Danielle is like family to us by now. The venue is probably one of the most important vendors you will work with, and I knew the Embassy Suites is the place for us since I met Dani...
elle for the first time (was already in love then). All along she was fair, transparent and so so helpful. Our package was very reasonable which enabled us to do a downtown wedding without compromising on the number of guests. A lot of our guests were from out of town, so many stayed at the hotel and they had a great time exploring the city from there, as well as seeing each other for breakfast and for the complimentary happy hour. Day of the wedding everything worked well, Danielle was calm, attentive and on top of everything, just like she always is... Thank you for everything, we had the best time ever!
Our event coordinator, Danielle, is amazing. She has set us up for success and has been there every step of the way. She has made our dream wedding come to fruition. I could not ha...
ve asked for a better wedding guide. Thanks Danielle! Our wedding day is 2 weeks from today!
My husband and I got married here on 5/26/18 and it was absolutely perfect. Danielle was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and she is extremely organized. She made ev...
erything perfect and accomated our needs in every way. We saw a lot of Chicago venues and one of the things that stood out to us most was the presentation upon our arrival of the tour and how involved Danielle was from the moment we met her. It was also nice because Embassy Suites was much more willing to work with us and our budget compared to the othee venues we toured. Another plus is that the food is delicious. You always worry that venue food won’t be that good, but the meals were here exceptional and we got SO many compliments. We even got to customize our dinner menu and give suggestions. The entire process up to our wedding day was flawless and we couldn’t be more happier !
The hotel includes a lot in their wedding package that most other venues don't and the cost is reasonable. Danielle is awesome!!! She was very helpful and responsive throughout t...
he entire process. She saved the day when she got the hotel's A/V guy to turn on our gobo lights, which the florist forgot to turn on. She was very attentive to the bridal party throughout the day of the wedding. Just one hiccup, possibly due to a miscommunication. But overall, Danielle is fantastic!
We picked The Embassy for its awesome location, practical pricing & because Danielle was so wonderful right from the start. The flat per rate person makes everything very easy! The...
complimentary tasting was great & blew our mind (never can have too much champagne)! The food was great & the ballroom is very big with tall ceilings (which was a must). We used a pipe & drape backdrop to spice up the room. We also got complimentary up lighting, which was awesome! Seat covers & ties are included--which saves a lot of $$$. If we could do it all over again, we would go with The Embassy! Danielle & her staff are fantastic & are on top of their game. We could sit back and relax on the big day.
My husband and I never imagined we would have our reception at a hotel, let a lone our ceremony but when choosing Embassy Suites we knew there was no way we could see us getting ma...
rried anywhere else. From start to finish they made everything so easy and included so many things in their packages. The hotel guests rooms all recently just got redone as well as the ballroom's and conference rooms. Everything was always clean and maintained when we were there for meetings or tours and we always felt welcomed. We stayed at the hotel from Thursday-Sunday and the entire time we were there all of the staff were very sweet and always acknowledging our presence and congratulating us the entire weekend! Whenever I had a problem or question, Danielle and her team were there every step of the way to come up with a solution or with an answer. I personally am a catering manager for a company in my town so I had high expectations for the day of and Danielle and her staff blew my mind. I was taken away when I saw everything and seriously lost my breath and almost cried. The entire process was everything and more then what I expected and I wouldn't have done any of it any other way. Thank you for being such a blessing to work with and bringing our dream day to life!!
