EPic Event Photo Booths: Redefining the Wedding Experience
Often Imitated. Never Duplicated. Designed for those who know that "good enough" never is.
If you’re looking for a standard, "basic," or "expected" photo booth, you’re in the wrong place. We don't just rent equipment; we craft hard-to-forget experiences that serve as the heartbeat of your reception. Based in Wausau and serving the greater Wisconsin area—including Appleton, Green Bay, and La Crosse—we specialize in high-end, white-glove productions for couples who refuse to compromise on their legacy.
The Specialist Advantage
We aren’t a "jack-of-all-trades" company. We don’t DJ, we don’t do flowers, and we don’t do "basic." We obsess exclusively over the art of the photo experience. This singular focus allows us to nail the technical nuances that others miss, ensuring your production is flawless, professional, and in a league of its own.
Beyond the Booth: A New Standard of Luxury
Photo experiences don’t have to be cheesy. While we still bring the goofy props for when the party gets wild, we specialize in high-quality imagery you’ll actually want to share. We offer a diverse range of signature styles:
The Glam Booth: Celebrity-inspired, high-fashion Black and White.
The Gala Experience: High-resolution, Red Carpet-ready full color.
Vintage Booths: Artisanal, one-of-a-kind setups with a retro soul.
Modern Mirror Booths: Interactive, sleek, and touched with AI magic.
Every package is led by a professional Experience Host—an expert who engages your guests and ensures the production stays elite from the first cocktail until the final song.
The EPic Difference: Why We Stand Alone
The Master Collection: Unlike others who only provide template collages, we give you full ownership. You receive high-resolution, unbranded individual shots of every single frame, suitable for professional printing.
Pro-Grade Equipment: We lead with flagship cameras and studio lighting that rival most wedding photographers. You get the best images, all night long.
Whole-Event Coverage: We don’t do hourly "timed" packages. Our pricing covers your entire event—from Cocktail Hour until the final song. No watching the clock and no distracting setups during your speeches.
Cocktail Confessions: An EPic exclusive. We turn the "video booth" into an interactive game with curated questions, resulting in heartfelt and hilarious testimonials.
Voices in Frame: Most companies give you audio files you’ll never listen to. We offer a cinematic video that marries your Audio Guest Phone messages with your photos.

We hired EPic Event Photo Booths for our wedding, and they exceeded all of our expectations. Prior to the wedding, they were extremely communicative and made time to discuss logist...
ics and answer any and all questions we had. They even offered flexibility by making us a custom photo strip for the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, they engaged all of the guests in conversation and laughs. We got so many compliments about how fun the photobooth was. We opted for the memory maker package, and I am so glad that we did because we now have amazing audio guestbook footage and we were also given a lovely photobooth scrapbook to help us remember the special day. Highly recommend!!
From start to finish, working with our wedding Photo Booth vendor was one of the BEST decisions we made for our big day! The booth itself was such a huge hit — our guests were cons...
tantly laughing, posing, and making memories all night long. The quality of the photos was incredible, and the entire setup looked amazing and fit perfectly with our wedding vibe.
What truly blew us away was the insanely fast turnaround time. We expected to wait awhile to relive all the fun, but everything was delivered so quickly and flawlessly. It honestly exceeded every expectation we had.
Not only was the service professional and seamless, but he also made the whole experience fun, easy, and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about making your event unforgettable.
If we had to do it all over again, we would choose him again in a heartbeat without even thinking twice. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking to add something special and memorable to their wedding day!
EPic Event Photo Booths was part of my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. It was the perfect way to get candid shots of all the people who attended. Individuals young and old took ...
time to get a picture and the memory book that the couple has is wonderful. I think that Peter had as much fun taking the pictures as we did. He was super patient with all the little kids who wanted their pictures taken too. Everyone was treated with the same care and enthusiasm! We would definitely recommend.
We had an incredible experience with the photobooth, and Peter was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure every guest had a fantastic time. Not only did he stay ...
back to accommodate everyone, but his energy and enthusiasm truly lit up the party. Peter brought so much fun and cheer—he kept the vibe upbeat and made the photobooth one of the highlights of the night. Highly recommend both the service and Peter himself—he’s a gem!
Peter was so awesome at our recent wedding! I really wanted our guests to have plenty of opportunities to take photos with their people at our wedding. Personally, I am always sad ...
when I go to a wedding and forget to take a nice picture with the people I'm with!
I had Peter come and set up during cocktail hour so our guests could get really nice photos with their families/date before the party started and photos got less nice and more weird, lol. He did such a great job at snapping so many nice photos and utilizing the beauty of our venue as the backdrop! You could tell he really cared about getting the perfect photo which we all appreciated :)
After cocktail hour, Peter set up in the reception space with all of his funny props he brought along (the banana hat was a big hit). Once again he was able to pivot and utilize the rustic barn wall as our backdrop and it turned out perfect! He went along with all of our guests' chaos and kept snapping photos like a champ.
I especially appreciated Peter checking in with us multiple times to make sure that our full wedding party got in there for a few photos together! With how quickly the night goes and how many directions we're being pulled in, I'm so happy he made sure we got in there to do that because I know I would have been sad looking back if we didn't!
The option for the 2 different printed photos was so cool and I loved how customizable the theme was, it fit perfectly with our wedding colors :) I also received ALL of the photos (plus individuals) the very next day after our wedding!
We also had the audio guestbook through Epic Events and it was so so special. We received that audio the next day too and it comes along with a slide show of photo booth photos to look at while you listen, which made me cry lol. So so incredible!
Thank you so much for everything, Peter!

