rest. Her caring nature and unmatched patience made the entire planning process a joy. What truly sets Stacey apart is her ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining flawless organization. She seamlessly handled every detail, and her eye for creating the most beautiful decor for our wedding was nothing short of remarkable. Stacey truly brought our vision to life, and we couldn’t have asked for a better planner to guide us through such an important day.

s truly passionate for what she does and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We highly recommend Stacey! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so grateful!

professional. We had many vendors; the venue, the caterer, the florist, the photographer, the DJ, the company that supplied the tent for the venue and the bridal party. Stacey worked with all of them and coordinated our wedding perfectly. Since our daughter lives out of town, we met via Zoom calls originally and then in person. Stacey handled everything. She is an amazing person and fun to work with. You will not be disappointed if you hire Events by Stace to help coordinate your wedding or event! We couldn't be happier!

eeded or I didn’t think of and my wedding books didn’t mention but she was on top of it! She’s organized and detailed and kept me on track! Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and stressful but it was even more overwhelming trying to plan from out of state but Stacey-Ann was a lifesaver! The day of my ceremony Stacey-Ann and her team were simply incredible; I didn’t have a worry in the world! I had the ability to disconnect and only focus on our day, our moment; Stacey-Ann and her team handled everything with ease and grace! I can not imagine what the day would’ve been like if we didn’t have them there; people will try to pull you in so many directions but Stacey- Ann didn’t allow it! I truly can not thank her and her team enough! My wedding day is the first day I felt like I could unplug and hand over my phone as the bride lol and just enjoy our day. Right after the ceremony of course we took photos with our photographer but Stacey-Ann ensured we had the time and space while ensuring our guests were cared for! Our ceremony and reception flowed amazing and our guests had an incredible time and I largely have to thank Stacey-Ann for helping make that happen!

elief came over us. Our preferences and venue were non-traditional and at no point whatsoever did she make us feel like we needed to fit the norm. She rolled with all of our ideas and flexibly helped execute them. She was very flexible and available for meetings to fit our schedule which put us at ease. She communicated really well with all of our vendors. My wife and I both strongly recommend Stace.

. She was super responsive and provided her opinion when we asked based on her work in the Baltimore area. Could not recommend enough for making our day perfect!

fidence knowing that she will have things running smoothly on the big day.

prepare and helping us to execute our special day. Even prior to the month-of, Stace actively engaged with us and my wife’s parents in helping plan all of the key events of the day, and actively engaged with other vendors that we hired (she went above-and-beyond, in attending our meetings with the caterer and the DJ). The timeline that she put together ended up working absolutely perfectly (she even put together a convenient, condensed timeline PDF document that we could share with everyone participating in the wedding, including vendors). Our wedding was fairly complicated, involving 3 separate locations (getting-ready hotel, church for the ceremony, and a museum banquet area for the reception), but Stace’s timeline and her orchestration of events made it all execute flawlessly. On the morning of, Stace worked with the florist and photographer to make sure everything ran on time at the getting-ready hotel…from there, we were on schedule to then head to the church. At the church, she worked with the manager and organist to keep everything on time for an absolutely beautiful ceremony. At the reception, setup occurred simultaneously during the ceremony time, and Stace’s assistant was able to work with the catering team to make the reception venue look stunning and make everything operate smoothly. Her team took care of every small detail including specific, nuanced flower, photo, and wedding favor placements that we requested. Stace worked professionally and seamlessly with every single vendor we hired. One of them reached out to us later to say of Stace…”my interactions with Stace were wonderful…she was incredibly pleasant, professional, and prepared…”. And I and my wife can say the exact same thing…Stace was an absolute pleasure to work with, and helped us both plan and orchestrate an absolutely perfect wedding day. Thank you so much Stace!

ith buses and water taxi transportation and everything went perfectly. She and her team are so friendly, approachable, so quick to respond, and very professional. Stacey has such incredible attention to detail and made the day completely stress-free for us!

iends and family who've been married, it appeared that the ones that did not have a coordinator regretted it. While we interviewed and compared several coordinators; Stace's passion for what she does, thoughtfulness, and experience stood out from everyone else. She is worth every penny! I also really liked her use of e-mail communication to ensure our requests were properly conveyed, and her virtual progress meetings. She was on top of that communication as well, responding in a timely manner. Stace even went out of her way to help when things took an unexpected turn during the wedding ceremony by keeping people from interrupting our ceremony (the church unexpectedly booked another event immediately after the wedding, and people wanted to come in and set-up for their event while our ceremony was going on). She took care of that in a professional and courteous manner. I can go on-and-on about how amazing Stace was and how she made our wedding day as smooth as possible. Thanks again, Stace!

through the ceremony (and what to do if there was rain) to the day of Stacey was attentive, professional, cheerful, and a joy to be around. Stacey is prompt in responding to any and all emails/calls and had amazing advice as to how to make our wedding day exactly what we wanted. On the day of the wedding no detail was left undone by Stacey and her assistant. My husband and I highly recommend Stacey, and we could not be happier that she was able to work with us for our wedding.
