Excellent Service Made Our Stay Stress-Free
We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Landmark. Although there was a mix-up with our reservation when we arrived—we had booked one King room and one room with two Queen beds...
, but both rooms were assigned as King rooms—the front desk team handled the situation exceptionally well.
A special thank you to Madison and Josh. They were friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was resolved quickly. Instead of making us feel like the mistake was an inconvenience, they worked efficiently to find the right solution and made us feel welcome throughout the process. Their positive attitude and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a frustrating start into a very pleasant experience.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we enjoyed our stay.
One suggestion for improvement would be to make the parking fee more visible during the booking process. Clearer communication before arrival would help guests know what to expect and avoid any surprises at check-in.
Overall, our experience was excellent, thanks in large part to the professionalism and kindness of Madison and Josh. They truly represent Hilton's commitment to great hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio.

king process easy, answers our questions, and always goes out of his way to help however he can. Great customer service can be hard to find, but Josh consistently delivers it. Breakfast was the best Ive had at an Embassy Suites which included tortillas, barbacoa and pico de gallo for tacos. I was simply excited to add pico to my omelette. The breakfast area was roomy with plenty of seating.
The pool area was relaxing for us adults and fun for the kids. Again, there was plenty of seating. Happy hour drinks were delicious.
The team here is focused on service and they all work together. Great location from start to finish.
