Epic Entertainment Boston

en better. Leading up to the wedding, the planning process was super easy. And the night of our wedding, he had such a great feel for the flow of the night and the crowd. His mashups, transitions, and song choices made everything feel seamless while still feeling completely like us. The dance floor was packed all night, and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to bring our vision to life!

udio file afterwards, so we can save it and replay whenever. He's thoughtful, well prepared, and brought the energy for our special day.

I truly mean it. The entire process was seamless — Jonathan listened, helped, and followed through on every detail to bring my vision to life. I highly recommend Epic Entertainment if you’re looking for an amazing wedding DJ, and if you have the option, choose Jonathan. He’s not only a phenomenal DJ, but an amazing person.

ry beginning, Sheldon took the time to speak with us and really understand the vibe and atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. He didn’t just ask us what songs we liked...instead, he genuinely wanted to get to know our vision and make sure the music reflected us as a couple. He put together a playlist that flowed perfectly throughout the night and, most importantly, captured the energy of our guests. The dance floor was packed, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had!

sy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and address every concern, and we truly appreciated how available and willing he was to make time for us throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, Jonathan was incredibly prepared and professional. His equipment and setup helped everything transition seamlessly from the ceremony to cocktail hour and then into the reception. But what really stood out was his ability to read the room and create exactly the atmosphere we had hoped for. One of my biggest wedding-day fears was that no one would dance, and Jonathan completely put that fear to rest! His energy had our guests ready to dance before it was even officially time to hit the dance floor. Once the reception started, the dance floor was packed all night and only cleared when the night was over and we were literally being sent home! He perfectly blended our love of house music with songs that would get guests of all ages on the dance floor. He understood exactly what we were looking for musically while still knowing how to keep the entire room engaged. My almost 77 year old grandma was sore the next day because she literally danced all night long! Jonathan played such a huge role in making our reception so much fun and memorable. We had the absolute best time, and so many of our guests commented on how great the music and energy were. If you're looking for a DJ who is professional, attentive, prepared, and knows how to keep a dance floor full, DJ Jonathan Berube and Epic Entertainment are the ones for you!

ened to what we wanted, and has a fantastic system for collaborating on playlists and making sure the music reflects your taste and vision. On the wedding day, Sheldon absolutely delivered. The dance floor was full all night long, and he did an amazing job reading the crowd while still incorporating all of the music we loved. So many of our guests commented on how great the music was and how much fun they had dancing. Sheldon was professional, organized, and genuinely wonderful to work with. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ who will make their wedding even more memorable!

e effort and he made us a part of his process. I’d highly recommend him to anyone celebrating an event!

vibes for our wedding, and he absolutely delivered. From the moment the music started until the very last song, the dance floor was packed. He knew exactly how to read the crowd and kept the energy high all night long. Your DJ sets the tone for your entire reception, and if you want the best, hire Sheldon. We are so grateful that he was at the center of such an unforgettable day. We truly couldn't recommend him more highly!

nning process for any of our questions. And during the event itself he did a fantastic job of keeping the good vibes going, so much so that we were able to take his work for granted and just focus 100% on enjoying the experience. Highly recommend!

him to anyone looking to fill the dance floor at their wedding! Not to mention he did a great job MCing the night and helping to keep everything on track during what could have been a hectic day! Working with Epic Entertainment was so easy! Sheldon is very communicative and set us up with a talented violinist, who played during our ceremony and cocktail hour, which guests loved. Thank you for helping to make our wedding so fun, special, and memorable!!! Photo credit: Georgia Rae Cook (@aviewfrompeaches) who also couldn’t have done a better job capturing the day’s events!!

played a huge role in making it so. From our first conversation, he was professional, attentive, and committed to bringing our vision to life. gy! He was very responsive to all our questions leading up to the wedding and extremely organized. The planning process was smooth and the execution was excellent. We received a lot of great compliments from guests on the music, too.

g went off without a hitch and Jonathan did a wonderful job hosting our event and selecting music that kept everyone on the dance floor. On top of that, their rate was very reasonable and I was very happy we selected them.

rfectly matched the vibe. We would absolutely recommend him.

c was the perfect mix of current hits with early 90s/2000s throwbacks, exactly what we hoped for. The dance floor was packed all night, and we lost count of how many guests came up to us saying he was the best wedding DJ they’d ever heard. His energy, timing, and ability to read the room were unmatched. We couldn’t recommend Sheldon more highly!

as we could add songs as we thought of them. Sheldon ensured we had chosen music for all the different parts of the ceremony and reception, such as pre ceremony music and cake cutting, which is something we did not think of. He was prompt and efficient in set up and had the music going prior to even the early birds arriving. His masterful skills with music and mixing made the ceremony and reception very enjoyable for us and our guests. Would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a highly experienced professional DJ for your wedding!

y enough about how awesome he was! He was organized, professional, personable, and really got the party started! I would give more than 5 stars to Epic Ent. and Jonathan if I could!

ance floor was packed all night long. Even weeks later, our friends and family are still telling us it was the best dance floor they’ve ever experienced! Sheldon is a true pro at reading the crowd and keeping everyone — from grandparents to Gen Z — out on the floor having the time of their lives. He also made the entire planning process so easy and fun, taking our preferences into account while knowing exactly how to keep the night flowing effortlessly. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without him — thank you for helping create a night we’ll cherish forever!

diately put us at ease. He truly understood the vibe we wanted for our wedding and played music that flowed perfectly with the energy of the day. He was an incredible emcee, keeping the reception fun and engaging, and we loved how thoughtful he was about every detail. We also added the lighting package to our dance floor, and it completely transformed the space — it made the party feel electric and brought everyone onto the dance floor! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ experience, and we’re so grateful to Jonathan and the Epic for making our wedding reception so memorable. We highly recommend!

