About this vendor
Emagination Designs is a post-wedding floral artist business located in Irving, TX, crafting your once-in-a-lifetime bouquets into treasured keepsakes and home decors. Every item is specially crafted by owner Emilee into beautiful and personalized resin blocks and trinket trays. She arranges artistic and charming flatlays of the wedding flowers and preserves the bouquet with reliable and long-lasting methods, ensuring you can hold onto it for many years to come.
Emagination Designs offers a wide variety of gifts, home decors, and bespoke artwork items for couples to choose from for their floral preservation. Acrylic resin blocks, ring holders, and trays are all available in different dimensions. Partial and full bouquet shadowboxes are also possible, with your complete bouquet preserved inside and ready for display. The resin is UV-resistant to ensure higher-quality preservation and to ensure the color is less likely to fade over time. The company accepts floral shipping and local dropoffs, and the finished creation can be delivered to your address.

My wife and I got married May 12, 2021. My wife found Emagination Designs and was so excited to use them to save her wedding bouquet in the resin mold box. We were easily convinced...
to upgrade our order, and everything seemed fine. . .at first. We followed the instructions they gave us and sent all of the flowers and items correctly to Emagination Designs. And this is where everything takes a terrible turn. Communication was inconsistent at first, but at least my wife would hear back from them about the project from time to time.
Weeks would go by and they would tell us their business is doing so good and they are behind schedule but they have ordered more molds so they could complete the work faster. They assured us our project was next on the list, and would be done the next week. More weeks would go by with no update or response.
Finally, 10 months later, my wife received a message from Emagination saying her order was finished and would be shipped. They confirmed the address etc. We were just relieved at this point to be getting her flowers back. As a piece of our special wedding day, these flowers can't be replaced and mean the world to her.
Weeks go by with no response after multiple attempts to contact them. So, I decided to reach out to them as a "new customer" from a different email address. Sure enough they responded immediately. I explained the situation and even forwarded them all of the saved emails with dates. They apologized and said they would handle it immediately.
However, it instantly turned into more of the same treatment. Weeks would go by without response, and I did get a response it was just telling me to wait longer and not giving me a solution to the problem. I was patient and willing to work with them. Finally, over a year and 4 months after our wedding I told them if they didn't contact me I would have to escalate this issue.
They never responded. They took all of my money and memories from our wedding that can't be replaced.
I paid in January 2021. My wedding bouquet was dropped off for preservation on 10/11/21. Originally Emilee the owner of Emagination said the preservation would be done by Christmas...
2021, then Valentine's 2022, then said the order was close to completed, but never shipped and tracking information was never provided. It has now been a year since my wedding bouquet was dropped off for preservation, and the Emagination has quit responding to my inquiries.
!!! do not order from this person. i shipped her my flowers after my JULY 2021 wedding and paid her in full for an order of preserved flowers. i still have not received my order. i...
’ve asked for an update multiple times, she barely responds. if she does respond she has some kind of excuse and has never given me an estimated shipping date. she refuses to refund my money or send me any type of item she’s supposedly made from my flowers.
i’ve reached out to her on facebook, by text and by email. i pleaded with her almost two weeks ago to either refund my money, send my order or id warn others that she is a scammer. i love supporting small business and i am in no way trying to tear her down. i’m 100% convinced she is running a scam business and i don’t want other brides to experience this. wedding flowers are such a sentimental part of getting married and i was very emotionally attached to mine. i was so excited to preserve them and have them forever. i trusted her and was burned. do not make the same mistake i did 🥺🥺🥺
I paid January 2021 for my bouquet to be persevered for my October 2021 wedding. My bouquet was delivered with bouquet charms of my deceased loved ones. It has been almost a year a...
nd I have not gotten my bouquet back. The communication has been inconsistent at best. I have reached out several times and have yet to get a clear response.
Like the other reviews, I have yet to receive my flowers. Wedding was over a year ago and vendor has either not been responsive to my emails/texts/calls and when they do reply it ...
is always excuses and empty promises offering discounts. Don’t wish this to any bride.
It took 16 months to get my bouquet back. I ordered 4 pieces total and received the first 3 almost 3 months after my wedding, but my bridal bouquet took an additional 13 months. I ...
went up to six months with no communication at times and had to threaten legal action to get any type of response. When I asked for a partial refund or a show of good faith, I was told that receiving my first three items was enough of a show of good faith and a refund would not be possible. I know several other brides who have gone through the same situation or worse. Do not use this service.
I have the same story as the rest of the reviews. I dropped my flowers off on Dec 6, 2021 and I still haven’t received them back. There has been a huge lack in communication after ...
I paid even though I have tried every platform to reach out. Please do not order from here- you will lose your precious wedding flowers and money.
I unfortunately share the same story with the rest of the reviews here. I had my wedding in June 2021 and have still not received my bouquet. At this point I’m just hurt and heartb...
roken that I will most possibly never see my wedding flowers again
Run! As fast as you can from this “company”. Terrible customer service, she will disappear and not respond to you. She will have a million excuses as to why your products are not r...
eady. I have had many people reach out to me to see if I was experiencing the same issues that they were. I feel so sorry for all the brides that booked a service with her.
If I could give this so- called company negative stars I would! Emilee with Emagination Designs is a scammer, plain and simple. She has had my wedding flowers for well over a year...
now and has at times become unresponsive until I post on her website, or reach out to other people she's in the process of scamming. I've found multiple women who either waited an obscenely long time for their products only to receive a poorly done item or have paid their money and haven't received anything at all and have had Emilee and her "team" go silent on them.
My last contact with Emilee's wife and team was back in June where they said my items would be ready in 3 weeks. Since that time, I have requested updates and have heard nothing! Emilee's wife has read my Facebook messages and has instead chosen to not respond. Emilee's "team" has not responded to a single email since June. Prior to this, I was constantly fed empty promises and discounts on my items for them taking so long until one day, Emilee seemingly disappeared (this was around October of 2021). She has taken my money and only offered broken promises. I'm saddened that something so special has been ruined by such a disgusting human being.
To make matters worse, she's now involved with the Uvalde families, promising to preserved their loved ones' flowers. I only hope she follows-through and doesn't put those families through more turmoil. Please Please run away from this company!!!!
Do not give this business your flowers!
They have had my flowers for 7 MONTHS and my money for even longer. They lack in communication and have poor excuses for why they have not...
provided a product that has been paid for. Still waiting for a reply and won’t hold my breath that I’ll ever see my flowers again. Such a shame they have taken something from the best day of my life and likely ruined it.
