I had a very disappointing experience with this bridal store and feel it’s important to share for future brides.
When I originally purchased my dress, I was specifically assured t...
hat it would come in my size and that I would only need very minor alterations, just a hem and bustle. Unfortunately, when the dress arrived, it looked nothing like how it did when I first tried it on. I was shocked and immediately stressed, especially because my wedding date was set for March 19th.
When I brought the dress to the alterations team, they were genuinely surprised by what they saw and questioned how I had been told the dress only needed minimal work when it clearly required extensive alterations. I was informed the dress needed at least three weeks of work to properly fix and tailor it to my body. Because of this, my wedding date ultimately had to be pushed a few weeks just so my dress could be ready in time.
What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy and accountability from the store owner throughout this process. I sent an email simply explaining the situation and expressing how stressful it had been for me as a bride. I was not asking for a refund, compensation, or anything in return, I only wanted my concerns to be heard. Instead, the responses I received felt passive aggressive and dismissive, which made an already emotional situation even more upsetting.
While I’m grateful the alterations team was able to save the situation, my experience with the bridal store itself was deeply disappointing and not at all what I envisioned during such an important time in my life. If I would have known, I wouldn’t have bought my dress from here.
Super disappointing experience and I do not recommend this store whatsoever.

Laura’s dedication to understanding my vision helped us find the right one. I highly recommend Laura and En Blanc for anyone looking for a personalized and joyful bridal experience.

cked out some dresses for me, and in the end I chose a beautiful Anne Barge gown that I hadn’t considered before (she reassured me that the neckline could be adjusted just the way I wanted it to be). The inside of the boutique is gorgeous and gives you the privacy you want. They also had the veil that matches with the dress. My gown arrived on time and was absolute perfection. Highly recommend En Blanc!

bright and comfortable, setting a relaxing tone. Planning a wedding is a stressful time, and finding a dress can seem like an intimidating challenge. En Blanc, and Laura in particular, made this a joyful, rather than stressful part of the experience. And yes, she found the dress!

main goal was to look stunning! Candice pulled a gown I wasn't sure about because I didn't think I liked strapless but when I put the gown on I knew - This was my dress!! She totally knocked it out of the park! I HIGHLY recommend En Blanc if you're looking for that one of a kind dress and HIGHLY recommend Candice!!

My experience at En Blanc from start to finish was incredible. To be completely transparent, having all eyes on me while trying on tight white dresses is not my idea of a good time...
, and I knew the process was going to be stressful for me. I went to En Blanc and a few other shops on the first day of my wedding dress hunt. Candice and the staff at En Blanc couldn’t have been more warm, accommodating, and comfortable to be around. Candice truly felt like my personal hype woman throughout this process, but everyone I encountered during my 3 visits to the shop were so pleasant. The shop is also very cute and they have the most incredible selection of gowns! I went to so many different shops to find my dress, and I think my top 3 gowns were all from En Blanc.
Candice was so helpful in finding gowns that were my style based on the feedback I gave her, but she also helped me try on fun styles that were outside of the norm of what I’d typically pick for myself. I had a great time! I found my dream dress the first day of my hunt, but I didn’t want to pull the trigger prematurely. After visiting several other shops, I found my way back to En Blanc to seal the deal. The communication with the En Blanc team was always amazing — they always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Candice again made me feel so beautiful and comfortable during my second visit (to make sure it was the one) and during my visit when I picked up the gown. I absolutely loved my dress, and I can’t thank the staff at En Blanc enough!

specific gowns I was interested in from their website - they had them ready and waiting for me as soon as we came in. Bridget was so kind and took the time to understand my “vision” for my bridal look. I totally trusted her to pull other gowns that she thought would work for that vision and my body, and I’m so glad I did. Had way too much fun trying everything on, and I felt so confident in everything she pulled. Thank you, En Blanc team!

e I had to go by myself since I didn’t have family in town. However, she helped me with FaceTiming my parents and took photos and videos for me when I found the one! She was so incredibly patient with me and even helped me with booking another appointment so my family could come in to the salon to see me in the dress I chose! Even when I had some concerns about getting a custom bust due to the designers sizing, she went above and beyond emailing me and assuring me that my dress would be perfect! She and the rest of the En Blanc staff are amazing and so incredibly nice and supportive which is lovely to have when you’re a bride dealing with so much especially during the pandemic.
Even if you’re not sure what you’re looking for, En Blanc will help guide you and be the helping hand every bride needs!
En Blanc was such a fabulous experience! I had appointments at a few other salons before, but en Blanc stood out by far. Candice was an absolute sweetheart and truly wanted to help...
me find my dream dress and think of ways to make the dress I chose even more special. She was the ray of sunshine I needed to help me say YES to my dress! Besides the fabulous customer service and joy Candice gave, the salon itself is adorable. It’s a little hard to find because it’s down a cute speakeasy-like alley, but once you get inside, it is a chic bohemian dream. And pro tip: there’s a bar right next door to have a drink before your appointment to let the edge off! Amazing experience, and I can’t wait to pick my dress up!!!

