placed our bouquets during setup the night before so they ended up disguised as any of the floral arrangements centerpieces?—found within minutes. Oh, the photowall we DIY’d was falling down?—upright and sturdy before anyone saw it was down. Oh, the parking at our venue was weird and cars needed to be moved? Handled! All of these bumps were smoothed out thanks to Nicki’s leadership. Before the wedding Nicki also walked us through and helped us build out a timeline—and most valuable—came to scout out our venue and asked them all the questions we hadn't thought of. Thanks, Nicki, I’d work with you again!

u want balloons, a mobile bar, or need someone to keep things on track, she’s your person. And trust me, Nicki will get people to get in line! I only wish I’d hired her sooner. I brought her on two months before the wedding, but looking back, I would’ve invested in her help way earlier. You’re already making a huge investment in your wedding, invest in a planner every step of the way. Whatever your vision is, Nicki will make sure to bring it to life. We had lots of vendors marquee letters, guest portraits, a photo booth, and more and her timeline coordinated every detail perfectly, from a harpist at the ceremony to a mariachi band at the reception and a 16 piece Mexican band. It was everything we dreamed of! When my dress was getting caught in my heel because of the lining, she jumped in and cut it on the spot to save me from tripping. She even helped me get into my second dress and find my shoes when no one else was around to assist. And when my family forgot my second dress, she quickly sent Sarah from her team to grab it from the hotel. Not only that, but Sarah took tons of pictures and videos of the wedding, which I absolutely loved! While I’m waiting on the official photos and video, I’ve already been able to look back on so many great moments from the day. And when about five impromptu speeches popped up last minute, Nicki just made it happen, no problem. Her preferred vendors are amazing they’re definitely on her list for a reason! If you want someone who truly cares about every detail and makes sure your day is perfect, I can’t recommend Nicki enough. And she doesn’t just do weddings she’s fantastic with all kinds of event coordination!

veryone was in the right place at the right time. With so many things happening at once, she made everything feel at ease on our big day. Would highly, highly recommend her to anyone who wants a stress-free wedding day!

Every step of the way, Events by Nicki offered invaluable guidance and support, ensuring that all my ideas came to life without a hitch. She was always just a message away, ready to address any questions or concerns my husband or I had. On the big day, everything ran flawlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the moment with our friends and family without a worry in the world. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their professionalism, creativity, and dedication transformed what could have been a stressful process into a joyous celebration. I’m so grateful for everything Nicki and her team did to make our wedding day unforgettable!

erstand why Nicki and her team are so highly regarded. We expected the process to be stressful with organization and execution. Nicki exceeded these expectations. She managed the day like a surgeon – everything was set up perfectly, she paid attention to the details that were easily overlooked, and was an absolute blast during the event; she was prepared for anything. She is extremely organized. Leading up to the event date, Nicki will make sure that all of the details discussed are accounted for and executable. Once it is crunch-time, she will also work very closely with your vendors. Knowing that Nicki was working so hard behind the scenes allowed us to relax as we approached the event date. Although most of this review is focused on her stellar work, the team was also absolutely wonderful interacting with our guests. Many of our friends and family found them to have great positive energy. Our wedding party had a great time working with her as they prepared for their coordinated entrance. If you are concerned of the stress leading up to your event, you will be in the best hands when working with the Events by Nicki team. They are extremely capable of making your dream day come true while also reducing the stress/anxiety that you may accumulate. Additionally, they are ready to have fun with you and your guests and prioritize having a good time. Events by Nicki is the dream team you would like to have on your side.

r, not only for how efficiently and precisely she ran the venue walkthrough, rehearsal, and day of, but also for the many advices she gave us. LISTEN TO HER, even if you think you know better! Really recommended. Thank you again Nicki!

did everything we wanted to do on our big day. She and her assistant were helping with absolutely everything day of - from running to aid an injured bridesmaid to lining everyone up to see us off at the end of the night. She was both professional and funny - the best combination! We are so grateful she was part of our wedding 🙂

or all of Nicki's help throughout our planning! Our biggest ask was that we wanted to be relaxed, not-stressed, and able to really soak in and enjoy our big day and that definitely happened because of Nicki and her team. Nicki was super communicative and prepared and gave us great guidance as we finalized our plans leading up to our big day. She had great questionnaires and documentation to keep everything organized. We DIY-ed our decor/flowers and it was something I was a bit worried about leading up to the day, but everything looked perfect! She also helped coordinate all our vendors so things went off smoothly and on schedule. Also, I had some people in my wedding party that I knew were going to be opinionated or "difficult" ;) but she handled them with ease and took that stress off of us which we were so grateful for! We can't thank Nicki and Lauren enough for helping make our wedding the most amazing day!!

ade this experience 10 times better !! She got straight to the point! We had the pleasure of meeting her partner Lauren The day of. They made sure I had no care in the world, Nicki even stopped traffic for my ceremony 🤣 I would highly recommend Nicki to anyone in need of event planning ! We will definitely be hiring again for our vow renewal and any other big event ! Thank you Nicki ! You and Lauren were Are an amazing team !

rately needed to make our big day better than we could have imagined. Nicki was so organized, professional, and catered to our every need throughout the planning process. On the big day, she made sure everything went according to plan, kept us on time for all of the various bride/groom activities, and made it so we could enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything else. Events by Nicki were a blessing for us and we are so thankful we chose them. Nicki was absolutely incredible to work with! She responded effectively to changing circumstances and kept all of the vendors coordinated and on schedule. Her efforts hugely benefited the wedding environment and it would never have been such a huge success without her and her team! We will forever be grateful with Nicki! We HIGHLY recommend her!

responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Nicki helped us generate a wedding timeline and got in contact with all of my other vendors and she truly made my wedding day stress free. Nicki was always on top of everything and I trusted her guidance. My husband and I are so happy we had Nicki there on our big day, she made sure our wedding party knew exactly what was going on and everyone raved about how capable and fun Nicki was. At the end of the night, everything was packed and ready to go, I truly feel grateful Nicki and Tiffany ensured everything went so smoothly. People still talk about how fun our photodash session was which Nicki suggested we do!! Throughout our wedding day, Nicki gave my husband and I confidence that everything was taken care of and going according to plan and she had great attention to small detail and even noticed my husband had on the wrong boutonniere!!! Thank you Nicki and team from the bottom of our heart!

terms of planning, she really helped us pull everything together and she handled all of the little (and big) things that we didn’t even think about - from making recommendations in planning, finding vendors last minute, and even fixing our bare wedding cake on the big day! It was an absolute joy to work with Nicki and her team and my husband would highly recommend her for any event coordinating. Forever thankful and hoping to have another big event in the future so we can have her as a coordinator again!

dvice and overall enjoyment to the process and we could not have imagined planning our wedding without her help. We booked her Private Residence Package as we got married at our family’s property and it was perfectly curated to fit our needs. I felt that her pricing was reasonable for the type of support she offered. She helped with vendor sourcing, timeline creation, vendor communication, consulted about any and all questions or issues that arose and much more. Our rehearsal and wedding day went so smoothly because of her, Tiffany and Lauran. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day because of them and we couldn't have done it without them! Nicki is the kind of person you want to stay connected with and I can’t wait to see her and her business continue to flourish.

dinate details with all our final vendors and of course kept everything on schedule the day of. The wedding day went super smooth and we couldn't be happier with her services.

vent looked and felt like it was planned for a year, binders and all! I was impressed with how smart and capable she was; she not only kept us on track with vendors and task lists, but also played guide/cheerleader - telling us what to expect while reminding us that it should be fun! She approached us with important decisions and exercised good judgment on small things - which was EXACTLY the right approach for us. We had such a lovely day, and we are so grateful - we could not recommend her enough! :)

ing & added special attention to detail in so many areas. I can say our day went perfectly & it was definitely due to the knowledge, organization & help of Events by Nicki!

little under 200 guests and I was not going to have bandwidth to set up and did not want to ask my family and friends to do it. Nicki met with my now husband and I over the phone and in person to go over details and goals for our special day. She listened, took notes and ensured we could trust her to execute our vision. With Nicki in charge I was able to focus on getting ready and being in the moment. The decor came out better than I imagined, we stayed on time for each of our events on the timeline and I didn’t have to stress over anything. She made sure anything that did pop up she went to my maid of honors and didn’t have me bothered. She got the little things I forgot about like boutonnières and all that. She brought my husband and I appetizers to enjoy after the ceremony together for just a few minutes in privacy. This was a special moment. I can’t say thank you enough to Nicki for making our big day as perfect as it was. Highly recommend Nicki if your looking to work with someone who has a professional team, able to execute your vision, is organized and wonderful communicator.

outstanding job of making things as stress-free as possible. We didn't have to spend the day telling people where to go and what to do because they were on it - we could just sit back and enjoy the party! They even made sure to pull plates of food for us so that we got something to eat (bless). Thank you Nicki for bringing our vision to life and making our wedding such a joyful occasion.

She and her team are very friendly and sweet too. My only regret was not booking her for full coordination instead of day of. All my family guests complimented on how great she did too.

at ease with the remaining planning and execution. She was on top of everything. The rehearsal went well and I appreciated how up front she was with everyone so that it was clear what was expected on the day of. The reception was so beautiful and she executed everything that I had in mind. Everyone was complimenting me on how beautiful it all was. Lauren was amazing, too. She was so friendly and I am so glad they were there to help everything run so smoothly.

to our venue ran late and she made sure that we got our schedule back on track so we could do everything that I wanted! Made our experience worry free! Truly couldn’t imagine not having her and just using the venue’s coordinator. She did such an amazing job that my sister in law used her the following year for her wedding and of course did a fantastic job. She is a God sent! You must book her and her team!! Thank you Nicki and her team! Ashley & Steven

detail. She managed the entire event seamlessly. She created an environment where the Bride and Groom, the Wedding Party and guests have nothing to worry about. Nikki is so impressive! Very grateful for her and her team!

I immediately knew I wanted Nicki to be involved in our wedding. Nicki (and her team) was a lifesaver in so many ways. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and ensured our wedding was executed the way we had dreamed it would be. She offered assistance leading up to the wedding, sent tips and tricks prior to the wedding, led the rehearsal at the venue, and was my right-hand lady on the day of the wedding. Although I’m sure there were issues taking place, I was not made aware of the problems or the drama because Nicki was already taking care of it. Having Nicki and her team be apart of our wedding was honestly the best wedding decision we ever made. I am so thankful and appreciative of everything that she did, her high attention to detail, and for everything she did behind the scenes. I could not imagine how our wedding would have been without her!
