great. He was able to incorporate my persian music into the whole day and made it very easy! I highly recommend him!
We were referred to Todd with Essential Mobile Music through our venue Casino San Clemente. Todd is basically the resident DJ there - not that he's contracted or that you are requi...
red to use him, but he has done many weddings at Casino San Clemente. We met with him early on and decided to book him! He has a good energy and seems to really know the wedding DJ industry. We met a few times throughout the whole process - he provided some good suggestions for songs. There was only one hiccup that I can remember at the ceremony where he introduced the groom's father for his speech at the wrong time. It was unfortunate, but what are you gonna do? He worked with my father for his speech - he had song snippets in his speech which was fun! He played great dance music and kept the party going!
Todd is great! Played everything we needed and new our venue well
We loved Mayn from EMM. My (now) husband is not easy to please when it comes to music. He tends to prefer classic rock and alternative music, neither of which perfectly fall into...
the "wedding" genre. In addition, I enjoy Top 40 and pop. So we were not the easiest couple for which to create the playlist for our wedding.
We loved Mayn, our DJ from Todd's company. We met with him and Todd beforehand, and Mayn was SO sweet. He was open and attentive, young, and so kind. I knew he wasn't going to be a dj who was going to "steal the show," but wanted to work with us to make it the perfect day, with a fit to us as a couple.
As we put together our music selections for the day, the wedding planning tools that EMM provided were very helpful! They had wedding planning timelines and song suggestions for us to work with. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review was that their Spotify account that held all the suggestions wasn't working, even after a couple emails. BUT Todd was able to send them all to our DropBox so we had everything we needed. And Mayn was incredibly wonderful as my husband and I debated around about our choices, even changing at the last minute.
Mayn was wonderful and flexible. My husband picked out selections that were not necessarily perfect for the wedding crowd at large, and Mayn took the suggestions, understand my husband's "vibe" and was able to play selections that my husband LOVED and were fun and accessible to all the wedding guests. My husband remarked several times that day how much he liked the music.
Mayn checked on my husband and I throughout the night, asking if we wanted more or less of anything. He was so sweet and fun. He took all the guests requests. People were literally CHEERING for more songs at the end of the night. I have never seen that at a wedding!
Pick Mayn! Seriously best dj I've seen! Can't go wrong with him.
From the beginning, Todd was extremely professional and truly a lot of fun! We got to meet with him a few times to discuss our day, the music and the flow of everything! He truly d...
oes have everything! My husband really wanted some latin flair added to our celebration, and Todd found all the songs he wanted! We had a great mix of latin music, group dances, current hits! Todd said we had some of the best dancing groups he has had in a long time, at least at the venue we had! :)
He also was extremely flexible day off, our siblings wanted to sing during the reception and Todd made it happen, no questions asked! He also helped us with our ceremony music and sound as well! Beyond a great experience!
DJ Todd did an amazing job for our wedding day! He is very professional, and overall made our wedding day run very smooth! We wanted clean music but still incorporate hip hop, danc...

eception music for my wedding. I got so many compliments on what a great DJ he was. We told him what we liked and didn't like and he mixed the music perfectly. When a song wasn't getting people out on the dance floor, he quickly faded it out and switched it up. He is very responsive and I felt like we were in good hands. Also, visiting his studio was a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend Todd!

PRO. He's a perfect MC and played music that our guests loved. He was able to accommodate every age group that was at the wedding. I didn't want to stop dancing, nor did anyone else. He knows exactly what to say, and when to say it. He also made sure that everyone was in the right place at the right time (for cake cutting, toasts, etc.) I highly, highly recommend DJ Todd for your event! :)

Is there a word for "beyond perfect"? DJ Todd helped make our wedding even more amazing and truly "us" than ever imagined. My husband and I are VERY into music so selecting a DJ wa...
s not taken lightly. Todd knew and had all the songs and genres we wanted-- from Hawaiian slack key to Latin jazz to our Irish recessional ditty to old school funk to good ol' Tom Waits. He has been in the biz for many years and knows OC venues and vendors like few others- and it shows. He is always smiling and in an upbeat, excitable mood, which was contagious! We could NOT have asked for a better team than DJ Todd and Essential Mobile Music. I am still smiling from ear to ear!!!

play. He played us a few songs he had so we could hear which song to play. He is very professional!
He even coordinated a little game with the tables so we could interact with all the them during the dinner hour!
DJ Todd did a awesome job with our music.
Our wedding was on a Sunday evening and we expected most of our guests to leave after we cut the cake. The opposite occurred. I have to attribute it to DJ Todd. From the moment ...
he opened the floor for dancing until the last dance the floor was packed. Our friends as well as our parent's friends were all enjoying themselves. He played a good variety of music to keep all the age groups entertained. We've had several guests tell us they had more fun at our wedding than they have at any other wedding they've attended. Throughout the planning stages DJ Todd was very accessible for questions and gave us the tools we needed to customize his services. He provides an online music request system and planner for the ceremony/reception timeline, bridal party entrances, etc. He is very organized and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future.
