Klea was amazing from the start! From our first interactions and phone calls we knew that she was the right coordinator for us. We were so confident that she would be able to handle whatever came her way, and she was!
Her organization and attention to detail is impeccable. She thought about the smallest things that we didn’t even think of or forgot about and it was extremely helpful. As a bride we run into things unexpected and Klea came through and worked hard in fixing them to make our day so special.
She kept the day and night of our wedding flowing seamlessly and never even allowed the thought of being stressed to enter our minds. You would have thought there was at least ten of her there that day!
We can’t thank her enough as she truly let us enjoy our wedding night from start to finish and she handled anything and everything!!! If you’re looking for a coordinator, please hire Klea. Our wedding was unforgettable because of the work she put in for us. She went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for her! We love Klea!
Klea was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, despite the fact that our wedding was planned VERY very quickly. Klea is so sweet and professional, and was extremely understanding of our circumstances. The day/night of our wedding, Klea helped with so so much behind the scenes and helped my husband and I be able to be fully present with each other and our guests. She is very organized and really made the final part of the planning process for us feel less stressful and overwhelming with such a short timeline. Could not recommend enough!!!

My name is Klea, owner of Events by Klay is a Wedding Coordination event company based in the St. Louis and Metro East area!
I'm a Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville graduate with a degree in Psychology. I've worked in behavioral health and program management for 10 years. I was a 'COVID bride' myself—planning a wedding is hectic enough, and I coordinated my own during a global pandemic.
I'll be your shoulder to cry on during the emotional parts of planning and right by your side to celebrate every joyful moment on your big day! Let's make your event unforgettable.
