corporate event planner, so when I got engaged, I thought I could plan my wedding all by myself. I was wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. Weddings are a different animal, and as ...
soon as I realized how wrong I was, I hired Teri and she was AMAZING! From our very first site visit, she provided value with her knowledge and creative, helpful, cost-saving ideas. While I hired her for day-of services, she was available for the many months prior to answer questions and offer advice. Teri is calm, positive, friendly, solution-oriented, creative, and extremely organized. She absolutely nailed my vision and I never worried about a single thing, knowing it was all safe in her capable hands. My husband really worried that I wouldn't be able to "let go" and enjoy my wedding day, but thanks to Teri, I absolutely did enjoy the day stress-free! She took every single detail off my plate and handled everything beautifully. My wedding day couldn't have been more flawless and perfect. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it! She provided a lot of helpful value-adds - she packed up and held onto everything while we were on our honeymoon (including preserving my bouquet), she remembered to save the small details that I was delighted to keep like our Mr. / Mrs. escort cards, and she snapped some photos throughout the event so I'd have some extra candid memories outside of the photographer's pro shots (which I really appreciated because the rest of the wedding party was too busy having fun and didn't get many pictures - I was so sad about that until I learned Teri had captured some!) I don't have enough words left to adequately describe how grateful I am to have found her. If I could give her 7 million stars, I would - 5 seems way too few!

forever grateful for all her work on the day of the wedding as well- meeting with vendors, making sure everything was in place, communicating with my wedding party, and saving the day when my husbands phone shattered with our wedding music on it. Her positive attitude and hard work truly made my wedding day. I can't thank her enough!!

great way of designing and decorating a space to look just spectacular. My wedding venue was just beautiful. She was very flexible with our meetings and came prepared and organized every time. She went above and beyond with offering to do things for me to ease the stress of wedding planning. People involved in my wedding day kept commenting how Teri came to the rescue many times to help when no one knew where to be or what went where. She had it all under control. She is truly a lovely person to work with. It was a perfect experience.
