About this vendor
It's the day of your wedding, and all you should be doing is "living in the moment" and soaking up each and every minute with your loving family and friends on this once-in-a-lifetime day that you will never get back. That's your job. Our job as "Day of Coordinator" is to tend to all of the tedious details of the day by making sure that the timeline is on schedule, managing your vendors, communicating with ceremony and reception staff, and most of all keeping your wedding party informed, organized, and calm so that your special day runs smoothly. We will begin working with you a couple of months before your special day to create the perfect plan for your specific needs, budget, and expectations. Let's meet for a free detailed consultation and then go from there.

Lauren was extremely helpful and stayed on top of everything. She always had great suggestions when we asked for them and helped us capture the vision of our wedding perfectly. She...
always made herself available when we needed her and provided several in person meetings to help organize the planning process. She was patient during the wedding chaos and provided solutions to any problems that occurred. I would definitely recommend booking her to help plan your wedding.
I cannot say enough great things about Lauren and Nancy! 10/10 recommend. You won’t be disappointed! They were so helpful and patient with any questions I had throughout the whole ...
process. As a bride, you want to feel confident in the coordinators you’re choosing to hire because they are basically in charge the whole day of your wedding. They are helping set up, bringing gifts to your room, directing guests, and so much more. I could actually relax and enjoy myself the day of my wedding. They have EVERYTHING under control and it made me feel so great. Aside from how amazing they are at their jobs they are so fun and nice to work with! Thank you Lauren and Nancy!!
As the mother of the bride and not being involved with a wedding in years, I was overwhelmed with many aspects of helping my daughter plan for her perfect day. Once Lauren & Nancy ...
became involved, they truly set us at ease and ensured that everything went beautifully. On the day of the wedding and even on rehearsal day, they really shined and I'm not sure that we could have gotten through it without them. They really helped to make sure everything went on without a hitch by keeping in contact with our vendors and kept us to a timeline. Not only are they warm, kind, knowledgeable and helpful but I their expertise was exactly what we needed and are an absolute must for your next event!!! Highly, highly recommend Lauren, Nancy and their team!

her team were amazing. The contact leading up-to was frequent, she answered all my texts, phone calls, questions, she really made everything easy for me - which is exactly what I needed. I am a terrible planner. She coordinated everything with our vendors and created a timeline that worked perfect for us all. Lauren and her team definitely over-delivered on their responsibilities on my wedding day! She set up all the signs, donut and cake display, s’mores, made sure we were on time with everything, cleaned everything up at the end of the night, and even packed my car so we didn’t have to think twice about it. Lauren truly made my day one I will never forget. I am so thankful for Lauren, Nancy, and Morgan. I HIGHLY recommend them & definitely couldn’t have done this without them.
