After going to many bridal boutiques I found my dream dress at Emelina’s Bridal! Not only did they give me great advice while trying on dresses, they were so kind throughout the wh...
ole alteration process. Thank you for pampering me and helping me find my wedding dress!
I am so pleased with my experience shopping for and buying my wedding dress at Emelina’s! The ladies there were all incredibly helpful and willing to find me the dress of my dreams...
! Even after purchasing, the alterations process was so seamless and painless. On my wedding day my dress was absolutely perfect, and the bustle for the reception was easy to use. I felt beautiful, and I received so many compliments on it. I highly recommend Emelina’s Bridal & Boutique!
We purchased my daughter’s wedding dress from Emelina’s Bridal.
This was not the first shop we went to or the largest, but it was the BEST one.
There were a number of reasons we...
selected Emelina’s.
We like the relationships. The owner, Jessica, treated us like we were family, remembered our names & faces during each visit and phone call. She took a genuine interest in us and made us feel important.
Selection & price. The store carries many of the top designers, offering a good variety to choose from. Emelina’s is one of only 3 stores in the area (Pinellas, Hillsborough & Polk Counties) that had the dress my daughter wanted to try on. Emelina’s pricing was competitive, we actually found her veils & head pieces to be very well priced compared to some of the larger shops.
Alterations. Emelina’s has an alterations staff that is second to none. In addition to wedding/bridal party dresses, they also do alterations on men’s clothing. The ladies have been working there for a long time, ensuring consistent quality with what they produce.
Service. Like the relationship I referenced above, the service at Emelina’s is top notch. My daughter was an out of state bride with limited ability to come to the shop for multiple fittings. At the fitting 1 month before the wedding, there were some additional adjustments that needed to be done. My daughter would be back 2 days before the wedding and since they were relatively minor adjustments it was not an issue. The seamstress had a cancellation that day so she volunteered to finish my daughters dress that day. We came back a few hours later and it was perfectly done. It alleviated so much stress for us that normally takes place during wedding week.
Thank you to Jessica and your staff for helping my daughter look like a princess on her day.
This boutique is THE BEST!!!!! I knew exactly what I wanted and Emelinas made it happen. I got a beautiful Sophia Tolli dress, headpiece, and veil at an AMAZING PRICE. The alterati...

I had an incredible experience with Emelina's Bridal & Boutique! Emelina saved my wedding dress! I bought my dress at White Wisteria Bridal Boutique in Cincinnati when I was living...
in Ohio last year. When I went to pick up my dress it was too small. I was measured incorrectly (even though the store in Cincinnati has taken no responsibility for it) and my dress was over a size too small.
I was moving to Europe a few weeks after I picked up my dress so I had no other choice than to take it with me down to Florida, where I was visiting my parents before my move. My mom found Emelina's Bridal & Boutique and I am so thankful that she did.
Since our wedding was going to be in Tampa, I would go in for dress fittings when I was in town visiting my parents. Emelina was very flexible when it came to my fittings since I was coming in from Europe and her staff did most of the alterations within the 2 weeks before our wedding since they knew I was in the process of losing weight. They were very understanding and I could not be happier with the result.
Emelina worked a miracle on my dress. I did manage to lose over 50 pounds between May 2018 (right before I moved) and January 2019 (when our wedding was), and in the end the dress needed to be taken in. They did a wonderful job with all of the dress alterations and the final product was absolutely gorgeous. It was my dream wedding dress and it looked beautiful on me. I have Emelina to thank for that.
I would definitely recommend going to Emelina's Bridal & Boutique for wedding dress alterations.
They are the best of the best in the Tampa bay area. I came in with a dress too small only 3 weeks before my wedding. They squeezed me in and got the dress to fit me perfectly befo...
re the big day. They were so nice and friendly and loving. It was like being at grandmas house being fitted and altered. Great service. Go see for yourself. you wont be disappointed.
I used Emelina's to alter my wedding dress. I wanted to update my grandmother's wedding dress to wear on my wedding day and I was very nervous about the amount of alterations that ...
needed to be made. The dress wouldn't even zip when I brought it to them and I wanted to go from long sleeves to small sleeves off the shoulder. Emelina's knocked it out of the park. They made the dress fit me perfectly and they were meticulous with every fitting (it took 6 in total over 4 months) to make every detail perfect. Despite the massive amount of work, they stayed true to the original quote they gave me to do the dress and in the end all of my guests were amazed at the dress. I was so happy to give my family heirloom a new life. If you have any idea, no matter how difficult I would trust them to make your dress perfect for you.
Emelina's was my first stop for the day. I had pictures of dresses I wanted to try on, but couldn't put into words the DREAM dress I wanted. I was greeted with a smiling face and a...
sked what style of dress I wanted. I showed my pictures happily and was told they didn't have those exact styles, but they had the perfect one in mind. While my bridesmaids and mom shopped for what they thought I would look best in, I was handed a dress from Emelina and she said try this one on first. I fell in love! The first wedding dress I ever tried on was THE ONE! Thinking it was too good to be true, I tried on many other dresses I was handed but none equated to the first one. I cancelled my other dress appointments for the day and have been in love with my dress ever since. I even purchased my bridesmaid dresses there and was offered free alterations on all the dresses purchased there. I couldn't be happier!
I purchased my wedding dress over a year in advance because I just fell in love with this one dress. I had been to a handful of places and had an idea of what I wanted. I tried on ...
many dresses that were all beautiful, but this one made me cry, not once but both times I tried the dress on. I knew it was THE dress. The staff is friendly and flexible. The dress and the vail were both affordable. Alterations are reasonable as well. I personally feel like I had a better experience going to a family owned business. Very happy with my purchase and the service provided here.
They have always made me feel special. I'm a plus size girl. It's not always easy to find clothes that fit well. I tried on 3 dresses when I found mine. I definitely would recommen...

