Eric J. Loch Diamonds & Fine Jewelry

ine. My husband was also able to get his wedding band there as well. We primarily worked with Megan, who is amazing, but all the staff were very kind and helpful any time we went in. I have and will continue to recommend Eric J. Loch Diamond Jewelers for all your fine jewelry needs in the Lehigh Valley.

ad of immediately fixing, they asked if we wanted to leave it mismatched. Their second attempt, they gave us the ring with the right metal but there was damage to the diamond. When I began to question how this happened he said it was always there. I asked for further details and he printed out a pixelated picture and pointed to a small white spot (that didn’t match to the damage location) and said that was it. I then questioned why that white spot looked like a reflection and all he could say is, “the picture says it all” and would not explain further. I also asked if the gold jeweler could have damaged it and his response was maybe but not likely. I would not use this place again nor would I recommend anyone using this place.

ands together. We are in love with our rings and very happy with the ongoing services that we receive from Eric Loch's.

nty but I purchased a beautiful bracelet for a gift. I was waited on by Meghan. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely go back for a better look at all they have to offer. Oh and they have a wish list!! This jeweler is a place you need to check out!!
