We absolutely loved having Vicky! We hired her for the two months coming up to our wedding. She insured everything went smoothly on our big day. Highly recommend!!
Vicky Choy from Event Accomplished was an absolutely amazing planner! She worked with me, my mom, and my now-husband to ensure each detail was taken care of and nothing was left un...
done. She had a great system for keeping me on track - and was always there when I had questions or small bouts of anxiety. She and her team took care of everything on the big day, which went off without a hitch. I cannot recommend her enough!
This is by far the best money we spent on the wedding. Vicky went above and beyond and made sure everything was perfect for our wedding. She let us a la cart choose what parts sh...
e would help us with for the wedding, but she also made sure everything else was accomplished as well. She was extremely thorough, made sure everything was high quality, and ensured that our wedding was just the best experience. Her associates were amazing before and the day of the wedding to help as well. The day of the wedding, my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything at all - the women made sure everything was perfect, got our feedback when needed, and just made sure the day was perfect. My parents keep telling us how great of planners we are and we really did have one of the best weddings ever. That is definitely thanks to Vicky, Arielle and everyone else at Events Accomplished.
Vicky was great to have by my side throughout this whole wedding planning experience. I felt immediately comfortable with her from our first meeting and always appreciated her fee...
dback and ideas. Especially when she helped me wittle down my ideas and plans...she told me to stop looking at blogs and really think about my ideas, great advice:) The day of the wedding she was invaluable getting everyone where they needed to be and making sure everything ran smoothly. Plus, she has a great personality and smile! Vicky helped me be relaxed and calm on this day that was anything but! Definitely highly recommended her!
Totally enabled the day. Event Accomplished emphasized meeting expectations and then exceeded everyone's. Our day was storybook, hospitality was live, and Event Accomplished create...
d an association of vendors that turned into an exemplary experience. Event Accomplished is innovative with key moment ideas and key activity ideas and successfully followed through with those ideas. Vicky Choy managed the day, but as importantly, is a thorough prior planner, leaving all involved with a smile the day after. Worth every cent.
Vicky Choy and Event Accomplished were the single best decision that we made in all of our wedding planning. She was so organized and on top of things and this made the planning a...
nd organizing aspect of our wedding as stress-free as possible for us. She is so easy to get along with and so communicative and responsive. She is super experienced and a great resource as you are hiring vendors and putting together a time line of the day. Our day was so special and went so smoothly and Vicky was invaluable in ensuring that this was the case. I would highly recommend Event Accomplished for day-of wedding coordination.
It's hard to know where to begin! I met Vicky only after my mother had met with her and before I was sold on the idea of having a wedding planner. I knew we would need help the d...
ay of the wedding but thought that we could take care of everything else in advance. In hindsight, I'm thrilled that my mother didn't believe me, and I only wish that we had engaged her earlier in the planning process.
Vicky was incredibly patient, understanding, direct, attentive and professional. She helped me find a replacement DJ at the last minute, advised on where we could make things easier and where we needed to put more or fewer resources, gave great tips on some of the D.I.Y. elements of the wedding, and was generally a great sounding board for some of the ideas and issues that came up during the wedding.
Specifically, Vicky's timeline for the event and templates for planning was really helpful in not only making sure everything was covered, but in allowing us to feel like all of the details were taken care of and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves.
The wedding day was perfect, I felt completely taken care of and really present -- I remember everything! -- because I could focus on the parts that were important to me and trust that Vicky was taking care of the details.
