I really like how once you decide where you want to go, she gives us multiple options and personal experiences. After we make the choice of where we want to go she does the hard work of organizing everything so I don't have to worry. cie went on maternity leave and Krete stepped in. Booking with them was super easy and they explained everything needed for our trip with covid and restrictions and requirements. Unfortunately on our way back from Jamaica our flights got pushed back and turned into a disaster. Krete was out of the office and Jeff who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating to take on our issues. Once Krete was right back in the office he got in contact with us instantly. Long story short They helped us and explained to us what we needed to do while at the airport. We were able to get on a different airline and make it back home. We will be using them again in the near future!

Thanks to the recommendation from a friend we sought out Enchanted honeymoons and were paired up with Marissa. Her and her team were AMAZING! from booking to take off to our return home they followed up with us and made sure we were in the know and doing great. She gave us travel tips that I would have NEVER thought of and truly pulled out all the stops to help make our honeymoon PERFECT . I dont think I will ever be able to take another big trip without their assistance!

husband and I in Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos, Greece. I originally tried planning the trip myself, but quickly realized in order to make this the best honeymoon ever, I needed help. Graci was knowledgeable in travel and able to make sure we got from one location to the next safely and efficiently. She also coordinated excursions for us on the islands, such as a wine tasting tour and sunset caldera cruise, and gave recommendations regarding things to do in order to maximize our experience. The hotels we stayed at throughout the trip were unique, boutique hotels that packed so much personality and provided outstanding service. The staff at our hotels also played a huge role in making our trip so outstanding (we loved one concierge so much, we named our Roomba after him. Lol.) Using Enchanted Honeymoon saved us money and stress, and I can honestly say, I don’t think I’ll ever plan my own vacation again. I’ve already recommended their services to numerous friends, family, and strangers, and my feelings have only been reinforced by their positive experiences. Highly recommend!!

Hard to get ahold of agent, told every person a different time they needed to have their money in (we all left within 1 day of each other), we booked our own flights and a different motel on our own due to her not being able to book the motel or see what flights we could see ( ours was 100 per ticket cheaper), when someone wanted to book she waited 2 days later and prices were then higher, she had no idea after telling her in 3 different emails we were leaving from a different resort for our private transportation, which booking the private transportation was a headache in itself with her. Overall, our wedding was perfect and beautiful and the staff at the resort was great! But, we will not be booking through this company again or recommending it.

This was a first time out of the country and first real big trip and the experience was great, went incredibly smooth, and had very little to no stress and I believe that was largely due to Josh and Enchanted Honeymoons. Air travel, airport tips and pointers when it comes to customs and immigration, getting to and from the resort, etc. There was nothing that came up that reflected negatively on the trip or impacted our trip and we were able to enjoy ourselves the whole time. No complaints! Whatsoever! If you're looking for a travel agent then give them a go!

She gave us so many options based on what we were hoping to have at our honeymoon and worked with us to narrow the list down to just a few places. She even had photo albums of personal photos she took while visiting the places she recommended. We stayed at Sandals Ochi in Ocho Rios Jamaica. It was an amazing experience but we definitely prefer cruising to the all-inclusive resort. The variety of restaurants available made it easy for a picky eater like me to enjoy food every night!

was flying out of a different city, so he ended up booking his trip himself. When we got to the resort, a few of our guests (married couples) were given rooms with two double beds and we were told that was a request made by the travel agent when they booked the room. The resort was able to remedy this and it was not a big deal at all. Overall, I would say the communication with myself, my husband, and the travel agent was good. A few of my guests said it could have been better. There was also an issue with airline and validation of seats that caused some of my guests to have to upgrade to be able to sit together, however, I don't believe that was an issue created by the travel agency. I will definitely use them again as they have always made travel very easy and effortless for us.
