I truly cannot say enough great things about Erica! From the very beginning of planning, she was incredibly organized and made the entire process feel manageable. She gave me weekl...
y to-do lists filled with things I never would have thought of but was SO glad she did- from something as simple as reminding me to get my ring cleaned the week before to making sure I had bags packed and everything ready to go.
She also gave the best, most honest feedback throughout the entire planning process. She would tell me when something might be a waste of money or time, recommend alternatives, and come up with creative ways to make the details and design look classy and beautiful without spending a fortune. Every vendor she recommended to us ended up being incredible, too. I really felt like I could trust her opinion, which made making a million wedding decisions so much easier.
On the wedding day, Erica had the calmest presence and everything ran absolutely perfectly. She had already thought through all of the “what ifs” and had plans in place for everything- which was VERY appreciated by my anxious self lol. I never felt like I needed to check on the timeline, vendors, setup, or any of the little details because I knew Erica had it handled. Even our family and friends kept commenting on how amazing she was and how they had never been to a wedding where someone was so on top of everything. That alone says so much about how incredible she is at what she does. I was actually able to be present and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.
One of the things I appreciated most was that she cared about the little details just as much as I did. By the time our wedding arrived, she knew exactly what I envisioned and I could completely trust her to bring it all together.
Hiring Erica was genuinely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her, and I would recommend her over and over again to anyone planning a wedding!
Kylie at Erica Jordan Weddings was fabulous as our wedding coordinator. We booked the two month coordinator package and it was the best decision. She handled all the communication ...
with our vendors and made the process so easy for my family and me. She was a rock star on our wedding day and made me feel so at ease when she spoke to me throughout the day. I knew Kylie had it all together and didn't have to worry about anything, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. She did so much behind the scenes and made it look so effortless. I highly recommend Kylie and Erica Jordan Weddings!!

ming issue, etc. I believe this was all because of Erica and organization. She was on top of the ball throughout the whole planning process. She was easy, fast with communicating, brought ideas to the table, personable, all the good things. She never made us feel annoying with our thousands of questions, she "saved the day" a few times, and never let my fiance and I go without anything we needed. I would recommend her to everyone!!!

ed (for example, my vendor would not light the candles but I did not notice that). The day of the wedding, my liquor vendor forgot to bring all of the mixers. Kylie took care of it right away and I didn't have to worry about it at all. Kylie also helped with all of the décor, scheduling vendors, keeping vendors accountable, wedding timeline and tipping. One of the vendors returned some of the deposit since it was overpaid, and Kylie ensured that the funds got back to me right away. Our wedding went so smoothly and all of my family and friends commented on how professional Kylie & her team were. I would highly recommend her and she is incredibly trust worthy and patient.

tions. They’re thorough, detail-oriented, and 100% trustworthy when it comes to handling all the things for your special day. Kylie was my lead coordinator and she was kind, poised, and quick to solve any hiccups that arose. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. If you’re thinking about hiring a coordinator but are unsure if it’s worth it, I promise you it is. They can do things behind the scenes to help the day run seamlessly so you can focus on all else! I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience!

ly loved about Erica Jordan Weddings was the versatility and flexibility in coordination plans. I chose the week and day of services from Erica, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that I would not have been able to plan my wedding without her. She was there for me and my fiance every step of the way. Even though I did the week and day of plan, Erica and I spoke frequently over the course of the 9 months we worked together. She answered every text, every email, every call. I also rested easy knowing my vendors were dealing with a professional and organized person throughout the most stressful week and day in a bride's life. I also have to mention that Erica was 9 months pregnant at my wedding and she did not miss a beat. The first time I saw her sit down the entire day was at 7:30 p.m. (10 hours after she had arrived at the venue) to a quick meal. I have recommended Erica Jordan Weddings to every bride I know and will continue to do so forever!
Excellent service and knowledge! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a planner.
I hired Erica Jordan Weddings for month-of coordination for my wedding - best decision ever. Erica met with me a few times before my wedding to understand my ideas for the day. She...
reached out and communicated directly with my vendors for all details which was a huge help. She also brought up concerns I hadn't considered, as well as ideas that helped make our day even more special. For example, she had the idea to re-use our flower arch at the ceremony for decorations at the head table. On the day-of, she and her team made everything so seamless and completely stress-free for us and our guests, which allowed us to focus solely on enjoying ourselves. I can't recommend Erica & her team enough!

amazing connections with KC vendors. We were from out of state and had not even seen the venue before our wedding. With the flowers and decor set up and arranged by Erica and her team, the venue looked better than the pictures we had seen online. She not only assisted with the wedding itself, but was so organized for our rehearsal and even assisted with our prenuptial events. The day of our wedding was absolutely stress-free for the entire wedding party. Erica handled every little detail. If there is one piece of advice I can offer future brides.... hire Erica and her wonderful team! They are such a joy to work with.
