Out of all the things we spent money on, Mrs. Pattie was the BEST thing we spent money on. There is absolutely no way we could have executed our wedding day/vision without her expe...
rtise, care, love, and attention to detail. I knew by the sessions that we had it was going to turn out amazing. But we were speechless when we saw the execution. Mrs. Pattie always listened to us and made us think of every single detail so things would run smoothly. She has so many ideas and comes with lists of vendors as well. We sent her a slideshow of our vision and she made it come to life with ease! She is never nervous or worried. She keeps a cool head which makes you feel at ease. If anything did go wrong on our day we have no clue about it. To us, it was PERFECT. I didn’t think a perfect wedding day existed but she made it happen! By the time it’s all said and done you will consider her and her staff family. If you are thinking about hiring Mrs. Pattie and the Encore team DO IT! Make your life easier!

Everything I asked for—she delivered and more. The attention to detail, creativity, organization, and care she put into my 45th birthday celebration and 25th wedding vow renewal exceeded all of my expectations. The event was beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable.
Patte went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her professionalism, patience, and passion truly set her apart. She treated my event as if it were her own, and by the end of this journey, she felt more like family than just an event planner.
I would 100% recommend Encore Event Planning to anyone looking for excellence, reliability, and someone who genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life. Patte will be the only person I contact for all future events.

coordinating decor, food, music etc. Encore has proven to be the best. One event particularly stands out. It was the 150th anniversary of the oldest African-American church in Danville, Va. Encore coordinated the decor with the theme of the anniversary and provided all necessary items. The room for the banquet was breathtaking. Without a doubt, Encore is my choice for elegance with a professional flair.