heme. The booth attendant was fantastic—he was punctual, professional, and very helpful in assisting guests with taking their photos. Communication leading up to the event was timely and thorough, which made the whole process seamless.
Guests were able to print their photos on the spot as keepsakes and even had the option to have them sent directly to their phones. The booth also came with a great selection of fun props. The attendant handled setup and takedown efficiently and everything was stress-free. It was a big hit at our reception, and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

hen they arrived, they were professional yet it felt like we were old friends. They brought a variety of silly props to use, and taking photos was easy.
My two favorite things were (1) being able to immediately send my photo to my phone by text; and (2) the filter the have on their equipment made me look great! I was tired, hot, and my makeup had run by the time I got to get my picture. I looked like I was full of energy, younger, and rested.
They also did a great job creating a personalized border for our photos. The colors, logos, and design were perfect. I hope we get to book them again next year!

one of a kind and each guest at our wedding Absolutely loved it! ePic event Photo Booth has so many different options you can choose from, even when I, the bride, decided to change my mind constantly, Peter was super kind and helpful to give me ideas on my backdrop, as well as print out designs. We also received a book with all of the print outs from the wedding, it is a very special piece from our wedding that we will always remember. on. The booking process was easy. The Photo Booth was ran seamlessly during our event, and the photos were of good quality. Their pricing was competitive to others in the area, and I thought I received very good value for what I paid. It included their travel, setup/take down, props, backdrop, 2 employees running the booth, and I believe 100 photos. All the photos were available online too. It created a good keepsake for our wedding guests, and I enjoyed looking at all the photos at the end. 10/10 would recommend, great company to work with!

It was a huge hit at our wedding and a very affordable option ! Highly recommend.

tated a lot of fun memories. The extra photo album is so worth it, and they put in extra details like a picture and our names on the front. Everyone had a blast and they kept people involved all night. 10/10 would recommend. I was the groom (now the husband) and my job was to get the photo booth. I was so nervous to mess up, but EPic nailed it. Just use these guys/gals, it's so easy and high quality. Thank you!

Was so much fun! Our guests raved about our photo booth! Highly recommend:)
Peter and Epic Event Booths went above and beyond what we were expecting for such a reasonable price.
I was looking for a photo booth last minute for my wedding in September 2021....
I was so thankful when I found Epic Event Booths, and little did I know at the time how much I would end up appreciating Peter and this company!
To start, not only did they have the date open, but their price was unbeatable. I was communicating with another photo booth company at the same time and their price would have been twice what we paid with Peter and Epic Event Booths.
After booking, Peter, the owner, worked with me to create the perfect photo design that fit flawlessly into our theme. Additionally, he was probably the easiest vendor we worked with throughout our wedding planning journey; I didn’t have one thing to worry about except for finding where I wanted the booth to be in our venue!
At our wedding, the booth was a hit. It was a highlight for many of our guests where they were able to use hats and props to pose for some really exciting pictures. Which, by the way, my husband and I received copies of! We were crying with laughter the next day going through all of our copies and reliving many of our reception’s best moments. Finally, at our reception, Peter was a joy to have as a guest! He fit right in with all of our friends and family and created a great atmosphere for us all to have a fun time in.
I cannot recommend Peter and EPic Event Booths Wausau more. We received way more than we imagined with this company. And, as a bonus, what one gets with Peter, you would pay double or triple with other booth companies. 12 out of 10 stars.
