Eva's Bridal & Fashion

he counter told me as long as it was before I picked my dress up it shouldn't be a problem at all. Spoke to a store associate a few days ago and asked about it and she stated that she would have the manager call me... The manager never called me. I've been swamped at work so my aunt called the manager for me today. The manager is EXTREMELY RUDE, said that there was nothing that she could do... not even store credit. People cancel weddings for all types of reasons. Heart breaking reasons... and this is the last thing that needs to weigh on peoples minds. I got all my dresses for my bridesmaids at Davids Bridal and will make SURE to tell everyone to do that... atleast they refund you up to 90% if something comes up. These people are only out for your money.... and are extremely rude. BESIDES the money... when I was getting fitted, I was waiting in the dressing room for literally about a half hour until the associate came and helped me.. Seriously, nobody was even in there. This place is a waste.

dress for $700!!!!

t be happier

called a million other places and if they weren't closed, you had to have an appt.I had almost given up hope, THEN i called Eva's!!! No appt needed and they were open ALL DAY! Within 10 minutes of being at Eva's, I found the perfect dress and it was the perfect size! It was the only dress i tried on that day and me, my mom and my bridesmaids fell in love with it the second I put it on. A few tears were shed and It was exactly what i wanted and it wasn't ridiculously expensive. The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful! Jacked me all up with a veil (which i ended up buy as well!) So we bought the dress and had it sent out to add a corset back which was breathtaking. When i came back for my first fitting, it was all pinned up for alterations and the bustling. I found the shoes i needed at Eva's after looking everywhere under the sun for them! When they asked me to schedule my second fitting, i realized i wasn't going to make it bc I live in another state and wouldn't be back in MI until the wedding. Their staff was MORE than helpful! Without question, they had the alterations done and shoes were dyed in 2 days, so i could pick everything up before I flew home. So unbelievably impressed with their service, and quality.

also get my bridesmaids dress there too.

eautiful, even with my imperfections.

and they altered my dress to make it so special for me! Huge variety and outstanding employees!

nd a leg to do the bustle, so on a whim I checked out Eva's. I was helped by Melissa, who turned out to be just a wonderful person, and really helped us along with the seamestress. I was advised that instead of spending money on getting my dressed shortened (it was a little long) that I should instead buy a full slip which would be half the cost of getting it shortened, plus make my dress look fuller. It was a great choice because on my wedding day the dress looked fabulous, and so did the bustle too! They were very sweet and professional, and didn't treat me any differently even though I hadn't bought my dress from there. I was incredibly happy with their prices, and their employees!

special event gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and more. Their alteration specialist is amazing and knows her stuff. The workers are kind and helpful.

ople who had become 'invested' in my wedding. The quality and service was great, yet affordable. I got my dress, the bridesmaids dresses and my mom's dress from there and not a single complaint.

find out they were selling it for a good $200 cheaper. I never had any issues at Eva. they also did my alterations, and i got my veil and head piece there. Very friendly and helpful staff.

found everything I wanted and the prices they gave me reasonable, luckily, I had them right all write prices down because when I went back a week later my dress had gone up $100! And my bridesmaids dresses had gone up as well! But they tried to tell me that the prices hadn't gone that those were the prices the whole time. They changed their tune when I pulled out the paper they had written up with the original prices! On top of that, my bridesmaids, including my 15 year old niece, all said they were treated very rudely! They almost ordered my maid of honor the wrong dress in the wrong color until the owner saw what was happening and corrected it! Then at my wedding one of the bridesmaids dresses alterations were coming undone and we had to use safety pins on her dress!! All and all, very disappointing. Stay away!

great alterations. A lot of dresses to pick from.

ls. They were nothing but accommodating! The owner even stayed after closing hours on a couple of occasions because I couldn't make up my mind about things! I also got my bridesmaid dresses, their jewelry, and mine there! They were fabulous in every way! I couldn't be happier!

s completely and it was beautiful. They were easy to work with and met all of my needs. I would highly recommend them to any bride to be!

bridesmaid dresses as well as my mother's dress there. The reason we were willing to drive such a long distance as opposed to purchasing somewhere closer to home was simply customer service! Of course the prices could not be beat either. Well done Eva's!

ight!) and they returned the dress to the designer, and got me the right size!;the store is a little crowded especially during prom dress season (Garden City HS is right across the street!)
