Encompass Weddings

ographer who you meet personally and see their work.

ond what we imagined. I cannot rave enough about the communication we received from the management team — Ashley and Megan were incredible. They were responsive, organized, and reassuring throughout the process. We are also so grateful that Encompass chose Chelsea and Steve to capture our day; they were an absolute dream to work with. A huge thank-you as well to the editing team for doing everything they could to honor our specific requests and vision. The biggest con for us was not being able to know who our photographer and videographer would be until a few months before the wedding, and that pre-consultations are not guaranteed. Our videographer kindly offered one, while our photographer expressed clear professional boundaries — which we respected. It did take the full 45 business days to receive our content during peak season. While this was completely within the contracted timeframe, the wait was emotionally difficult, especially since business days do not include weekends. As a very type-A bride, I’ll admit my expectations were on the lower end going into this — it almost felt too good to be true. But Encompass truly knocked it out of the park, and knowing what we know now, I would choose them all over again without hesitation.

d videographers they hire are all new to the field and you have absolutely no say in who your team is.  You also cannot expect the team to follow any instructions you give them either, so if you have a list of photos you want to be taken, you’d better have someone running that ship for you. I gave them a full list of everything I wanted documented and they could barely get through the list of family portraits that needed to be done. And nevermind the fact that the videographer was directing the show, not the main photographer, and the second shooter seemed to be more organized than the main. My gown was the star of the show and there were no full length photos taken of my dress despite them being listed on my shot list. The portraits that were taken of me in my dress were terrible: the sun was beating down on us and they had me stand in half shade half sun, so my face is completely washed out. All of the bride and groom portraits were done terribly.  Corresponding with the company was awful. Theyll pester you with texts and emails saying ‘we havent forgotten you!’ But then take days to respond. If you're using a bot just say so.  And on top of all of that, if you want the actual RAW files of your day, they charge you an extra $300 on top of all the other fees. Who charges an ‘early booking fee’? If anything you should have offered a discount as that was easy business you didnt have to worry about because it was locked in a year and a half in advance.  They offer you a chance to send them any edit requests after your event, but don’t actually want to hear about them. Most of the closeups i cant post because they did absolutely no touch ups of any kind, outside of slapping a filter on the whole photo, and it’s a weak filter at best.  Upon receiving my gallery, it was also painful to note that they sent me one particular pose in 16 different edits. Literally, the same pose, position, etc but landscape, horizontal, cropped, farther back, color, b&w, and its not even a good angle of either myself nor my husband.  Are they convenient? Sure. Are they good? No.

e! Not to mention the team they hired were absolutely incredible. They stayed in contact with me every few months leading up to my wedding. Got me in touch with my photographers and made it more of a personal experience. The photos are gorgeous and my videos are timeless. I highly recommend their services if you’re looking to pay a good price and have great photos!

video exceeded all our expectations—it was beautifully edited and allowed us to relive every special moment. They managed to capture not just the big highlights, but also all the little candid moments that made our wedding so meaningful. We’re so grateful for their talent and care. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a team that will go above and beyond!

and what to capture. The final video of our wedding clip was absolutely gorgeous with the choice of the song I have chosen. I would recommend if you’re looking to keep within your budget and they also have package choices that will fit your needs for your wedding video or photo.

lpful with all my questions. As the months went by I would get a reminder text or message about what I needed to provide their team which I appreciated so much since there was so much going on. A few days before I was contacted by the photographer and videographer assigned. They were extremely friendly and professional. My videographer Albert was super super flexible on our time arrangements/meetings. He gave us recommendations and he delivered exactly what we wanted. Our photographer Larissa was the absolute sweetest, her photos were amazing and I sincerely appreciated her patience throughout the entire day. We are so in love with how our beautiful day was captured. I would absolutely be a returning customer for all future special events.

sts. Their model is unique in that they will assign a photographer and videographer to you, so if you’re hoping for a particular style, this might not be the right fit for you. However, the values of the package was hard to beat, and the process was so streamlined on our end, which was a huge time and energy savor. Additionally, we were really happy with the photographer and videographer assigned to us, and the photos and highlights video turned out beautiful!

e obsessed with how our photos and video turned out.

uldn’t have asked for a better team!

deal, but the photographer and videographer were genuinely kind, professional, and completely understood our vision. They made us feel so comfortable and ensured every special moment was beautifully documented. The day ended up being so cold and rainy but the photography made it look so enchanting and whimsical! The editing team went above and beyond, delivering stunning photos and a breathtaking video that perfectly captured the emotions and magic of the day. We couldn’t be happier—thank you, Encompass, for giving us memories to cherish forever!