bly is tasty as well. I worked with Tatiana during my experience and she helped to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She was very kind, gentle and offered lots of support. She was also very kind to my friends and family who tagged along on my special day. I was able to say yes to the dress here and I couldn't have been happier. The time frame was perfect for receiving my gown and they even helped me to find a seamstress for alterations who was also amazing. I definitely would recommend this shop. Nothing but great things to say from me!

incredible experience is an understatement! Not only is it the most gorgeous little salon (with a beautiful flower wall!), Bridget was so helpful and really took the time to help me figure out what kind of dress I wanted. I truly loved every dress and did not know how to decide, I had one more appointment elsewhere but it was nothing compared to En Blanc. I called Bridget and she was kind enough to fit me in again quickly later that day because there were two dresses I wanted to try again. I ended up saying yes to one of them and it was so exciting. I can’t recommend this bridal salon enough. I am so grateful I decided to come here!

They were never pushing me to purchase a dress with them and even let me come back in 3 times, just so I could try the dress on again!
Once I was sure of my choice, the whole process was simple and they even delivered my dress by mail during covid when I couldn’t go in. Couldn’t recommend them more and have sent many of my friends there!

my expectations. I got Tatiana as my dress consultant and she was so amazing. She matched our level of excitement and really engaged with us in learning what the best fit would be for my wedding. She walked me through each section to make sure I wasn’t missing out on anything that caught my attention. She makes you feel so comfortable while changing into different gowns. When it came to seeing dresses on the pedestal she changes your positions so the dress can catch the natural sunlight. I said Oui to my dress and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I can’t wait to return for my accessories appointment to complete the whole look .

e of the exact dress for sale online at En Blanc for over 50% off. The sales associates at En Blanc were incredibly responsive to all my requests and questions, and even allowed my cousin to come inspect the dress since I had some fears about making such an important purchase online. The gown arrived yesterday-- it is gorgeous, in excellent condition, and fits perfectly.

kly sent to the salon for me to try and made me feel AMAZING during my fitting while giving me great advice on accessories and styling. Once I said yes to the dress they were able to have my dress made in enough time for my wedding and even recommending a great tailor (go to Puga!).
Planning a wedding during COVID is not easy. Trying to do any of the wedding-related things like finding your dress at a salon was so difficult during this time until I went to En Blanc. The owner and her stylists were patient, encouraging and so helpful. With COVID restrictions they made me feel safe as appointments were spread out so just me and my two guests were the only people in the salon during my fittings, and they wear masks and sanitize. 10/10 recommend!

lieve Tatiana helped me and she was super sweet. I told her which dress I wanted and what I was looking for in a dress. She had me try on different dresses to make sure the one I was looking for was the one. This was my first and only experience dress shopping and it was excellent! When I picked up the dress I took my picture in front of the flower wall with a "I said oui!" sign. The people here are very kind and amazing.

They saved my wedding! Three weeks before our 9/3 wedding, my old wedding dress was ruined during alterations. It could be saved but NOT in time for my 9/3 wedding. They were my la...
st salon to visit and I should've come here from the beginning. Tatiana helped me find sample dresses that fit my style and my wedding and my personality. I am lucky that I fit into sample dresses. They were all in great condition for sample dresses -- seriously, I went to the tailor and dry cleaners after (both whom were recommended by En Blanc) and they all agreed that the dress I chose was in AMAZING condition. I ended up buying a Chosen by One Day dress, an Australian designer I NEVER thought I would be able to pull off, let alone afford. It was in budget, it fit like a glove, and it had little to no alterations needed. I cannot thank Tatiana enough for helping me during this super stressful time. I highly recommend fellow COVID brides to go to En Blanc. You'll find dresses you've NEVER seen in any other bridal salon, and you'll have the best customer service!!

of dresses. After 7 boutiques 2 of my top 3 dresses were here. My first appointment was with Tatiana and my second appointment was with the owner Bridget. They were both so sweet, knowledgeable and just incredibly helpful. They took the time to sit down with me and really understand my vision. It is obvious that they genuinely care and love what they do. My schedule moved around a few times for my second appointment because some of my family was coming from out of town and they were so accommodating. When it came time to say yes to the dress I had a very difficult time choosing the one for various reasons but Bridget never tried to "sell" me. She was very patient, listened to my concerns and really took the time to talk through the final choices with me. She really did help me feel confident in my decision and when I picked up my dress I felt beautiful. Also, I bought my dress pre-covid and had to postpone my wedding and they've been so helpful with tips to keep my dress in great condition over the next year.
I am so grateful for my experience here and know it will be such a great memory for my mom, sisters and I. I highly recommend their boutique to anyone no matter what you think your style is!!!

