er and she’d already done it! Plus, my husband and I didn’t have to stress about finding decor as E2R also offers decor! E2R has plenty of options for every vision and we were so happy with how it turned out. I would totally recommend E2R for full service planning and decor. Jenn and Fronda made sure that our wedding day itself went smoothly and my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Can’t recommend enough, I couldn’t imagine this wedding process without E2R.

o as told (she was given a photo of exactly what we wanted), second the aisle for the wedding and the reception tables were not decorated as stated on the DOW. She absolutely did not keep the wedding party on track. The wedding was to start at 430, at 415 she was still decorating and had not been over to let the bridesmaids know where they were suppsoe to be at and at what time. The maid of honor had to come find her and ask. They were expected to have all times memorized or to carry around copies of the DOW and to follow that and that alone. Nobody knew where they were to be and at what times exactly due to not carrying around the paper with the times on it. Like we had pockets in our dresses. As well as if thats all we needed then why would we have hired a coordinator. The Mother of the Bride was going to purchase certain things and Jenn told us she could get it all so much cheaper ( it was not cheaper) she never gave us any itemized costs of the extras such as the linens, plates, napkins, silverware, flowers and sparklers. She just gave a total not an itemized list. We apparently were suppsoe to just trust her. Still never was provided these things. Sparklers that were ordered for an 80 guest count were purchased and we used 20ish, was not given the left over sparklers. She was the one buying the fresh flowers and didn't make sure flower girls had any to throw. The bride had all the vendors calling and texting her the day before checking on times since the coordinator had not reached out and handled all that like she was suppose to. We paid her 125 for lemonade and tea that was so watered down from her putting ice into it. It was absolutely embarrassing that our guests were expected to drink it. Again something she said she could do for us cheaper than we could. 125 for tea and lemonade! I could have did it for 50 or less but she assured us it would be better to let her do it. Better for her maybe, definitely not the guests or us. She also charged 50 for 3 small walmart brand juices and 2 small containers, of fruit for the mimosa bar. She also was overheard by the bride talking poorly about the bridesmaids to the dj, very unprofessional! The mob had asked about the drinks and all Jenn wanted to do was complain that nobody was following the dow. When we emailed her to have a conversation about all this she was very defensive and not very nice. Luckily none of this ruined the wedding but definitely left a bad taste in our mouths about her and the whole experience. She was rude, unprofessional, short fused, not fully upfront about numerous things which seemed very shady when it came to the price of the extras that we had let her take care of. With all this being said, i would definitely not recommend.