ews I decided to contact them and immediately this company responded back . Afterwards I decided to pay for a videographer and photographer package deal that was an amazing price and hard to beat . I am from Arizona and my team was based out of Phx . Jadie ( our customer success manager ) was a sweetheart and very communicative with any questions or concerns I had . She Delegated my photographer and videographer to me 3/4 months prior to the wedding, with all of their contact Info included . A few weekends later I had my videographer Craig reach out to me to schedule a face time meeting. Now this made me feel more comfortable knowing I’m talking to someone . Craig was absolutely AMAZING ! I can’t say enough amazing things about him ! He was very communicative and gave me great advice and tips for the day of ! He listened very well to my personal request. He captured more then I thought and all my special moments that were Important to me . Our photographer was named Celena. Celena and I had the same process with multiple FaceTime meetings . She new how important it is to capture all your special moments . Celena had a great personality and was running all around on our wedding day to capture the most she can. They both truly made me feel so happy and comfortable and confident with my decision. After the wedding a few weeks later jadie let me know when photos and videos would be sent to me . Jadie and I also had a phone meeting about some important details I would like in my video . Her and her team did a great job and made me cry of happiness and I am so happy I can relive the best day of my life . All my friends and family are so happy with my photos and videos and the fact that I have all raw videos makes it even better . I am very greatful with the team I had ! My one thing I would have done differently is purchase 2 photographers! The more to help the better .

start! Riley and Jonathan were absolutely fantastic, and our photos and videos were perfect! Communication between everyone and us was great! We honestly couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Thank you!

ay of shooting left us a little disappointed. With everything going on, the last thing we wanted was issues from our photographer and videographer. We felt rushed throughout the day, and by the time we got our pictures we were kind of unimpressed. The amount of photos was less than expected, and the angles and editing all felt very uninspired--it felt very copy-and-paste they use for all their shoots. The video they made us was really, really great, though! The biggest critique we have is that they didn't get a solid recording of our first dance, which was important to us.

our Platinum Package, was amazing. She provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, keeping us well-informed with updates and reminders. Her response times were quick, and she truly made the planning feel effortless. Our photographer, Brittany Sheldon, was a dream to work with. She is so sweet, funny, and incredibly professional. Not only was she personable and easy to communicate with, but she also made sure we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire day. The photos are absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Then there’s James Bristol, our videographer—he was so amazing! His direction and vision were top-notch, and he brought so much energy and creativity to the day. We are beyond thrilled with the video and the memories he captured. From our engagement shoot to our wedding send-off, the entire team exceeded our expectations. If you're getting married in or near the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, we highly recommend Encompass Weddings, along with the dream team of Brittany Sheldon and James Bristol. They made our day unforgettable! Tell them “The Favors” sent you!

s an artist and the best to work with! He had some creative suggestions that even my photographer was taking pictures of his suggested poses. I highly recommend Encompass as a very affortable, yet professional and high quality videography! Now we have memories to last a lifetime.

f who we are, the excitement of our wedding day and made sure to take photos of everyone who was there. We are so in love with how they turned out we continually view the photos and video on a regular basis and have shared it with all our friends and family to view as well. If we ever have another event we will definitely be using Encompass Weddings again! If you are debating which wedding photography company to use, look no further. You’ve definitely found the perfect one to capture your day! P.S. Joe and Jason, if you see this, you were outstanding and we have never had more fun or felt more at ease taking professional photos and videos.

us throughout the whole process. I was skeptical with their prices at first but it was so worth going with them instead of spending over 10k.

en it came to meeting with them. We met with them separately but they both listened to our vision for the wedding and did a great job. We initially had Reilyn help us out through the process who gave us a monthly countdown and update to our wedding day. Later on in the process, when we had Paige, she easily made the process just as easy. When we requested to meet our photographer and videographer earlier than authorized, Paige worked her magic to help us meet our vendors. Although this was a completely new process for us, the communication and flexibility made the whole process so good for my husband and I

Albert as my videographer. They were amazing to work with and very easy going guys. My wife and I had a scheduled meeting with them separately to give them the details of what we were expecting and they didn’t disappoint us at all on our wedding day. The photo and video edits were exactly what we wanted. There were a few changes in service that we wanted and Encompass was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend for budget friendly and amazing services.