uldn't have been more perfect. And, let me tell you about how AMAZING their alterations are!! Emelina, herself, oversees EVERYTHING and runs that place like a beautiful, little drill sergeant (in the BEST way possible!) I sent my bridesmaids and quite a few guests who needed alterations over to her, as well. The women who work there are nice, accomodating, HONEST, and extremely helpful. It's a very warm atmosphere, unlike the large bridal chains. The dresses are unique and they have a large variety to choose from. The prices are more than reasonable, as well. Emelina's truly wants you to look and feel beautiful...and I highly recommend the shop!!

at seemed as if it was made for me. Emelina and her staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely reccommend them! They have a variety of dresses in different price ranges. If you are looking for your wedding dress, check this place out, you might find the perfect dress for you!

nal route of shopping at Davids' Bridal, Alfred Angelo's, etc., but nothing I liked was in my budget (after alterations). My mom found Emelina's and we didn't look back!
Emelina and her staff are so sweet and professional. My dress (with alterations) fit perfectly in my modest budget, and I didn't have to compromise my style and taste. Being the first of my friends, and siblings to marry, I will have the chance to boast about and recommend Emelina's to all of them.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. They did a beautiful job on the alterations and everything was reasonably priced.

utiful dresses for all budgets. Unlike in Alfred Angelo where the service was terrible and they kept bringing me dresses over $1,000 above my budget, Emelina's daughter worked with my idea of wanting a mermaid cut within my budget of around $1000. She found me a gorgeous lace Sophia Tolli Mermaid dress, had it ordered a year before the wedding, Emelina altered it to my specific body type (I'm a lot curvier and only 5 ft tall compared to the models this dress was meant for) and had a total of 4 dress fittings, with Emelina herself and her staff checking my dress, fixing the complicated train and making sure it looked perfect. With my veil bought there, it came out to just a tad over my budget but the prompt service and amazing needlework by Emelina was so worth it. I recommend this place, they specialize in getting dresses to within your body type and making them look gorgeous.
Emelina's has the most unique dresses I have every saw. High quality and great price. They are much better than any commercial bridal shop, and the prices cannot be beat. My dress ...

s fit me like a glove and I had so many compliments on my wedding day. My dress was ordered and recieved really fast and kept at Emelina's until my final fitting which really helped me from carrying it to and from appointments. Emelina's also did the fittings for my bridesmaids eventhough we didnt order the dresses with Emelina's.

istening to my request, concerns and helping me to look great in my wedding gown. They even were kind enough to take many pictures with my phone so that I could txt them to my out of state bridesmaids for feedback.
Janet and staff were very helpful in finding my dream dress for my special day.
Everyone was nice, they were patient in helping me find the perfect dress. I loved my dress and everyone else did also!

f it were okay for me to keep my appt or if I should reschedule. I was assured it wouldn't be a problem and to come in. I made the 45 min trip to the shop to receive horrible service. My consultant showed me two dresses that were the opposite of what I wanted. Then I was left in a room for what seemed like an eternity and then boom my appt was over. They tried to tell me that I can order a dress and take a chance because they didn't have what I wanted in the shop. I was so pissed I walked right out. There is no way I was shelling out 2k+ on a dress I never saw or tried on.
owner very helpful, knew exactly what I needed , alterations great
I loved their collections. They have very elegant and beautiful dresses. Worth the price. Service was excellent. Everyone was loved the dress!!

perfectionist, I had to check out other options. I ultimately found my perfect dress at another shop in Tampa. I knew that I wanted to purchase my dress from Emilina's because of their warm and welcoming atmosphere. Emilina worked with me on the price and I was able to get my dream dress. All of the ladies there are so sweet. They made me feel like family and always made me feel beautiful. Their alterationist is a genius and made my dress perfect for my wedding. Even when they had to take my dress in 2 sizes a week before my wedding, they made it happen. I even went back to the shop after my wedding to show them pictures. They were so grateful and told me to come back when I have a little bambino to show them.
