Very poor business acumen and practices. Was quoted an all in price and while it seems like it was a mistake on the agent even though I confirmed multiple times, they came back an...
d said not only would they not honor the price, they'd charged the full amount they normally charge. That's a short term money grab method and bait and switch tactics. I'd not trust this business to operate in a way that benefits the customer and steer clear in doing business with them at ALL COSTS!! BEWARE!!
We were connected with Epic Limo through friends who used them for their wedding. We emailed them for a quote and immediately received a response with the exact specifications nee...
ded. Due to having the reception on the military base we required specific information for all potential drivers including liability insurance and we received it promptly with no questions asked. On the day of the wedding, the driver arrived early to the grooms parents house in order to allow us time to load up the limo with snacks and alcohol. The driver then drove the groomsmen to the ceremony venue, waited for the ceremony to end and drove the bridal party to the reception venue without any issues. We would recommend Epic Limo to anyone who needs limo services and we ourselves will use them in the future.
The people at Epic limo are total pro's! I have used their services a few times over the past few years for brewery tours and now for our big day. They had a brand new car and the...

I used Epic for my wedding on August 4th and could not have been happier! I had a Shuttle pick up my Groom and his Groomsmen at a downtown Hotel to transport them to Coronado, the...
n had it wait, and transported my entire Bridal Party to a secret location to surprise my Groom. I also had a separate town car take my Groom and myself from the ceremony to the secret location, again, without my Groom knowing. And then shuttle all of us to the Reception. They did a great job in doing all of this, on time, and still keeping the secret from my Groom. They were extremely reliable, professional, and Megan with so great with the pre-planning logistics. I would recommend them to anyone, I was extremely happy!!
They did a good job of transporting my family and friends from the hotel to the wedding site!;Make sure they have good directions!
