Eternal Moment

had a little emergency kit and was ready to fix my dress bustle at the drop of a hat. We were nervous to find vendors that were LGBT friendly and we absolutely picked the right person. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a coordinator.

e, Kyla brought unmatched organization, confidence and the best outlook on my wedding planning process. She helped make sure we stayed organized, on track and at ease when picking vendors. While prep went smoothly, Kyla absolutely shined in the days leading up to my wedding and of course day of. She kept everything running so well, if we had any hiccups I didn’t know of them. She even recorded behind the scenes clips of everything getting set up so I could see parts of the prep that I otherwise would’ve missed! She understood my vision, advocated for me with my vendors, and was such a perfect addition to my wedding day. I can not recommend Kyla enough, every bride/groom that works with her is so so lucky!!

y or vibe anywhere near me on my wedding day.” That captured the sentiment of everyone who had to step in to salvage what should have been handled professionally. From the start, communication was disorganized, defensive, and consistently delayed. Tasks that should have been completed months in advance, like hotel blocks, sat untouched despite repeated follow-ups. It wasn’t until family members intervened that anything was finalized. Within 24 hours of us taking over, we had contracts in hand — something that had supposedly been “in progress” for weeks under Molly’s management. When the brides raised these issues directly and professionally, Molly’s response was not accountability but excuses. Her reply tried to reframe basic failures as “not for lack of effort” or “beyond the scope” of her role, ignoring the simple truth: her job was to manage these details so the couple wouldn’t have to. Instead, our family ended up booking hotel blocks, arranging tent delivery and setup, coordinating tables, and filling in countless gaps that should have been handled by the planner. In every exchange, the tone was dismissive — as if the couple’s frustration was an inconvenience rather than a natural response to being repeatedly ignored. That defensiveness carried right up to the wedding week. The brides had to manage logistics and vendors themselves because they no longer trusted Molly’s follow-through. At one point, because Molly was unavailable, the photographers created the wedding-day schedule instead. When Molly learned of this, she responded passive-aggressively: “If you don’t want me at your wedding day, I don’t have to be.” Wedding planning requires calm, proactive coordination and empathy — none of which Molly demonstrated. For anyone considering Eternal Moment Planning, especially for such an important day, save yourself the stress. What was promised as “partial planning” turned into partial responsibility and total deflection.