. They had great selections, great customer service and it was such a cute shop!! I described a little of what I was thinking so they were able to help pick out a few as well as myself and my best friend. I was just about finishing up trying things on and nothing really stood out and the sales lady brought me a dress that was absolutely perfect and I would have never picked it. It was like she was knew exactly what I wanted. Being a novice bride I was unable to “see” what I wanted but clearly she wasn’t and nailed it. It went to 2 other shops (found a knock off pronovias which didn’t even do justice) and ended up coming back and sealing the deal. Great customer service and bridal knowledge!
Hidden gem in Venice!

ision and applied the glamour of my look . I came in to try on a particular dress but ended up leaving with something I would have never tried on! I’m extremely curvy and they found a dress that fit my body like a glove. I feel like a goddess in my dress and can’t wait to wear it. They created the perfect experience, I never felt pressured and I felt they took into consideration that I didn’t want to break the bank but I wanted to look glamorous and feel my absolute best. The feeling is real! When you put your dress on. You just know!

und myself in California to be with my family. It all worked out because I was able to go wedding dresses shopping with my mom!!! They truly made it special. The shop itself is so incredibly beautiful. I booked a sample sale appointment and you get an incredible deal for beautiful dresses! What truly made the difference is Tatiana, she was so patient with me. During my first appointment I feel in love with a gown but I needed to sleep on it before I made the purchase. Tatiana did not pressure me at all to buy it that day! She understood that I needed to take a step back and think about it. It was such a nice breath of fresh air than being pressured into getting a dress that moment. She in by far the best wedding dress stylist I have ever encountered! 100% would recommend going!
En Blanc was magical. Bridget and her team are incredible. I started with Bridget when she was in her house about 15 months before my wedding... then she moved to a new spot on Mai...
n Street and then finally was in her brand new GORGEOUS location. Bridget was the first person I went to and she made me feel so comfortable right away. I went to a few other places but in my mind knew I ultimately had to come back to EnBlanc. Bridget and her team just get it and have the most gorgeous perfect gowns curated at their store. My dress was so special and unique. I felt like a princess on my wedding day. If you live in LA and are engaged go to ENBLANC and if you live somewhere else still go there. You will leave with the dress of your dreams.

ed crying the lovely woman helping me just ran over and hugged me as if she was my sister. En Blanc treats you like family! The journey did not stop there, every step of the way from the tailor to dry cleaning recommendations the staff at En Blanc are guiding you. I HIGHLY recommend En Blanc to any bride!
Amy truly helped me find my dream dress. I am an actress and very familiar with costumes, so I wasn’t looking for a brand so much as a specific shape and fit. I wanted a top with b...
oning along the sides, straps, and a fitted trumpet bottom with a slit that wasn’t revealing. Easy right? It wasn’t. It was proving a challenge to find this amazing dream dress and I had a couple of backups but not the one. I wanted something that was beautiful and structured that I could dance in all night. I was having trouble finding the perfect dress until I met with Amy on En Blanc.
I went to En Blanc twice before and after their store switch. Both locations were lovely and had a beautiful aesthetic. I felt calm and welcome on both visits. I had found them through Instagram I think. I saw a bride who eloped in this gorgeous dress and the bride raved about the shop. I was interested! On my second visit with Amy I found the Karen Willis Holmes dress of my dreams. It was a relief and everything felt right. I was so comfortable in my dress on my wedding day. It was gorgeous on me. I was smiling in a way that lit up my face! I had found it! They put me in touch with Puga for my alterations and she did a fabulous job.
All in all a fabulous shop with owners that listen to their customers. So often in bridal shops there is a slight disconnect when your trying on dresses and describing what you want. I am so grateful I found En Blanc. My day wouldn’t have been the same without them.
The first time I visited Bridget in her cute Santa Monica bungalow (before she moved to her current space on Main Street), I was completely hooked and immediately knew I didn't nee...
d to go anywhere else. The experience she crafted for my two girlfriends and me was beyond comfortable, warm, and welcoming—not to mention how cute the space was. I love how she carefully curates the designers she carries, and is super knowledgable about each of them. I didn't feel overwhelmed—but only inspired and well-guided from the very beginning. She understood exactly what I was looking for and carefully respected my budget range. All of the designers she carries are incredible and special in their own ways. I ended up going with the first dress I tried on, and am still head-over-heels in love with it.
The rest of my experience with En Blanc was just as delightful—from the ordering process to fitting and pick-up. I felt well-taken care of the entire way. Every time I met with Bridget, it was so much fun, and I left feeling at ease and excited.
The new space on Main Street is absolutely gorgeous, and also houses some wonderful partners (including Great Dane Bakery, who we worked with and LOVED). Bridget always shared helpful accessory tips, and connected me with Puga, who made my beautiful custom veil. She worked directly with Puga to share my measurements and make sure the entire process was seamless, professional, and swift.
I cannot recommend Bridget and her team enough. She's the only way to go if you want to have an intimate, fun, chill, true California-style experience.