ghout the planning process. Everything was so simple and easy with Epic. Thank you for being apart of special day!

was so nice and so easy to work with through out the whole process. I would highly recommend working with this company!

ich was a major challenge for me.  10/10 experience! Thank you so much Sheldon, Renzo and Le Tuan!

t people in party mode. I highly recommend Sheldon and his team!

eremony due to rain but Jonathan kept things so smooth. We also had the photobooth through EPIC and the guests loved it! The quality was great and the photo attendant reminded us to take a photo and also have us a book with guest photos. We are so happy with EPIC and have already suggested them to others!

the process. I still am getting comments about how fun he kept the event, how well he mixed the songs, and his over all demeanor. If he’s ever in Boston DJing at the bars my friends and I will be there! I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ truly! Epic Entertainment was recommended by the venue we chose and it was so clear why, there systems were clear and it was as easy as sharing a link to a spotify playlist. I also am a huge Taylor Swift fan and in the New England Taylor Swift group Jonathan was recommended by name as someone without judgement with the vision of his couples! I didn’t want to feel embarrassed by my requests and Jonathan never made me feel any thing but wonderful throughout the process!

was absolutely perfect—from the cocktail hour, dinner, and especially the dance floor! He read the crowd flawlessly and kept the energy up all night. So many of our guests told us it was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding—and we couldn’t agree more. The transitions were seamless, the playlist was spot-on, and they even worked in our special requests effortlessly. If you're looking for a DJ who will keep your guests dancing and create an unforgettable atmosphere, Jonathan is the one. We couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you Jonathan!!!!

est wedding DJ they've had!

player as well. We only needed to connect with Jonathan once before the wedding and sent him an excel file of which songs we needed for specific parts of the wedding. We ran through the details of the ceremony about an hour before and he nailed every part! He had no issue with us sending a specific song clip for our first dance. We had about 20 songs we wanted to have played throughout the night and he captured all of them while filling in the rest of the time with some bangers. He even stayed away songs/artists that we didn't want to be played. The saxophone player crushed it as well. Not only did it add the lively touch to all the songs, he even learned one song specifically for us (Wakkii - Deep Chills)! Whole night was awesome and it all starts with good vibes. DJ Jonathan and Epic Entertainment provided just that!

ours. Sheldon was able to accommodate our more complex requests such as custom music and even provided a mic to my friend so she could sing during the pre-ceremony. I can't thank him enough for being so open to my asks and easy to communicate with during the process. I had also forgotten to add the recessional music to our music requests form. Without batting an eye, Sheldon quickly added my last minute song choice and ensured everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. He seamlessly MC'd and kept the music bumping throughout the night so there was still a crowd at the very end. Friends told us they thought the DJ was amazing and that they had never seen guests enter the dance floor so quickly and pack the area. One friend even asked us for Epic Entertainment's contact info so he could request Sheldon's services for his wedding. Highly highly recommend Sheldon's work and thanks again for an incredible night.

ectly. The dance floor was packed the whole night and a bunch of people have already asked us for his info. We had the best time, and a big part of that was because of him. He was super organized, easy to work with, and just genuinely great at what he does!!

ed it. He kept the dance floor packed the entire night, and everyone had the best time!! Thank you Jonathan for making our wedding day a big party!!!!

about how great the music was, he played the perfect mix for our crowd! He was also super responsive and positive during the planning process and made everything so much easier on us. If you have the opportunity, hire Sheldon!!

iption of the music we liked and a short list of must play/don't plays and played the best music all night! Almost all of our guests were on the dance floor the whole night, and they are still talking about how great the music was and how much fun they had!!

, to the ordering of events during the reception, to the proper pronunciation of everyone’s names in the wedding party who he introduced as the reception began. He was consistently enthusiastic, diligent, and kind throughout the whole process. On the night of the wedding, Renzo was an amazing MC, and as a DJ he helped get just about everyone onto the dance floor - we had many comments that the songs were well chosen, both from friends our age (“non-stop bangers”) and older folks in our parents’ generation (“it was nice of them to pick some songs we know!”) Somehow, Renzo picked a subset of songs from our list that got everyone excited, including some Mandarin-language songs per our request. One fun thing that happened at our wedding is that a few of our guests offered to give musical performances (singing, playing instruments) - Renzo offered for them to use his sound equipment, mics, etc, and even did a soundcheck with them during the cocktail hour. I think this really exemplifies Renzo’s flexibility. We cannot recommend Renzo highly enough for weddings or any other events!

dance floor, which is exactly what we wanted for our wedding day! Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!!

to our feedback, styles and requests. Meshing our personalities with what he does best. Everyone at our wedding absolutely loved the music! We also had a photo booth and that was a huge hit as well. Amazing props for the guests!

dance floor was full the entire night! He made our night unforgettable for not only us but our guests. Many guests came up to us after wanting his info because he made the night so much fun! Thank you Jonathan!

hours of dancing afterward, Sheldon was an excellent host and DJ for our special night. We’ve had guests of all ages reach out to us weeks later to say how much fun they had on the dance floor! We couldn’t have asked for a more smoothly run operation for such an important part of our big day!

h leading up to the wedding. Epic Entertainment leverages a planning portal to make song selection super easy with no room for errors. We added on both uplighting and photobooth services which were a hit! Our guests loved the photobooth and Epic even sent us a really nice scrapbook with photos from the event which was a really nice personal touch. The team works seamlessly with videographers if you need to connect audios for ceremony/recording. 10/10 we would recommend them for your upcoming wedding or event.

floor. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without DJ Sheldon!!!