we did not know they contracted out their photographers and videographers. The communication with Encompass is extremely difficult and the turnaround for a response is a very, very long time. Luckily, we were contracted a nice photographer and videographer, but when we wanted to ask for some adjustments with the edits and pictures Encompass had chosen, we received a lot of pushback. It was an extremely frustrating process and we felt as though basic needs and asks would not get completed without asking less than twice. We are still not satisfied with what we received from Encompass, which is disheartening for such a special day. We would highly recommend not working with this company.

ade everything with them so natural on our special day. They fit right in with our friends and family, made us laugh so much and made the whole experience that much better. We honestly cannot even imagine having anyone different on that day. They got photos and videos of everything, even some things we may not have thought of. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra money to get all of the raw footage as well. Being able to see every photo and video from that day is so worth it, especially our entire wedding ceremony, first dance, speeches, etc. I still cry every time I watch all of it! The highlight video is perfect and the photos are so beautiful. Communication with their inside team has been top notch as well, every single step of the way. We couldn't have chosen anyone better than Encompass and will recommend them any chance we get. In fact, the morning after our wedding we went back to the restaurant where we had our first date for breakfast. Our regular server is getting married this summer and after telling her about our experience and then showing her our photos and highlight video, she booked with Encompass! Not sure if you can ask for certain people but we specifically told her to ask for Tyler and Alijah! Thank you both for such an amazing experience and going above and beyond on the most special and beautiful day. THANK YOU SO MUCH ENCOMPASS TEAM!

tly with planning updates leading up to the wedding. On our wedding day our videographer arrived on time and prepared to film. She worked seamlessly with our photographer to capture the moments throughout the day. We received our video about 8 weeks after the wedding. We asked for a few changes to the video: new music, different speech audio, and additional clips of our ceremony. These changes were made quickly and without any hesitation from the Encompass Weddings team. I would highly recommend them for your wedding videographer!

zing job capturing our big day! Jadie, Ashley, and Megan were very professional and super responsive from day one. They answered all of my many questions and assisted me when needed. They even assisted us with a few small changes we requested for our photos and videos! Their customer service is amazing! I would highly recommend using their services!

es turned out great!!

bly worth it! Not only did we get an absolutely beautiful video of our entire wedding, but our photo album was so organized and beautifully edited! We are so so happy with our photos and how they captured our day! Not only that, but we are still friends with the photographer they assigned to us. AND you can even order a flash drive with all your raw images and videos! Cannot reccomend them enough!!!

hey employ such amazing humans to help make your wedding day come to life in an incredible light. I would highly recommend Encompass to any future Brides and Grooms.

essional and went above and beyond all of our wants and needs. They contracted a perfect photographer and videographer in our area that we couldn't have been more happy with. The photo editing was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Encompass was truly an amazing company to work with, throughout our entire wedding planning process as we had about a year from the date we booked with them to our actual wedding date. The booking agent was constantly giving us updates and let us feel like we weren't forgotten about. We seriously couldn't be happier with the 7 minute highlight video we received, it captured every special moment perfectly and got all the footage we would possibly want in a video highlight. We would highly recommend Encompass (and have to friends getting married in the future). They were the BEST and we feel so incredibly lucky we chose them to capture one of the most special day of our lives. Thank you, Encompass!

ceeded all our hopes and created such stunning work. Since we had no prior experience with photoshoots, we felt a bit awkward at first, but the photographer and videographer made us feel so comfortable and created a natural atmosphere, for which we are incredibly grateful. Despite the cloudy weather on our wedding day, they edited the photos to create the bright and cheerful vibe we had requested, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Their prompt responses and regular updates throughout the process made everything so smooth and stress-free. We’ve even received so many compliments from friends and family, who keep asking about our amazing photos and videos. I absolutely recommend them to anyone—I can’t thank them enough!

s who were a blast to work with. Thank you Encompass Weddings for helping us relive the best day ever.

r photographer got ALL the shots she did not mind getting on the floor or climbing on chairs to get the perfect shot. Our videographer was fun and our video was just beautiful. I cried. I would definitely recommend. I’m so happy to have memories captured that I can treasure for a lifetime!

ppier with the experience. The booking agent was extremely kind, answered lots of questions, and stayed with us throughout the planning process (almost an entire year). She was communicative, understanding, and patient with us. We received updates regularly, and response times were very quick. We ended up booking with some AMAZING video and photo artists. They were 10/10 throughout the whole experience on our special day, and put out some amazing photos. The RESULTS! Cannot be happier with the 7 minute highlight video, capturing the day perfectly!!! I’ve probably watched it 50 times and we’ve only had it for a week. The pictures were edited perfectly, and the offer of a USB with all footage for a nominal extra cost, makes it worth every penny. We could not recommend working with the company MORE!
