Hiring Kayla from Epic Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She was our secret weapon. The calm in the chaos, the timeline queen, and the reason...
everything flowed so smoothly. Without her and her amazing assistant, we would have been lost in a whirlwind of last-minute decisions and stress. Instead, we got to actually enjoy our day! Kayla made everything look effortless, from setup to last-minute changes, and handled every twist and turn with total grace. I am so damn thankful for her! She absolutely nailed it! If you're on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, let this be your sign: you need Kayla in your corner.
Kayla is incredible! She is extremely kind, easy to work with, organized, and professional. We worked with her as a day of coordinator but she went above and beyond by driving to ...
our venue in West Glacier months prior to do a required site visit, working with us a month prior to coordinate with all of the vendors and ensure they had an accurate timeline, and arranging a rehearsal. Her and her team worked non-stop the day of the wedding without hardly being noticed, leaving us with nothing to worry about! They set the decor to perfection, made sure everything ran smoothly and had our venue perfectly cleaned by the end of the evening. We are so happy we worked with Kayla and Epic Events and would highly recommend!

y to reach. Kayla went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding went smoothly and all the small details were managed with professionalism and care. We were so grateful for her attention to detail and help in planning our big day. Kayla took initiative to make our wedding beautiful and run smoothly, and she really handled each and every detail as if it was her own wedding. We highly recommend Kayla and believe that she is the by far best vendor that we worked with!
We worked with Kayla from Epic Events as our wedding planner/day-of coordinator, and we could not possibly be happier with the excellent job she did! From the beginning of the proc...
ess when we had our first call to the end of the wedding reception, Kayla was professional, organized, detailed, informative, and calm!! Towards the end of the wedding process, we felt very behind and a little overwhelmed, and Kayla provided a very reassuring and encouraging energy that was so appreciated and really helped us feel prepared and confident for the big day. Kayla joined us for a site visit a few months before the wedding and was in touch with all of our vendors closer to the day, which was extremely helpful, as she was able to remind us and coordinate quite a few last minute details. I could write a novel with how helpful Kayla and her team were on the actual day, but I would be remiss if I did not mention how beautiful our floral arrangements were displayed and how perfect Kayla captured my envisioned tablescapes!! They were better than any Pinterest board I could have put together. Thank you so much Kayla and Epic Events. You were critically important in making our wedding day an experience that we will truly never forget.
Hiring Kayla and Epic Events for day of coordination for our wedding was a GAME CHANGER. Kayla and her team were helpful, professional, and ready to tackle anything. If there were ...
issues during the day, I had no idea. She offered advice and feedback during the planning process (even though she was only our day of coordinator, talk about above and beyond!) and really helped to put my mind at ease. If you're on the fence about hiring Epic Events, don't be. JUST DO IT. Our day would have been so much more stressful without her, and I would hire her again!

Kayla was my son and new daughter-in-law's day of wedding coordinator. She did an excellent job. First, most wedding planners in the Bozeman area don't want to book Day Of Coordin...
ator only, they want to plan the entire wedding and charge an astronomical fee. Kayla was an amazing find. From the begining she was professional and was willing to talk to me by phone, email and text and always responded quickly if I left a message. She has great organization ideas and skills. The day of the wedding she did what she said and more. She and her assistant worked very hard all day and night. They helped to set-up, keep the events during the ceremony and reception on track and finished the night by helping to clean up. We couldn't have done it without her.
We hired Kayla as a day of coordinator, and I am so glad we did! She helped to coordinate the vendors and ensure a smooth day of timeline. Set up was seamless. The flow of the day ...
was perfect. She is knowledgeable about all things wedding, and was so helpful when I needed input on how to best run things. We touched based a month or two before the wedding, and kept in touch with vendor coordination. She made it so the day of, all I had to focus on was the actual getting married part- she handled all the other things which was such a relief! Kayla is awesome!
